This is our second time for staying in unit 304. We love the Crescent and this unit for the spectacular view and the lovely accommodations.

We had an amazing time at The Crescent. This was our 5th stay on the property. Our condo was beautiful, clean, and well provisioned for a relaxing week at the beach!

Crescent 304 was beautiful, clean and perfect for relaxing and enjoying quality time together. We enjoyed the beach, the pool and discovering great new places to dine. We will be back, thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Unit is very clean and tastefully decorated. The furniture is comfortable and relaxing. The outside deck area is perfect - plenty of seating and a beautiful view of the pool area and the ocean. The complex is well maintained and in a perfect location. The beach is only steps away and everything else you may need is nearby (restaurants, grocery store, etc.).

We had so much fun at the beach and Big Kahunas. We also parasailed and did the helicopter tour. When it was time to rest we headed back to our beautiful and comfy condo for a little pool time and relaxation. Would definitely recommend Destin and this condo unit!

This condo is the perfect place to make lasting family memories. We loved the décor and ease of access to the pool, beach, great restaurants and entertainment. We will definitely rent here again. This was our first trip to Destin and we are already thinking of how nice it would be to retire here!

I took my two granddaughters, ages 17 & 15. We really enjoyed the condo we were in. They had the best time, it was very safe. The unit we were in was super nice! We will stay again!

Nicely decorated and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Loved that the owners left access to their books, games and beach toys. So thoughtful and kind. Saved this unit as a favorite after having stayed in many units at Crescent over the years

Unit was very clean and well equipped. Great view over the pool and beach. Great for sunsets. Convenient location to shopping and dinning. Beautifully landscaped pool area.

Accommodations were great and clean. The only problem we encountered was the thermostat. Some directions on usage would have prevented our situation.

We loved this unit! It was incredibly clean, updated, and the view was amazing! We loved the Crescent as well! Everyone was kind & the amenities were fabulous. We’ll definitely be back!

They condo was perfect for our group of 5 ladies. Nice bedrooms, great kitchen (and fridge), large dining table, extra seats at the bar and an amazing balcony with two tables! Furnishings are perfect for the condo and does not clutter the spaces. Pool was nice and the beach was beautiful. Comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Right next door to the Surf Hut restaurant and about 1 minute from Winn Dixie. There is also an Alvin’s Island in case you forgot some beach essentials. We loved the condo and will stay again

Nice location and unit. Perfect location, love the outdoor high top table snd chairs. Bed frames in guest room sway and squeak and mattresses very soft. Otherwise had all we needed. Great washer/dryer. Overall very nice

The condo was perfect for our family beach vacation. Very clean, spacious, and the ocean view is amazing. Location is awesome, very close to shops, restaurants, grocery store, and right next door to Surf Hut! So easy to access both the pool and beach, and the fact that 2 beach chairs/umbrella are included is a definite plus. We are looking forward to returning in the future!

I’m a repeat, repeat, repeat guest of condo 304. It’s just like the pictures except better. The view is amazing, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is better than my own at home. Have 2 more trips planned for this year staying in same unit. FABULOUS

The views are amazing!!! The furniture and decor are perfect!! Beautiful kitchen and brand new washer & dryer!! A large table that seats 8 so it was nice to be able to sit down and eat dinner together!! Will book again!!

We absolutely loved this condo! Very roomy 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Accommodations were awesome—so much Privacy between sleeping quarters. Private bathroom with each bedroom. Fully furnished kitchen with all you need for making your own meals or snacks. We enjoyed many evenings on the high top table sharing wine and watching the sun set. BEAUTIFUL We also enjoyed the low top outdoor table for fresh fish and steaks. Grills are available on the lower level. If you prefer to eat out, there are so many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The dining and living room were nicely furnished and comfortable! Great views through the sliding glass floor to ceiling doors. The swimming pool is meticulously maintained and huge! Nice walkable access to the beach through private walkway. Beach service chairs and umbrellas were fantastic! You can’t go wrong by renting this well kept clean condo!! We plan to visit again and again!!
