As always, I had the best stay with Newman Dailey. I cannot wait to come back later this year. This condo is in a perfect location with easy access to the beach!

We had a great experience in Blue Surf #4. The unit was clean and well maintained. It was spacious for our family of 4. Location was convenient. This company is so helpful and easy to work with. I appreciated the text updates and quick answers to questions. Their partnership with Explorie allowed us to get a great deal on a dolphin cruise. The pool was heated which was very helpful for my kids who love to swim. It is easy to walk places and having the beach view right across the street is amazing. The only things that would have been helpful: a few blankets as it was colder while we were there. Also, access to the pool clubhouse for the bathroom. Other than that, this was a wonderful place to stay. We have stayed in other condos in this area and none compared to this. We will be back again!

We loved Blue Surf 04! Easy walk to beach, pool was a hit with the littles! Will definitely come back! NDRP did a great job communicating all needs ! 2nd floor balcony was awesome for relaxing, but was a little nervous with the crazy 2 year old trying to slide through the slits. Would stay again!

We love Destin and Blue surf. We love the excellent service Newman Daily provides and the great communication. This was our 4th stay at Blue surf and third at this same condo. Newman Daily would get 5 stars. Unfortunately, the renters above ran around night and day like they were chasing a ball around. They didn't walk, they STOMPED. It was impossible to rest while this was happening. After a quick intro review ND called and asked how things were and I told them. They said they would speak to them but had no ability to make them be quieter. It really affects your hopefully peaceful and restful vacation when there are inconsiderate people above you.

We really enjoyed the unit and proximity to the beach and restaurants. No stairs or elevator needed and pool was perfect. The unit could use a few updates but otherwise we would definitely stay here again. Newman Daily was extremely easy to work with.

It was great first family vacation. The spot is perfect for a small family who doesn't want the loud atmosphere. The condos were quiet, the people were staying around us were older than middle age. There is a pool, and the ocean is right across the street. There is a nice ice cream shop nearby, a couple of shopping spots at the nearby corner, and can eat across the street. Having chairs at the beach with reservation is a great perk. No negatives.

We were happy and grateful to return to Blue Surf 11A, and pleasantly surprised to find a better sliding glass door there. Was there a new refrigerator as well? At any rate, thanks to you and your staff for keeping the place in great shape! We did find a few items that needed attention: 1. The microwave light needs a new bulb (I believe it is a 2-position light) 2. The bathroom sink did not drain well while we were there (mid-September) 3. The wooden coat rack in the hallway just outside the bedroom was loose from the wall (needs Molloy or anchor bolts to secure it to the wallboard). We'll be looking forward to reserving 11A again next year.

So many small things we didn't think of bringing or having and the property personal had it. Like extra towels, rags, laundry detergent ect. And especially coffee(for us drinkers). Everything was well placed for easy access(cups, plates,silverware ect). With this being my 1st every vacation, they made it so much easy for me to enjoy everything and less worry about the house needs.

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Surf 11A. The suggestions I have are to use an air freshener. There seemed to be an odor. Also, the carpet seemed dated so maybe change it or put tile flooring. Lastly, I had to mention that there was an old rusted beach chair left on the patio by someone which was an eyesore when we arrived.

Great effective communication from property manager. We had a wonder vacation, which we will forever remember. This place was not a good fit for our family, but our concerns were quickly addressed.

Our stay was great so close the the beach ! Right across from a restaurant and a quick drive to a grocery store. The chair service was helpful. Activities booked could have used some extra instructions but over all I was very happy with our stay .

Blue Surf #4 was the perfect location although a little crowded. We enjoyed the beach chairs set out daily! We are not picky as far as decorations but several things need to be updated such as the beds you can feel the coils. There was also no t.v in the master bedroom. Neither of the bathroom doors would lock. :( We made due and will come back because we vacation in Destin every year sometimes twice a year.

We have stayed at this location a few years ago. The property was still in excellent condition. It has a great location to access the beach with a short walk to the beach service. Our stay only had a single issue and the property manager worked to get it repaired quickly. The check in had been emailed the day before which caught us off guard. This was a change from last trip and was the only bad thing I can review as no notice was noted about the checkin process. Overall Newman-Dailey treated us very well and we will be looking forward to staying at their properties in the future.

