Destin Seafood Festival - Sep 26-27

The Destin Seafood Festival, one of the area's most celebrated traditions, has shifted from October to September, offering an exciting weekend filled with fresh Gulf seafood, local art, and live music along the scenic harbor. Visitors can browse artist booths, enjoy performances from musicians across the country, and sample dishes prepared by Destin’s finest seafood vendors. While the main festival is free and open to the public, ticket sales benefit the Destin Charter Boat Association, a nonprofit supporting local fisheries and community programs. For a more curated experience, VIP ticket holders can access an exclusive seafood showcase within the larger event, featuring chef-crafted tastings and local beer included with admission, available Friday through Sunday. Destin Fishing Rodeo, Oct 1-31

The Destin Fishing Rodeo began in May of 1948 to celebrate Destin's fishing community. Earning Destin the title of World's Luckiest Fishing Village, the Destin Fishing Rodeo is the ultimate fishing tournament for saltwater anglers of all ages. The Rodeo founders, including Howard Marler, Jewel Melvin and Willie Marler, the Rodeo has become a beloved tradition each October. Held October 1- 31, the Rodeo welcomes anglers to enter their catch in a variety of categories to earn awards ranging from rods and reels and fishing trips to weekend stays and everyone’s favorite, cash. Bloody Mary Festival - Oct 10

Join the fun at the Market Shops for the 11th annual Bloody Mary Festival, benefiting Habitat for Humanity of Walton County. Held from 11 AM to 2 PM, the event features an impressive lineup of expertly crafted Bloody Marys from top local bartenders representing some of the Emerald Coast’s favorite restaurants and bars. 30A 10K Race, Nov. 26

The 30A 10K Thanksgiving Day Race Series is a 501c3 non-profit organization, whose purpose is to serve the community by producing a world-class 10K and related events that raise money to benefit local charities, while promoting health and fitness. To date, the series has raised more than $1 Million for charity partners to help local families and children in need. With a 10K, 5K and 1 mile run/walk, there is a race distance for every ability.
