This property has all the comforts of home. We have stayed in this condo many times. We enjoy staying at the Mediterranea and enjoying it’s beautiful surroundings.

First time visiting the Destin area, we booked this condo based off of a friends recommendation. We couldn’t have picked a better place or location, everything was perfect. The condo is very large and had everything we needed. You feel very at home here and not the feeling of being at a hotel. This property will be booked for many future visits.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this unit. What we loved about this place: 1) gated community, 2) cleanliness of the unit and the amenities including a large outdoor pool and jacuzzi and 3) convenience - 1 beach umbrella and 2 chairs set up which is included and the fact that these are set up daily with your name on it along with short walk to the pool and the beach with a private access (our area was not crowded at all). Only thing I would ask is that the property manager to provide instructions on where to park. Each parking spot in the ground level has a number and references the unit # on the wall (which I just figured it out on my own). I also wasn’t aware that the owner had two spots, so I thought my space was taken and had to park outside for few days until the property manager found out that the owner parked in one of the spots. Not a big deal, but it would have been helpful if this was included in the instructions. Overall, my family would totally stay at Mediterranea again. We got lucky this time and the beach was absolutely clear without any jellyfish and very little seaweed. Thought we were at Turks and Caicos!

Everything was great start to finish. Easy reservation, easy check in and out. Great location and convenient to everything in the area. Condo was really nice and well furnished. We will definitely come back here again!

We loved the view of the beach & gulf from our deck! It was so nice having a garage to park in which was very close to the elevators for convenience of getting our belongings & groceries up to condo unit! We would certainly return to Mediterranea in the future!

Have stayed at Mediterranea many times and at this specific property twice. There is no better unit for our family. We loved it, again.

Property is very desirable, very well kept. As for Newman Dailey, they are exceptional. Customer service dramatically exceeded our expectations. Always a welcoming and friendly smile, they are very accommodating with any requests, they respond promptly on any condo issues. Their service is the prime reason for our return.

Love the layout and decor of the condo! VERY quiet and well kept! This was my daughter's 1st trip to Destin and to Mediterranea - my 2nd. We will be back!

One word describes this unit - WONDERFUL!!! Everything about it and the Mediterranea is just perfect! Also, we had another great experience with Newman-Dailey! Can’t wait until time for our next vacation!!!

We have stayed in this condo for the past two years and plan to book it for next year. Very clean, nicely furnished and so close to excellent restaurants and shopping. As always, the staff at Newman Dailey treated us like family because we have booked through them so many times. Can’t wait to get back???

I’ve visited Miramar beach area for the past 10 years., and stayed at the Mediterranea for 8 years now. Have been in different units, however the 405 is my favorite until now. Considering the good level of cleaning (witch is very important for me) the decorations and furniture are nice and up to date. Kitchen is well equipped (a better organization inside the cabinets would be welcomed, just to make things easier to find). Beds are comfortable. Master bathroom is very nice, with the oversized shower and no bath tube ( which I never use anyway). The shower head is great, we normally don’t see that very often on rental properties. Didn’t feel very comfortable with the fact that is no window treatment on the master bathroom window. ( I hung a towel on it). Overall it is a great unit. Mediterranea is a great complex, always well kept. Swimming pool is nice. Location is amazing. And the guests very friendly and polite. Seasonal beach service is very convenient, attendant was very courteous and responsive. I’ll definitely consider to stay there again. If earlier check in were possible would be great!

This was our second straight year to use the condo and we enjoyed it once again. It is roomy, nice furniture and great view. If you are looking for something with 3 beds this is a good condo for you.

Since I am the owner of 406, I rented this unit for my children. It was perfect to be right next door. My children thoroughly enjoyed spending time with each other. Can’t wait to do it again. Newman-Dailey was very accommodating in helping me rearrange the dates due to the tropical storm. Thank you for being so nice. The weather turned out to be perfect.

We have stayed at the Mediterranea many times. This was our first time in 405B. We loved it so much we have already rebooked for next year. Beautifully decorated, kitchen well furnished, beautiful view and close to everything. Pompano Joes across the street is a great place to dine. 5**

Loved our stay here and the condo felt like home! The property is immaculate and not too big nor crowded. The included beach chairs/umbrella were a nice bonus. I would definitely come back and stay here. Good value for what you get. Also, perfect location with only a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Some places are walking distance, like Pompano Joe's, Alvin's island, etc. ????

Loved our stay in 405B at The Medditeranea! The condo was gorgeous with an amazing view!! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean each morning and evening. Everything was comfortable and clean and the gated community made us feel secure. The walk across the street to the beach was a breeze and our beach chairs and umbrella were there waiting for us each day! We will definitely be returning sometime very soon!
