Everything was perfect, location, the view, the area around it, no traffic, we love it!!! We did have an issue with the fact that we were not informed upfront of a $40 daily charge for an umbrella and 2 chairs - if you want to have a decent beach location. For a large family, like ours it would have been $80 for 2 umbrellas. That is why we brought our own tent - which we then had another challenge: to find a right location at the beach. Overall is was an awesome vacation.

We absolutely loved it here. If ever we need a quick small getaway, we will be back. The condo was squeaky clean and the view from the balcony and master was heaven to wake up to. This was our first vacation as a family with my 6 month old, so it was very important to us to be right on the beach, and the beach service was incredible as they strived to meet every request. The only downside to the condo was the lack of parking and the elevator issues. The second elevator stopped working during our stay so everyone was trying to cramp into the other one. With COVID being prominent right now, we really disliked that. It also meant having to wait a long time for the working elevator to reach us on the 15th floor, which with a heavy 6 month old was tedious. The parking was very slim as well which caused us to have to fight for the spots we got every time we had to leave and come back. Over all 5 out of 5 stars and we will definitely be back again! Thanks Newman Daily for a very memorable first family vacation!

We love Hidden Dunes! We return several time a year. Our first trip was 1991. Our daughter was 4 and now we bring her little boy. Returning is the BEST compliment! See ya this spring!! Maybe sooner :)

For the money this was a great place to stay. It was nice, clean and the view was beautiful. The staff was very helpful. Would stay there again .

We recently spent a week in unit 1503 at Hidden Dunes, and wecouldn't have been happier. View from the balcony was awesome! The complex staff was super friendly and the beach staff was super friendly, helpful and very nice. Iwe will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a college graduation gift for one granddaughter and a pre-graduation gift for the other one. The weather was perfect the whole time. Our condo was very well equipped and very pleasantly designed. However, the bed cover for the master bedroom seemed to be lacking the filler for the duvet. It was so great to be able to sit on the patio and just listen to the water.
If we ever come back, we'll ask for it again. We loved the deck parking should the weather had been bad, but we like it anyway and the spaces for vehicles were nice and large.

My husband and I took our daughter and 3 of her girlfriends here for a Fall Break Beach trip. The unit was ideal for us. Loved the location!

My family and I stayed here over Christmas and our criteria in finding a place to stay were: directly on the beach, outside the crazy busy areas in this region, two bedrooms, and a functional kitchen. This condo had it all and more! The location of the condo has easy access to a grocery, Destin, and the 30A scenic area. The condo itself is in good repair and is comfy, even if it's not the most updated in this complex - it feels perfect for a beach condo. The balcony and big bedroom have an amazing view of the beach from which to watch sunsets and sunrises. The complex provides luggage racks and shopping carts in the parking garage so it's easy to get your stuff up and down. The only minor problem was the elevator would get stuck open on Floor 1 because of wind conditions, but after the first night, we figured out a solution to that. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was great and the view was RIDICULOUS! So, so amazing and beautiful. It was truly breathtaking. The unit was clean, except for the dishes weren't cleaned well for some reason; we had to rewash all that we wanted to use. Will definitely be back!

A great location, a beautiful view from the suite, and 1503 came with everything we needed.
Suite was clean and neat. Only a few minor items could stand to be fixed.

Lovely condo and fantastic views. This condo offers everything we were looking for in our vacation. It was clean, comfortable and affordable. The views were amazing and I love waking up to a gorgeous view every morning. The ease of getting to the beach was excellent and the amenities were top notch.

Destin and Hidden Dunes is my new number one vacation destination. We usually stay further south, but decided to try something new this year, and I am glad we did. The beaches are spectacular, the facilities well maintained and beautifully groomed. The condo istelf has had some updates and was very comfortable. We will definitley check out Hidden Dunes again on our next trip to Destin.

This condo was perfect for us. My husband traveled with our daughter and 4 grandchildren. We had a perfect week. Condo was nice and clean and had plenty of towels (a must with 2 teenage girls). We used the washer/dryer almost every day so that we could keep the packing light. We had stayed in a cottage at Hidden Dunes two years previously and loved the property but loved the view from the condos even better. Loved the fact that the beach is private for the residents of Hidden Dunes so we never saw any "spring breakers". Can't think of a better vacation or condo and the beach is pristine!

Really enjoyed our stay at unit 1503. We loved the bright cheery color, the view was to die for, the area and location was great. We are already planning our next trip and will ask for this unit again.

A buddy of mine and I stayed at Hidden Dunes for spring break during our second year of medical school. We were not disappointed. There is a ton to do in Destin including scuba, sailing, great beaches. There are many excellent restaurants particularly for seafood and bbq (Lillie's On Pig's Alley, which is directly across the street, is particularly good). There are mini-golf courses, batting cages, and go-carts if you either have kids (which I don't) or you want to reconnect with your inner child (which we did :) )
Hidden Dunes is a fantastic place to spend a week on the beach regardless of whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway, a family with kids, or college students looking for relaxed spring break.The resort provides many amenties including tennis and basketball court, a small gym, pool, hot tub, and direct access to the beach. The unit itself is equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a family room with a large tv with VCR/DVD player.
Unit 1503 overlooks an amazing view of the water and Destin's famous white sand--not to be missed.
In short, Destin is a great vacation town and Hidden Dunes is a good place to see it from. Highly recommended.

Perfect easy family vacation.
My family has been going here for years and love this place. This unit has everything you want for a vacation stay. There's laundry and the kitchen is well-equipped. The master bedroom and deck have fantastic views right over the Gulf. Hidden Dunes has all the amenities you'd want such as tennis, basketball, multiple pools, private parking, walking trails, even a tram. The tram is great for my grandma who could still go for a walk and then wait for a tram when she was tired. Silver Sands is right across the street and the restaurant and bars are all really close. So there's always something for my brother and me to do at night. We all love walking on the beach, as well as through the complex which is really beautiful. A great place to stay. The complex is beautifully designed because it feels so peaceful with the trees and fountains. Lots of great, safe places for kids to explore. Yet you are right in the middle of everything!

Our little oasis
This is a great unit. The location can't be beat because it is right by Silver Sands, and all the restaurants in Destin. It is easy to go out. At the same time Hidden Dunes has a beautiful setting with lots of trees and walking paths with fountains and pools. This particular unit is on the 15th floor, right over the beach! The views are amazing. Plus it has everything you need in case you want to stay put.

Girls' Weekend Stay
I stayed in 1503 Gulfside with my girlfriends for a long weekend and it was just beautiful. We sat on the deck, drinking our wine and chatting, with views of the Gulf all around. There are beautiful walking trails and great walking on the beach too. The pool was great. We spent an evening in the jacuzzi. The decor in the unit is beachy and comfortable. It was all very relaxing and idyllic. Highly recommended.
