It's right across from Big Kahunas water park, literally right in the middle of every major amenity in Destin. We would absolutely stay here again! A few things to note - there are steep stairs so we had to buy a baby gate for our toddler. Also there isn't a bath tub - both things are definitely not a deal breaker but just some things to think about if you are traveling with little!

I absolutely loved the place, the views are amazing on the decks. Short walk to the beach. The commutation with us was great. Now the front step of 127 is VERY slippery so we did buy a rug to put on the step after my son slipped and fell. And we did have to call someone after hours for an issue and they called right back and were very friendly and helpful on Christmas night. I would recommend going through them again.

Great townhouse and great location! Will book again. Party of six and had room for more. Directly on the beach with beautiful views. On arrival we noticed the microwave did not work. Called and within 30 minutes someone brought us another one. We've booked through Newman several times and would highly recommend using them.

Loved our stayed. Our family enjoyed how close it was to the beach. It was absolutely beautiful and had so much space for everyone to enjoy each other company or simply enjoy some quiet time to themselves. I would recommend it 100% and we will book again in the future.

“We stayed in South Bay by the Gulf unit 127 and absolutely loved it. The three levels of balconies on each floor were fantastic and had a marvelous view of the shoreline. The inside of the unit has been updated even though the outside neighborhood looks dated. We also enjoyed use of the pickleball courts. It was in a good location. We had plenty of provided paper products for the week we were there, and the kitchen had plenty of dinnerware and cookware available to use. A nice bonus for the ladies, there are granite benches in each shower, which makes leg shaving much easier.” –Brenda M.

127 was very clean, comfortable and the perfect place for a family get away. The view is outstanding and one of our favorite restaurants (Back Porch) is within walking distance from the beach. Couldn't ask for anything more!

This unit is just lovely. Our family of 4 had plenty of space. Though the neighborhood looks older, unit 127 has modern updates. The beds were comfortable, and everything fresh and clean. Having a balcony on each of the 3 levels was spectacular! A direct view of the ocean - perfect. We had plenty of kitchen wear and bathroom accommodations for the week. And, the showers had corner benches (great for helping ladies with leg shaving). We made good use of the pickle ball courts near the unit. The daily umbrella and chairs service was a very nice perk as well.