I have been staying in Destin since 2009 and have always enjoyed staying there. With that being said, I was disappointed that I wasn't advised of the Red Tide affecting the beautiful emerald water. I felt as if I was on the Atlantic. The water was gray and I couldn't enjoy the beach at all. Tried on two different days but couldn't breathe. The beach staff were wearing masks and no music at Pompano Joes as the musicians couldn't breathe either. Had to eat inside at The Whale's Tail for the same reason(staff wearing masks). And then was asked to leave early due to the hurricane. I know that I am way more fortunate than those living in the path of the hurricane but still wish that I had been advised of the situation with the red tide. I will return because I love Destin and the Blue Surf.

I was very happy with everything, especially being able to have the use of the beach chairs and umbrella. However, I would like to make one small suggestion: please, could you get a new combination lock for the lock box at your office on highway 98. The present one is impossible to read because it is so corroded. It took several very anxious tries before we could get it to open.

Newman-Dailey have the best staff I have ever dealt with for planning and experiencing a vacation. From the time I called to book right through to the checkout process they were marvelous. I booked over the phone and their vacation specialist helped me to arrange a location perfect for our family’s needs. After 3 decades of vacation planning I will not be using anyone else. A big thanks to Ryan, who assisted us with some extra needs. Destin is one of the most beautiful beaches in the country and Newman-Dailey will not disappoint you with your vacation experience.

2018 4th of July week was Awesome!! Everyone myself, my husband, my 17 year old son and his girlfriend, my daughter and my niece ALL had plenty of room and felt we had private space if we wanted it. The entrance in the bottom bedroom was great we used it the most but our room was so easy to go around to the door too. We had a cross walk to the beach very safe and super easy! I’m not much for walking far at all!!! And this was easy!!! Our chairs were always setup in about the same plays every morning , once you meet the guys that set up the beach you’ll learn the tricks and the spots you like best for you!!!! The pool was perfect for us, our teenagers were able to come to beach hangout all day and head to pool while everyone took showers or we started dinner on their grill right in front of #4 but there are many on the property. Check in was so easy! We had a few extra things in storage closet like sand toys, boogie board, we had to leave a beach chair but I’m sure that is subject to what people leave! Loved ?

Our condo exceeded our expectations! The location was absolutely perfect. The condo was nicely updated and layout was perfect! Designated Parking spot. Directly across from Pompano Joes and the beach. Literally a 2 minute walk! Fanta Sea bike rental shop a 5 min walk! Easy to get around from this location! Loved everything about it!

The unit could use some update, The sofa was so uncomfortable to sit on . The little chair you almost sank to the floor. We were there 3 weeks and the noise from upstairs was awful especially at night about 9-9;30 above our bedroom. Music was so loud we couldn't even hear our tv and heavy walking .It sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling.

We always look forward to our beach vacation at Blue Surf. Although we had residual wind and rain from hurricane Irma the first few days, the remainder of the week was quite nice. We were happy to note that many of the items in the townhome that needed attention were taken care of since we were last there. We appreciate that kind of attention and upkeep! We have stayed in this unit before. Some minor issues with the air conditioner at the beginning of our stay, but that was taken care of. Perfect set up for two people, but is cramped when we have had 4. Could use a new toaster :). And the association should spring for new shuffleboard equipment. Will stay at Blue Surf in the future. Awesome location. Restaurants within walking distance. And the beach is right across the street.

Love staying in Blue Surf Inn. Everything so well laid out. The convenience of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beauty of being able to walk out onto a patio or deck and sit, watch and listen to the beach is amazing. I love staying there because of the view, the ease of which to check in and check out and the people who are friendly and helpful in the surrounding condos. The community as a whole is just a wonderful experience. I have been there 4 times in the past years and this last trip I made by myself. So relaxing and uplifting to be there. The condo was perfect for me. The fact that Allegiant now has direct flights was a huge benefit. I had driven in years past and the unbelievable ease with which I was able to fly in and out without the lines and waiting was truly a joy. I can't wait to go back. Thank you, Brenda

We love the complex and would love to stay there again but not 11A the unit needs much work. Patio door doesn't lock been that way 4 yrs celing falling from water damage. Furniture uncomfortable needs much updated care and carpet was gross filthy. Sorry but want to stay if better unit next stay. The area is great and well taken care of outside. The Hixons

This unit was a very popular rental this past summer and saw a lot of use. It was back to back rentals every Saturday which didn't always allow time for carpet cleaning and painting. These items have since been addressed and your suggestions about the furniture has been passed along to the owner. Again we appreciate your input and we look forward to seeing you soon at the beach!

