Our family had an amazing stay at this 4 bed, 4 bath penthouse. The accommodations were perfect, spacious, and clean! The beach was right across the street and restaurants were within walking distance. We hope to stay here again!

Everything was perfect...from the beautiful condo itself, to the seemless reservation and guest services, this condo is wonderful. Very clean, spacious, well equipped with quality essentials, the views, the location and loved having our own parking spaces with an elevator. We will definitely be back to this condo! My Family truly enjoyed staying Mediterranean 514E. When we first walked through the door we all were in awe. It was very spacious and sparkling clean. Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and all the furniture was very comfortable. The decorating of the condo was very superb! The view from the condo was beautiful and great access to the beach. We would definitely return to this condo. Thank-you!

Our trip to 514E Meditteranea was even better than we could have imagined. The condo itself was spectacular. It was well-stocked, super spacious for our group, very comfortable, and extremely clean. The Newman Dailey team had everything well laid out for us and the check-in/out process was a breeze. ?? We couldn’t get enough of the private beach access, umbrella/chair all-day beach service, swimming in the heated pool and hot tub each day, starting and ending our days on the balconies overlooking the gulf…It really was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind.?? We already can’t wait to go back later this year with our family! Thanks for a great experience.

One of the standout features from our time there was the private beach and umbrella/beach chair service. They took care of the set up and tear down which made relaxing on the beach just that much more enjoyable. We appreciated having a reserved spot to come and go throughout the day! We just returned home from our trip to the beach and already can’t wait to go back! Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The condo was pristine; very comfortable lodgings for our large group, well stocked with just about everything we could ever need or want for our extended stay, and an extremely clean/well-maintained home. The location was incredible, which made it so easy to bop back and forth from the beach. The views of the gulf and beachfront from the unit are outstanding. You must carve out some time to sit on the balcony overlooking the water for the sunrises/sunsets!

We stayed 5 nights in this beautiful and spacious condo. The condo is well appointed , elegant but comfortable and the ocean balcony views are stunning. Every bedroom was spacious, the beds are comfortable and the condo has so much room for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed our stay and plan on bringing friends and family back.

A group of 9 rented this property for a long beach weekend. It was perfect in every way. Well stocked, beautifully laid out and decorated and in a wonderful location. The property was lovely and exactly (or even better) as advertised. The amenities (pool, hot tub, private beach) were superb. Will definitely return!

This unit was fantastic and the property was immaculate. I really liked that Newman-Dailey sent so much information and the portal was very helpful. Very professionally done. The one thing that we overlooked during our stay was the 'beach set up' card that was in the welcome packet. Not knowing how the beach vendors work, it was a little confusing and caused a little beach disruption. Know that customers have to take the card and laundry clip to put on the umbrella to verify with the vendor that they are legitimate, otherwise the beach rep charges $60/day all cash.
