Hidden Dunes Resort Post Isaias Update

Update 10/23/26: Hidden Dunes Resort is open and beach service has resumed. Newman-Dailey's phones and internet are back online.

Our rentals, including Gulf-front condos, cottages and villas, have been inspected and cleaned, and are prepared for guest arrivals. If you are scheduled to arrive this week, you will receive our standard arrival-day text message with directions and door code for check-in. We want you to enjoy your long-awaited stay. 

All pools have been cleaned are reopened, including the Gulf-side pool. White Diamond Beach service has resumed. Yellow flags are now flying, and beachgoers are advised to use caution in case of lingering debris. Check current beach flag conditions here. 

The Hidden Dunes Racquet Center has re-opened for play.  Both tennis and pickleball courts are available. Open pickleball play begins at 8:30am, followed by league play 9:45 a.m.  

If you were scheduled to arrive during the storm or this week and purchased Red Sky Travel Insurance, you may make a claim by visiting https://trippreserver.com/ or call 866-889-7409. If you did not purchase travel insurance and your stay was disrupted due to the storm, please call your vacation rental provider to learn about your options. Most restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores have reopened, and it's business as usual.
