We had a wonderful stay. Wish we booked longer. The balcony has the most amazing views! We watch the sunrise and sunset from there and it was truly heaven on earth! If you’re looking for a great place with a lovely view then book this now! Thank you!

The condo was very nice it was big and the view was great. One of the reasons I chose Jade East was it had beach service. I am taking chemo so I needed the umbrella, I was very disappointed that the chairs and umbrellas are set up in a U shape. You could not see the coastline, we were actually closer to the pool then we were the ocean. I asked the guys that were in charge of the chairs, if we could move ours closer, they were extremely rude. We went and bought chairs so we could set closer, to the water,. With all the talk about the flesh eating bacteria I was not allowed to get in the water so I at least wanted to hear it and watch the waves. Jade East it self was very nice but I will not stay there again.

We enjoyed spending November at JE 630! The condo offers a beautiful view of the gulf. Beds and living room furniture were all comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We also loved that there were so many fabulous restaurants within a 2 miles of the condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and clean. The grounds were well kept. A very nice pool area. Everyone we dealt with were very nice. The only negative were the beach chairs, very uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful building and grounds. We did not like the air conditioner. We got too warm during the night. 74 degrees isn't nearly cool enough. Fridge door popped like it would fall off and wasn't cool enough either. We loved the condo. Good location. Nice people. Good service. Thanks so much!!!!

We stayed at Jade East 0630 from May 29-June 3, 2017. We had a warm reception upon our arrival and were in our unit in a matter of minutes. It was very convenient to have check in location right next to the building and inside the gated/parking lot facility. The room was very well decorated and every bit as advertised on the site. The family was thrilled when they walked into the unit to discover the beautiful tile, huge granite countertop kitchen, marble bathrooms and large well furnished bedrooms. The view of the ocean, beach and pool were immaculate. The rooms all have proprietary coded keypads so no need to keep track of a room key which pays dividends with a large group. The condo had everything we needed and then some - corkscrew, tongs for cooking out, tupperware for leftovers, cooking trays for warming up leftovers. You name it, it was there! Jade East was very convenient for everything we wanted to explore in Destin. Big Kahuna water park is right across the street, countless restaurants in both directions, Harbor Walk Village a few miles west for great shopping and excursions (we did the SeaBlaster Dolphin Cruise) and The Trek is 2 miles east for Go-Karts, Putt Putt, Bumper Boats and Arcade. There's an abundant amount to do for everyone and anyone. The beach was in pristine condition and our chair and umbrella was set up for us each and everyday. Check out was a breeze - take trash out, set the dishwasher and reset the keypad on your way out and you're on the road. We had a fantastic family vacation and would recommend it highly!

We had the pleasure of staying in 630, and it was phenomenal. The condo was clean, very modern, came with the needed amenities, and the much anticipated, gorgeous gulf view! The only thing I would suggest, update the shower head in the master bath, other than that, perfect all the way around!

All 3 beds slept poorly. Time for new mattresses. Also too many codes... maybe all entry points could be the same code. Place was nice and clean.

We had a great stay at Jade East!! The weather was beautiful, unit 630 was very nice and Newman Daily was professional and organized. We've stayed at Jade East about 10 times and it remains our favorite.

Overall Jade 630 was beautiful. The views from the balcony and the master suite were amazing! Most of our time spent in the room was on the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need if you decided to cook meals. The beach was glorious and having 2 chairs with an umbrella was amazing. It took some time to figure out where your chairs were, if you had any set up at all. Just ask the gentleman on duty and he will help you out, that is the easiest route. There were a few minor maintenance issues with Jade 630, but nothing to make the room unserviceable, just shows how well used the room is.
The only complaint we had was when the supposed cleaning team, man & woman, showed up at the door trying to get in at 8:45pm the night before we checked out. They thought we might have checked out early and wanted to start cleaning. Raised red flags for us, we were just glad we were there and not out so they could get in and do whatever they wanted.

Cet appartement est très bien, en tous points conforme à la description et aux photos. Nous l’avons trouvé très propre, parfaitement équipé, en excellent état, bien situé dans Altea, doté d’un parking à l’ombre.
Le propriétaire Tomás s’est montré ponctuel, sympathique, efficace.
Bref, nous le recommandons fortement.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable tout d'abord grâce à un accueil chaleureux de Cécilia. La maison est très confortable et on a apprécié la climatisation en cette chaude période.
Il faut compter 30mn pour aller au centre de Rome mais le trajet est assez facile grâce au pass.
Je recommandé ce logement car bon rapport qualité|prix

We really enjoyed our stay at the Jade East. We've stayed there many times and always look forward to getting back there. The beach is great(soft white sand and pretty water.). A great place to get away and relax.

Two weeks at Jade East Towers could not have been better. From the late check-in to the early departure the system works. The condo was decorated to offer a special atmosphere and a comfort level beyond expectations. We enjoyed the easy access to dining out and shoping. Groceries were as handy as dine out meals. We had a good choice of both.
The best of the best was the ease of access to the beach. We were so close we could not believe it. Our time at Jade East Towers was wonderful.

I have stayed at various units at Jade East and this newly decorated unit is my favorite. They have decorated in other than your generic "beach furniture & decor" with high end furniture with an island feel. The only complaint we had was they closed down the beach chairs and left because it was raining in the morning. We had an afternoon that we just had to sit on towels as we had not purchased chairs since they were included in the rental. I did learn that another distributor was covering for the regular guy that weekend and he was the only one that closed up. Definitely plan to rent again next year.

