Gulf Place in general is well-suited to families who would like an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. This property was clean, layout was spacious for 4 people, and management company was responsive to all of my questions.

We had a wonderful week in this quiet condo. Easy walk to the beach, pool, shops, restaurants. ND was quick to respond to some minor issues with hangers, glasses, dishwasher and cleaning. They are wonderful to work with!
There are some easy fixes that need to be done…screens on windows, a fan for the 3rd floor, replace stained chairs and cushions.
It was cool the week we were there, but the few times we used the AC it was very loud in the master bedroom and really did not cool the other rooms well. Tried closing vents and that did not help. If this was remedied we we stay here again!!

Very comfortable townhouse in a great location. It is on a quiet, dead end street but just steps to 30A, the public beach, community pool, restaurants, bike rental, ice cream shop and liquor store. It has a cook’s kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. Anne was very responsive to a minor maintenance request and send someone right out to fix it. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

This was our first time to stay in Santa Rosa Beach, and now we will definitely be back! The house was so clean and spacious—the pictures don’t do it justice! Perfect for my family of 5 and our two pups. It’s a super quick walk to the beautiful beach, and to shopping and restaurants. Anne made the process so easy and painless, we would most definitely stay here again!
