Check in was a breeze, the rooms were fresh & clean, & the views were awesome! No signs of pets or allergy “stuff” (big for my wife) Will definitely book this spot again for my next stay in Destin ????

This was our first trip to Florida and we considered several vacation rentals before choosing Jade East Towers 0820. We were very pleased with our stay in this unit. There were four of us so we had plenty of room with the three bedrooms and three bathrooms and the space of the unit is overall comfortable. The decor is tasteful and the balcony overlooking the water is so relaxing. The unit was clean with all the basics you need. Our daughters used the two spare bedrooms and slept well although the wooden blinds do let in some light from the inner corridor walkways/hallways. The location is just right with short distances to any activity or shopping/restaurant in Destin. The beach service was great and we also enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Newman Dailey management was professional, easy to contact and communicate with and attentive to our needs.

We had the absolute best time in Destin! Many reasons were due to the fabulous room and breathtaking view! The room was equipped with all of luxuries from home and was just PERFECT for our family!

Breathtaking views from kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and balcony. The other two rooms have inward facing windows to hallways and are lacking in aesthetic but guests slept comfortably. Ample seating, and very clean unit. The couches are a bit frumpy but the bed mattresses are super comfy. Fully stocked kitchen with every cooking utensil you could need. Easy checkin and checkout. Super easy access to the beach right down the elevators. Don’t forget your wristbands and umbrella service is only 9-5pm. The beach wasn’t too crowded. Traffic around the area can be annoying on busy days. Overall it was amazing and will likely book with Newman Daily again.

The condo looks exactly as pictured! Had some issues with the dishwasher when we first arrived but they came to fix it the next day. The condo was beautiful and had amazing views to the ocean I would most definitely return! 10/10 recommend!