Thank you for another wonderful stay we had during Sept. 10-17. We enjoyed ourselves and the place at Blue Surf 11A immensely! Some things we noticed that need attention: 1. The coffee maker carafe has a chip at its pouring spout; it may need to be replaced. 2. We noticed the ceiling in the main living/kitchen area may need to be fixed or redone. 3. The refrigerator started to leak water onto the floor on our last day. We needed to put a towel on the floor by the refrigerator to soak up the water. We called in the problem, but it was difficult to get someone to come out that day. Hopefully this problem has since been fixed! 4. The night light on the underside of the microwave did not seem to work. We love coming to Blue Surf 11A each year, and though the above items may be a little critical of us, we'd like the place to stay in good shape for a long time to come, so we can continue to enjoy it. Thanks for all you do to make our beach stay the best!

There is nothing better than spending time at the Blue Surf in Mirimar Beach. The. Condo is lovely and well appointed. The beach is great and easy to access. We have stayed there off and on for over 20 years and it never fails to be enjoyable. Add to the fact that the Newman Daily staff is profession and easy to deal with makes it even better. I have stayed with my sister in one of the larger units at at Blue Surf many times, but this is the first time I have rented on my own and stayed in a one bedroom unit. As always at Blue Surf I had a very agreeable experience. On the very positive side: the unit was clean, well arranged, quiet and the bed very comfortable. However, I would like to suggest one or two things which would possibly help improve 11A. There was a telephone in the unit, but no way of knowing the number in case someone wanted to call me. I don't know whether not leaving a number was deliberate, but I managed to find out the number by asking someone who called by mistake what number they had dialled. I know from staying in other Blue Surf units it is standard practice to leave a TV guide: there wasn't one in 11A. When we arrived there was a lot of water in the bottom of the refrigerator, but once it was cleaned up we didn't have a problem again. The door to the patio is very stiff and the lock ever so hard to operate. Fortunately, there was a plank nearby which could be used to secure the door. We had a great time and hope we can return next year.

It has been a great stay! The townhouse was clean and the view from our balcony was exceptional! We were able to enjoy our morning coffee while enjoying the site of the ocean. The townhouse conveniently centered by restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores made it possible for us to access anything needed within minutes. We were pleased with our stay and will recommend it to anyone!

After some mix-up in getting the correct key code, we opened the door to a clean, nicely decorated home. The sliding glass door was much easier to open this time, compared to last year. We enjoyed terrific weather each day we were there. When the sun & heat were too much, the townhome was a perfect shelter, with a/c and all appliances working beautifully. We appreciate the improvements made in the furnishings, too.

We always appreciate the expert, prompt service from Newman-Dailey. Our time at Blue Surf is something we look forward to all year. The facilities were in very good shape, and the amenities and the location right across the road from the beach cannot be beat. The sliding glass door from the apartment to its patio has become hard to slide, however. We hope that will be attended to in the near future.

We could not have asked for better service from Newman-Dailey and will use them on our next visit. The condo (Blue Surf) was great. Location was wonderful amenities were good and very close to the beach. The only thing I would change is to have a second lock on the main door since it was a key code lock and the kids slept downstairs on the ground level. It was our first time to the Destin area and we will be back to visit.

After Sea Oates rudely denied our request for a one night stay, we found Blue Surf by accident and were pleasantly surprised with unit 11A, and blown away by the over-the-top customer service offered by Kerbi and Kate. Our one night stay is due to the fact our house "Tranquility," wasn't to be ready until the afternoon of the 4th. I'd recommend this unit, and facility to anyone as it was clean, cozy, quiet, and relaxing. And although the price was higher than Sea Oates, the friendliness of the service received at Blue Surf made it that much easier to spend the $. Thanks!

This unit was extremely nice and clean. The view was breath taking, with the prettiest sunrises and sunsets without obstructions. Just a few steps to our favorite restaurant "Pompano Joe's". Loved the chairs and umbrella that Newman-Dailey provided with our stay.

On Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend we lucked into finding this condo in Destin/Miramar Beach. The location is fantastic, with mere walking strides to be on the beach. It is an older unit, two story with a great view of the gulf. Uwe had some really loud partiers in the complex located next to us until 2:00 a.m. on our first night. Be aware that the kitchen is in the back of the unit on the first floor, so no view of the gulf while you eat at the table or cook your breakfast. All in all, a nice place. And while the interior could benefit from some updating if a simple condo is what you are looking for it will do just fine.

