Sanctuary at Redfish - Post Isaias Update

Update 10/23/26: Sanctuary at Redfish is open, and elevators are operational. Newman-Dailey Resort Properties management office is open, and phones are back online.

We're making fantastic progress with the property cleanup. We've cleaned and inspected our rentals, and they're ready for guests. If you are scheduled to arrive this week, please plan to come and enjoy your stay.

All pools have reopened. Unfortunately, our dock was damaged, and pontoon boat service to the beach is currently unavailable. In the meantime, we are routing guests to the private preserve beach access to the east of our property. La Dolce Vita beach service has resumed, and two chairs and an umbrella are available for guest use.

Beachgoers are encouraged to heed beach warning flags. Yellow flags are flying now, advising beachgoers that the water may have debris. Check current beach flag conditions here. Our visitors are able to swim in Big Redfish Lake but are encouraged to use caution due to storm debris. Blue Mountain Beach public beach access is closed for repairs.

Debris along the 30A bike and walking paths has been cleared.

If you were scheduled to arrive during the storm or this week and purchased Red Sky Travel Insurance, you may make a claim by visiting https://trippreserver.com/ or call 866-889-7409. If you did not purchase travel insurance, our team will provide you with your options.

Restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores have reopened. For a full list of Walton County updates, including businesses and restaurant openings, view Walton County Recovery Updates here.

When you're to plan your next stay, view Sanctuary at Redfish condos here or call one of our friendly, vacation specialists at 850-837-1071. Remember to always book direct with Newman-Dailey for our best rate guarantee.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the beach!
