Condo was the perfect place for our family . I was hesitant about the first floor location but so glad I chose it, so convenient with a toddler in tow, and still was high enough to enjoy the ocean view and breeze. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes , pots and pans and utensils. I did bring my crockpot to help with easy meals . My only advice when renting this condo is choose wisely who stays in the quest bedroom that has the laundry room located in the bathroom. We didn’t choose wisely and it was a small burden doing laundry with a toddler sleeping near by. Should have put the teenagers in there , we know they can sleep through anything ??. Also , bring a box fan for the master bedroom , that room seems to stay warmer than the rest of the condo. Previous reviews were concerned about curtain and sunlight shining through . I’m assuming they have been replaced because the curtains were nice and thick with no issues of morning sun. All and all we would choose this condo and location again. Jade East is a great spot if you want to be in the heart of somethings to do.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. We enjoyed the convenience of the first floor and we still had a beautiful ocean view. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio listening the waves crash on the shore. This location is in a great location and close to great restaurants, shops, and activities. Our only problem was the curtains in the bedrooms. There were curtains, but they didn't cover the windows all the way and let a lot of light in. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Beautiful condo! Everything was great....the only thing that was rather annoying was, if you have a condo that actually sleeps 10 people, I feel it's kind of unrealistic for everyone to come in only 2 cars, since there were only two parking passes per condo. But that was/is our only concern really.

I am speaking on behalf of all six guest. We were in awe when we arrived at our beautiful resort. It was just as it appeared in the photos that we saw online. Everything was immaculate. The staff was super professional and friendly from the moment I booked it until we left.
The constant communication with the reservation coordinator set the expectation for our trip. We appreciated the recommendations for restaurants, shopping and things to do in the area. We will be back soon!

You can’t beat the beautiful view of the beach from this first floor unit or how quickly you can get out to the beach. The kitchen has a great variety of cookware, tools and food storage. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the unit was great. It’s nice that the bedrooms are spread out and have good privacy from one another. The property management company was very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. My one recommendation would be better window coverings in the bedroom with two queens. The light from outside the unit is not blocked very well with what’s currently there.

The condo was nice. The only drawback was that by being on the ground floor, it was very noisy and not direct access to the beach (somewhat submerged)

This is our second time staying in this condo and I know it will not be our last. We had a few issues with a few things but the management team took care of those issues pretty quickly. Condo is as pictured. We cooked a lot during our stay and with the well stocked kitchen, I had no issues preparing meals. If your looking for a place to stay in Destin, consider this condo. You will not be disappointed.

Well kept condo. Clean and modern. Did not feel like a tired rental. Wet bar was a nice touch. Plenty of seating. Balcony seating was nice and the view was beautiful. Beds were nice and the bunkbeds are full size. First floor location was not an issue. Actually rather convenient and still offered a nice view. Beach is beautiful. Two chairs and an umbrella with each condo so bring extra chairs. Overall a good visit, nice unit and good property.

We love Jade East towers and we leave bed this condo. Condo 0120 is a first floor condo with everything you need for a great stay. At one point during our trip with comings and going’s we had 10 people in the condo and had plenty of room to spread out and still not feel cramped, so I would definitely recommend for a large family/group. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need(don’t forget your spices there are none). We were very impressed with the amount and variety of pots and pan. I actually brought my deep wider skillet that I like to use when cooking for the whole family but didn’t even need to use it because there was one almost identical available. The look and feel of the condo is so clean and refreshing. Some things had been updated from the pictures., the beds, in the first bedroom there was listed two queen beds, they actually added a bunk bed set with full size beds, so there are actually three beds in one room and the other bedroom had two full size beds I dread of the full and twin beds pictured. Easy access to the beach, the pool and our room. You can take the elevator down one to the basement or walk around either side for access to the beach. We had an issue with the oven but called and it was taken care of within a couple of hours. We are already looking at dates for next year for everyone in the family so that we can hopefully book again!!!!

It was very nicely updated and our favorite part was the deck and view to beach. Loved the laundry basket and machine available. Our stay was wonderful. The grills outside were a bit rough but otherwise we would be back.

Great time had by all. This condo was comfortable and clean. The colors inside remind you of being out on the beach so it is as relaxing inside the condo as it is outside. The location of the property is fantastic being right downtown Destin. We could walk to the water park, the amusement park and several restaurants.

Excellent vacation! We had the best time staying at Jade 0240. This condo is beautiful, comfortable and incredibly clean! We had an amazing view from the balcony even though we were on the 2nd floor.

We loved our stay. This property is located on the beach, so access is very easy, just simply walk down to the beach from your condo. We had chairs set up daily for us and when we were done, we relaxed in the beautiful pool area.

We had the best time. Our condo was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed and we were provided a little goody bag at check in with cleaning supplies so we really didn’t have to purchase anything except our food at the grocery store. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. There was a beautiful view from the balcony

Most of our time was spent out at the beach and then out at the local clubs so we didn’t get to spend a lot of time in the condo. What we did spend inside the condo though was comfortable. We enjoyed having the kitchen so we could cook breakfast, lunch or dinner and not have to eat out all the time.

Our family had a lovely time. The young girls enjoyed their colorful bedroom and we never had a problem getting them to settle down at night because they said the beds were very comfortable. The adults enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking wine and watching the sun go down. We all especially enjoyed the beautiful beaches!

We had an excellent time. The condo was very clean, beach front, a nice pool and of course, one of the most beautiful beaches. The services on the beach were included, very well organized. We will for sure come back
