Plenty of space for a large group or multiple families. This is a great place for beach lovers. Easy access walking to the beach, the chair setup is wonderful and no crowds at all. One row of chairs with no obstructed view is unique these days. The view from the balconies is gorgeous too. Pools are rarely crowded and very clean and nice. Pools also have showers and restrooms for easy access between the beach and the room. Though there are bikes and a bike path, I would not consider it a bikeable area to Seaside if that’s a priority. Stay here is you want to enjoy the ocean and peace and quiet.

The condo was in a perfect location, and we took advantage of the beautiful kitchen and cooked everyday we stayed. We were 10 minutes from fantastic food. The beach was super convenient to get to. And the pool area was amazing!! We enjoyed both to the fullest!

It’s away from all the crowds and is one of the most beautiful condos we have ever stayed in. The private beach access and pools are amazing. Nice walk or bike ride to bakery and ice cream. This condo is great for all ages! We can’t wait to go back!

Sanctuary by the Sea was a beautiful, quiet retreat that lent itself to a pristine beach and majestic lake that would be hard to rival. I don’t know that it could be improved on.

This property is flawless. This is the second time we've stayed in this beautiful property and we look forward to many returns in the future. It's absolutely beautiful. The beach view from the patio is tremendous. We enjoyed many sunsets from that patio. The proximity to the two on site pools and the beach is second to none.

The unique dune lakes that feed into the gulf, the quiet beach, the lovely pools and the well maintained property provide the perfect getaway. The condo was perfect and brought back many great memories of time at Sanctuary by the Sea. My husband and I owned 3104 for five years, but sold in 2015 (sadly, not using it as much as we intended living in northern Indiana). He passed away suddenly in September 2025, I was drawn to come back to SBTS for a visit with some of our kids and grandkids. Coming back was wonderful, I'm glad to see it so well maintained.
