We enjoyed our stay at Jade East Towers. The condo is a bit older but mostly renovated. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space but what stood out was THAT VIEW! Things that would make us go back... Again- the view! We were able to see dolphins in the mornings from the balcony. The condo has a very nice stretch of perfect beach and the beach chair service was amazing. Located centrally- if you have kids this was right across from the water park, near restaurants, grocery stores and both Target & Walmart. The condo was super clean which is a MUST for me. There were a few minor issues when we were there that the rental company addressed right away... A leak in the master bedroom during a rain storm. The shower in the master is one of the few things that was suprisingly not updated and the shower doors were a bit off track and flimsy. None of that affected our stay though. For those not familiar with Destin (it was our 1st time), it was a bit cold still in early April.

Unit was clean, well located and well supplied. Had, by far the sharpest kitchen knives I've ever had in a rental. As a cook that was a very pleasant surprise.

Jade East 1520 was a great place to stay! We wanted 3 beds/3 baths so everyone had their own privacy. This was perfect because all had large bedrooms and roomy baths. Roomy kitchen and living room with great balcony ocean views! Our AC acted up and it was immediately fixed. Check in and out instructions are easy to follow and the included beach chairs and umbrella were set up daily for you which was amazing. We will definitely stay here again someday!

Wonderful condo! Clean and spacious 3 bedroom unit. The mattresses were very comfortable. Really appreciate the two recliners in living room. Unit has lovely view of the beach and ocean. But equally impressive was the amount of helpful communication from the Newman-Dailey office personnel! Thank you!

It was a wonderful stay the view was excellent . Condo was on the beach. . They provided us with two beach chairs and an umbrella and then we paid for the extra ones. A very nice service to have while staying… They arrange the beach chairs so that everybody had a perfect view of the water. Very clever I would highly suggest a stay at the Jade East towers????????

What an awesome experience it was. Being our first stay in Destin, the bar has been set really high. The condo was was wonderful, check in/out was super easy, the beach was beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back in the future and hope Newman-Dailey will be able to provide us with the accommodations that we experienced on our most recent stay. Thank you for the hospitality.

The condo was lovely, accommodating & beautifully updated! The Gulf views from our balcony were suburb. We utilized the workout room, pool & the beach area. We were extremely pleased & will return!
