My family and I had the best stay in Destin. The home was comfortable, down to the beds. Everything was clean and tidy. Plenty of utensils etc in the kitchen. Which is something a lot of rentals do not provide.

This townhouse was perfect for our family of four and the views were just stunning! The decor is charming and the entire place was spotless when we arrived. The direct access to the beach and the daily beach service umbrella and chairs made it so convenient to run back and forth for items we forgot or to grab a snack. Once we arrived we didn’t want to leave to go anywhere else! The location in Miramar Beach was a little calmer and quieter than Destin, which we preferred, but was right across the street from a beach shop and ice cream, and minutes from amazing restaurants like Pompano Joe’s, Fat Clemenza’s, and the Surf Hut, so we didn’t feel we were missing anything. I would highly recommend this house for those who want to spend a lot of time on the beach without intense crowds, and who don’t mind driving 15 minutes into Destin.

Costa del Sol A2 is in the perfect location, right on the beach and close to anywhere you need to go. The interior was even better than we expected. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you'll need to cook at home. Having access to chairs and an umbrella that is put out and taken down for you each day is a great added amenity that we didn't know we'd appreciate as much as we did. We will definitely be back and will book this location again. Thanks for a great week!

The parking spots were difficult to get in to and people parked in our spots several times. Other than that, the place was perfect. Easy walk from room to beach and plenty of beach toys were available for the kids. The place was clean and spacious. Very easy to book, and check-in and check-out was a breeze. We absolutely loved it!

My wife and I choose this rental as a well-needed get away after the last year and a half. We really enjoyed the unit and the owner/property manager were great to work with. Our flight got in a little bit earlier than expected and they graciously allowed us to enter the unit an hour early. This was very much appreciated! The location has direct beach access and multiple balconies to enjoy the outdoor setting. As others have mentioned, the primary balcony brings you close to your neighbors but we were fortunate to have great guests staying on both sides of us so it wasn't an issue. One item to note is that there are reserved beach chairs and an umbrella put out each day for the guest which really helped but on a busy day, people that were just trying to find a spot to post up would try to impede on our space. It wasn't a huge issue but I don't know if there is a better way to enforce the reservation process so that those folks aren't allowed on that portion of the beach. One additional thing to note is that the parking is tricky. I know that others have mentioned that but the parking space in front of the unit is tough to navigate so try to use the parallel parking space if you're able. We originally were not going to get a car but Uber around but I'm glad that we rented a car. One of the Uber drivers mentioned that the number of drivers has decreased due to the pandemic so if you have an option, I would go with the car as we found ourselves driving a little bit more than anticipated. One item for the owners is that the sliding door on the main level was a little loose. You might want to have your maintenance team check it out. Overall, even though we were rained out for a good bit of our trip, we enjoyed the trip! We loved the direct beach access, the unit was well maintained, the owner/property manager were attentive and answered any questions. We would suggest this property for anyone looking for a good Destin getaway.

Our beaches are shared between the deeded beach for the property and the public section of the beach that begins at the waterline. This means that while the access to the beach is limited to the beachfront property, there will still be public beach goers walking by or sitting along the waterline. We're delighted that you were able to enjoy our soft white sand beaches and are happy to make recommendations for areas that are less populated when booking your next beach vacation.

This condo is gorgeous! 3 levels (which i didn't realize). Very quiet too, we never heard any inside noise from neighbors at all. Thanks to reading another review here, I did find the washer and dryer units on the beach level (same door code as the main door). We never parked in the spot directly in front of the condo due to space. A1 and A3 were being used, and there's virtually no space to park there. We used the 2nd parking spot, which worked great for us. The water was amazing. Our 2 kids ised some of the beach toys under the steps and had a blast! Alvin's is right across the street, so we visited there a few times. We also did the harborwalk, ate at Fudpuckers, AJ's, and got ice cream. We will definitely visit this place again!

The townhome is right off the beach and is beautiful. The parking for A2 was a little tight and the second parking spot was a parallel parking spot. The laundry is on the beach level (they should tell you where it is located I had to call and ask). The deck is beautiful and is right on the beach, only downside is you have no privacy from any of the neighbors decks. If you’re friendly and outgoing not a problem, all the people that stayed next to us were very friendly, I just wasn’t prepared for it when I walked out and “hello neighbor!”

Had an amazing trip! Property located directly on beach and decorated beautifully. Property management called first day of stay and sent someone within an hour to replace porch light and help us tech idiots with our tv. Located close to restaurants and shopping but felt like a private getaway

We absolutely loved staying here. It was so close to the beach and in the middle of everything. I highly recommend this location. Beautiful clear water, sand that didn't get hot, and excellent food close by.

We had a great visit in Costa de sol A2. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Beach was pretty crowded but was nice to be able to sot on the deck and also have the beach setup included. They had board games also which was a plus!

This was our first visit to the Miramar/Destin Beach area and what a great choice it was. Our accommodations were clean and everything was in working order. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need on vacation. And when they said steps from the beach they were right. The restaurants and shopping were close and easy to get to. They only small drawback was the television in the second bedroom was not hooked up to cable. Would defiantly make this a yearly trip.

We really enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend. The unit was cozy and very nicely appointed. It was conveniently located to everything and it was right on the beach. Literally walked out the door and there you were. It was our first visit to Destin and this is exactly what we had in mind. We would definitely come back and stay here again if we are a small group.
