I loved Airbnb. There was a minor issue/hiccup with parking. Someone was parked in the parking space assigned to me, however, that was not the fault of Newman-Dailey's. They jumped right on the issue and ensured that the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. The staff/customer service team was very responsive and ensured my concerns were addressed. Other than that, everything ran smoothly. I loved the location of the condo and it was clean. It provided the essentials plus some. It is within walking distance of the private beach. And the pool was right outside the condo's door. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and within 10 min. drive. Overall, despite the minor hiccup, I will definitely return/rebook the home when I come back to Destin! I rate this Airbnb 10/10.

The condo was incredibly clean and it was nice having electronic locks instead of having to carry keys with us. Each of us could come and go easily while still keeping our belongings safe.

Staff was great to deal with and condo was all that we expected. Will book this condo again in the future and love Newman-Dailey.

We loved staying here. This is a smaller scale group of condos and it creates a very family oriented vibe. It’s not as commercial as the larger scale condo agencies. This specific condo recently had an entire makeover and it is gorgeously done. The unit is so enjoyable with the fabulous decor! The couch and oversized chair are white. Beautiful! As one would expect white is difficult to keep clean so I would recommend a cleaning. It was clean but had some stains. The kitchen only has a keurig. For us serious coffee drinkers I would recommend adding a coffee maker with a pot in addition to the keurig. There are limited utensils and I recommend the owner stocking the kitchen a bit more. However, we enjoyed the condo immensely and it was very clean! The unit is located across the street from the beach. There is a minimum walk so packing coolers etc is not an issue. There is an outdoor closet stocked with water toys, sand buckets, and coolers. They had a rolling cooler for the renter’s use and that was awesome! There is a charcoal grill on back patio and they provided a bag of charcoal. That was nice! The pool was clean and the property was well cared for. We will definitely stay again!!!