We enjoyed our unit very much. A few things that would have been helpful would be these three minor things: a light in the dining area, more cookware for the oven, and bigger barstools for adults. The location was very handy for all we did. We would return again.

This is our second time renting this particular unit and it is perfect for us. The size of the unit allows for 4 people to stay comfortably. Location. location. Location! Right across the street from the beach. Restaurants within walking distance. And the ice cream truck comes by everyday! The unit has been upgraded since our last stay. New TVs, washer & dryer and new shower have been added. I wasn't sure about the washer & dryer, but was happy to have it and used it many times. The Newman-Dailey staff are so friendly and they were so helpful. I had originally booked our condo for a different week & when the school changed our Spring Break, I was able to switch our condo reservation without issue. I will always use them to reserve a condo whenever we visit Destin!

There were 2 adults and 2 children staying in this unit. The bedroom was a good size with a king size bed and flat panel TV. The children slept on the pull out couch in the living area without complaint. The unit was very clean and I loved the fact that the washer and dryer were in the room. It is a ground floor unit with easy parking and access to the beach.

This was wonderful! I had never been to Florida & this was our 1st real vacation/honeymoon since we married in Feb 2008. The room was super clean, well kept - it looked brand new ( much more modern in decor than the pictures on the website show)-loved the hugh shower, the grounds were nicely kept also & right across the street was the sand & ocean. We enjoyed the ocean breeze in the evening from the patio. My husband took advantage of the golf packages & I enjoyed "Me Time" sunning on the beach! We will definitely make this a yearly trip!

This was a wonderful vacation for us. The weather was nice and the place is wonderful. It was all we could ask for. We are already planning to come back next year. This is the best location!

The complex was very nice. However we did not see anyone in the office while we were there. The shuffleboard equipment and several deck chairs were locked in that building the entire time. Would like to have had someone there at our check in instead of having to find the ND office. The air conditioning in that unit is old and had to keep the downstairs almost cold to get the upstairs comfortable at all. We called one of the advertisers in the book we were given by ND to rent jet skis. It listed 3 locations - one of which was down by Surfside. When we got there they didn't honor the price we were given - said that was the other 2 locations and that this location was owned by someone else. A bit of false advertising i think. They should be reported to atty General or someone.

This rental was decorated beautifully. It was close to the beach and to Pompano Joe's. The air conditioner worked to keep the unit very cool.

As far as Newman-Dailey goes, I do not have any problems with. Their property has always been ok. I was awaken one night with someone yelling at someone else next to our window. I do not know if it was someone staying next to us or who it was, but it was way into the night around 2:00am. Other than that, I really do not have any complaints about the room or the property. I am sure that I will stay at the Blue Surf again, except maybe on the other side instead of #4. Donnie

We have stayed at the Blue Surf almost every year for the last twenty five years. Once again It was all as advertised. You maintain the property well and we had a great time.

This was a wonderful condominium to stay in. It was decorated beautifully and family friendly. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. Newman-Dailey let us check in when the unit was ready. We have been going to the Blue Surf for thirteen years. We have never been disappointed in any of the town homes. Blue Surf is across the street from the beach and Pompano Joe's Restaurant. It is conveniently located to everything. From the balcony of the unit, you have a nice view of the Gulf. Another plus, You get two complimentary chairs and an umbrella on the beach each day of your stay. We look forward to going again next year!

We've vacationed in the Destin area for more than 10 years and have stayed at the Blue Surf condos for most of that time. This unit is one of the best. It's comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. The deck furniture is comfortable and well maintained. While I've enjoyed many wonderful vacations in the area, this year was the best!

Our unit had all the amenities needed and decorated very homey. Not a
highrise, green grass and a walk across the street to the beautiful
white sandy beach. Popano Joe's is right across the steeet and has
great seafood. The designated parking was an asset. We did not have
internet access so had to go to Bad Ass Coffee. We're so thankful to
have run into Gabriele who reccomended this location & unit. Who was
she??

Blue Surf is a family friendly condo . Great views of the gulf we enjoyed eating breakfast on the deck while looking out over the gulf.We would recommend this place to anyone and we are looking forward to coming back next year.

The Blue Surf is in the most beautiful part of the world. The beaches are always clean and beautiful. The Blue Surf has everything a beach lover would want.
