This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms beach house is neatly tucked in the gated community of The Villages in Crystal Beach. The large open living area is perfect for movies, games, and just relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen is well-appointed with upgraded surfaces and appliances plus plenty of seating. You will find King Primary suites on both the first and second floors! You will also find a queen guest bedroom, and a bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds. The second floor also has a second living room with a sofa sleeper making a nice place for the kids or teens to hang out.
Enjoy relaxing on the large balcony or poolside at the lagoon pool located just a few houses away. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
