This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.


We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV

We had a perfect holiday From booking to arriving and beyond the service we received was first class. The condo is a very short walk away from the beautiful sands of Crystal beach and a 3-5 min walk to some great restaurants, offering great food with superb service. For those that like to shop again Destin Commons is a 5 min walk or you could drive 10mins to bag a bargain at the outlets. We cannot wait to book flights and return for longer next year Thank you.

Would rent it again if it is available. I l loved the decor and the close proximity to Camilles and of course we loved being across from the beach. We loved our experience at Caribbean Dunes. The unit was perfect, super clean, lovely decor and it so great being right across the street from the beach. I love to be able to step out the door and be at my favorite coffee shop Camilles in just a two minute walk. Our experience with Newman Daily was exceptional. They communicate well and check in/check out was seamless.

We love Caribbean Dunes and have stayed in many units. It is on the bottom floor, making easy access to the beach. The management company was communicative and accommodating to our requests. The unit was tidy and nicely decorated. I loved that the kitchen was fully stocked to cook during our stay. We would stay here again.

This unit is perfectly situated right across the non-busy street from the walkway to the beach. It was super clean and bright. The AC was great. The kitchen had everything I might have needed to cook, and had a ton of dishes, cookware and utensils to choose from. Newman Dailey was fantastic to deal with. Their communication was proactive, timely and offered me things via text that I wasn't thinking about until they sent to me. Both this property, and ND were fantastic! I would highly recommend both!
