Sanctuary by the Sea - Post Isaias Update

Update 10/23/26: Sanctuary by the Sea is open and elevators are fully operational. Newman-Dailey Resort Properties rental management office is open and phones are back online.  

We're making fantastic progress with the property clean-up and are continuing to clean the beach. La Dolce Vita beach service has resumed. All but one vacation rental has been cleaned and cleared for guest arrivals. If you are scheduled to arrive this week, please plan to come and enjoy your stay. You will receive a text on the day of arrival with check-in instructions. 

All pools have reopened. Our Clubhouse Spa, Twin Pool Spa and Twin Pools A & B are open for use.  Our Main Pool has been repaired and will now be heated throughout the winter months for guest and homeowner enjoyment.  

Boardwalks to the beach are open, and guests are asked to use caution as there is still some debris on the beach. Yellow flags are now flying along our beaches, advising beachgoers to use caution when swimming due to any lingering debris. Check current beach flag conditions here. Our guests are able to swim in Big Redfish Lake but are encouraged to use caution due remaining storm debris.  

If you are scheduled to arrive this week, you will receive a text message on your day of arrival with check-in instructions and your door code. 

If you were scheduled to arrive during the storm or this week and purchased Red Sky Travel Insurance, you may make a claim by visiting https://trippreserver.com/ or call 866-889-7409. If you did not purchase travel insurance, our team will provide you with your options.