Jade East Towers was great we had a great condo with the most amazing view of the gulf the weather was perfect, had a great time. we drove over to panama went on the Island time tour which is a must it was also wonderful very nice and relaxing time here can not wait to return

Really enjoyed the condo and dealing with Newman-Dailey Resort Properties. Love the updated master bath and the fact the entire condo was tiled...No carpart! Restaurants/shopping/Adventure close by. Will definitely work with Newman-Dailey for my future visits to Florida!

My husband and I stayed the week of Thanksgiving for our Honeymoon. Everything was wonderful. We loved the master bath and the wonderful view from the balcony. It was awesome to walk straight out to the beach whenever we wanted to.

Everything was perfect. This condo is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was updated (except for the stove, but it worked great). The views are breathtaking. The location is convenient to lots of things in Destin. Being right on the beach, we didn’t have to waste time gathering our stuff to lug down a street to get to the beach. We were able to just come out of the complex and go down to the beach. It ended up being a very relaxing stay.

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The extra amenities made it easier to entertain the little ones. I enjoyed the free beach chairs on the beach. My husband (the chef) loved the fully stocked kitchen so we could enjoy healthy meals while on vacation.

My family of four enjoyed our first experience in Destin. Jade East is kept very clean, as was our unit 630. It had everything we needed, including the all-important washer/dryer. Sand and water were pristine and the beach chair service was reliable. Gentle waves - nice for the parents, but the kids got bored after a couple hours. Beds were comfortable. Check-in on a Sunday was a pleasure. Secure gated parking. As far as the activities featured with the rental, we thought the Dolphin cruise was fun (we actually saw dolphins), but The Track was very expensive even with the discount. Other activities: Shell island - not that many shells. The banana boat ride with Mobile Sports was our favorite.

Our month at Jade East in J0630 was so fabulous. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and decorated very very nicely.
Jade East personel are super nice, always helpful with our needs. My 4th year at Jade East and 5th year with Newman-Dailey Resort Properties. Great with Guest.
The Sun Rise and Sun Sets are Heavenly. The beach walking very renewing. Wish I could stay much longer!

The location was great! The unit had some thing that needed repairs when we arrived but they were fixed immediately...the room was great the being a family of four having then second bedroom with two beds worked out great! Also having the family room for everyone to spread out in worked out well. A bit on the expensive side...

Value was typical for this type location.Very close to attractions,dining and beach.Was a little dissapointed in the cleanliness. Althought overall unit was clean, it had a "musty" smell on entry and many of the lamps and decorations were very dusty. Would consider another stay if unit was cleaned and smelled fresher. I realize it is not a hotel and aily maid service is not part of the program, but a thourough cleaning should be mandatory.

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. Could not have asked for better accomodations. The resort itself had easy beach and pool access. We throughly enjoyed our stay here!

Jade East is a beautiful property. Our condo was gorgeous wtih updated everything! One caution - if traveling with small children. There were no safety locks on the balcony doors or the front door. Children 2 or 3 and older can walk out onto the balcony from the bedroom or out the front door anytime. I would suggest safety locks be installed please!

We stayed in Unit 630 Mid September. Perfect time of the year for a peaceful and quiet getaway. Perfect weather too. Loved everything about the condo. Location, view, cleanliness, services, pool, grill area, tennis courts. All more then met our expectations. Also loved the key coded security so we didn't have to keep up with keys and felt very secure. Beautiful white beach. Only downfall for the week was alot of green algae in the water so we didn't get in the ocean as much as we would have like to have. But of course that is not the fault of the Jade East Resort or Newman Dailey Properties. Overall experience with them was excellent. We will be back again to the same place.

This was a beautiful decorated condo and exceptionally clean. We were very comfortable and you can enjoy the wonderful green waters of the Gulf right from the balcony.

The room was nice with a great view of the gulf. Sand is to be expected in the room so we were willing to clean and with a 7 mo. old I would have liked to keep the place a little cleaner. The vacuume in the room did not work so it made cleaning a bit difficult. For the price $$$$ I feel the place could have been cleaned better before our arrival since there was piles of sand under the furniture, apparently just pushed by a swifer. Cleaning is expected, but to have things that work and have someone inspect the room before the guests arrive should be a priority. We also had to fix the mirror closet doors that were not in there tracks and the room code said any damage could be our responsibilty? Somebody did not inspect this room! I would like to return to Jade East Towers next year with the hopes they will correct these issues.

The room was really great. The cleaning service needs to be better. There was mold and mildew in the shower that I had to clean before we could use the shower. Cleaning service is also not paying attention to walls and baseboards. But, overall the condo was wonderful. Unfortunately we would not stay again at Jade East due to the pool. It was not heated and was extremely cold. We have a small child that was really excited about the pool, but was unable to use it. There was also alot of jackhammering during the day. I called property management twice to discuss it and left a message. I never received a return phone call. It was difficult because my son needed to take a nap during the day.

Our stay in this condo was very nice and comfortable. All the amenities made our time there like home away from home, only on the beach. The location is great - right on the beach and minutes away from just about anything else you might want to do.
