We absolutely loved our stay at the Regrouper! The host was very proactive and responsive. It was the perfect layout for several families traveling with kids. The kids loved the bunk rooms. The backyard and pool provided the perfect place to hang out, grill, swim, and relax after coming back from the beach. All of us agree we would stay again! There were about 12-15 of us staying throughout the week on a family vacation. We LOVED this house- the backyard was amazing as was the location, just a quick 5 min walk to the beach. Ages ranged from 1-80. Each of the bedrooms (minus kids room) had its own bathroom which was great. We had some issues with the pool and hot tub not getting hot (we paid for the additional heating) but it was because everything was brand new and just not setup right yet. The owners were great in helping us along with the rental company. Would come back for sure!

This house was exactly as described and then some. From the fully stocked kitchen, to the amazing outdoor space with pool and tiki bar, to the short walk to the beach, this house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 3 children. We loved everything about this house and the week spent making memories with our adult children and their kids. This will definitely be on our list to rent again when we make our next trip to the beach.

Perfect house for our large family to vacation together. We appreciated Newman Dailey's recommendation to rent a golf cart, it made trips to the beach with all our stuff so much easier but definitely not a necessity since it isn't a long walk. We really enjoyed the pool area and tiki bar, we spent a lot of time hanging out at the house, more than the beach it was that much fun. Bonus having a bathroom by the pool so we didn't have to go through the house wet. Next time we will bring our bocce ball and some other outdoor games since the yard has plenty of space. Just a perfect vacation house.

Everything about this stay was fantastic! It is a trip to be remembered. It’s a lovely, quiet neighborhood just steps from the beach. The check-in and check-out process was so easy. I hope to book this property again in the future!

There was excellent communication between the property manager and we enjoyed the pool and tiki bar so much. The only things we really missed were yard games, maybe a nice sand volleyball court and a fire pit. There’s plenty of room to enjoy.

We loved our trip! This house is walking or golf cart distance to the private beach, which worked perfect for our family from age 2-65. It also has an amazing large pool and tiki hut bar! Having bedrooms on three levels was awesome for privacy and everyone had their own bathrooms! It would be nice if the house would supply towels and beach chairs, but there is a big beach store two minutes away. I’m not one to travel to the same place twice, but I would make an exception for this!

We stayed at regrouper for a family reunion, and it was absolutely amazing! Great space for a large family, bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, multiple bathrooms on every level. The outside oasis is what made the vacation! The outside bathroom and multiple outside showers were a lifesaver! And only a short walk to the beach and even shorter ride on the 6 seater golf cart! We highly recomend this house to anyone looking for the best family destin beach vacay!

My greater family stayed at ReGrouper over Thanksgiving 2018. PROS: Plenty of good-sized bedrooms, home is nicely decorated, golf cart was convenient since the house is several blocks from the beach, the pool and tiki bar area were beautiful (we all agreed it would be awesome during warmer months), nice-sized yard to play in, two dishwashers and three ovens was super helpful, lots of parking space for a house that sleeps 18 (few large homes provide adequate parking), and the location near the outlet mall meant we could walk there and avoid the hassle of Black Friday traffic (which is a nightmare). CONS: For a house that sleeps 18, the main living area was small and cramped. The dining table seats only 8, plus 3 at the bar (we had people standing eating their Thanksgiving meal). The couch butted up close to the front door and separated too easily—and there was not enough seating around the TV—maybe for 8. The kitchen was missing some essential items, like a corkscrew and can opener, but otherwise had plenty of plates, glasses, and cookware. The shower in the Jack-and-Jill bathroom on the 3rd floor produced only lukewarm water. Overall, it was a good experience, but I doubt we would stay here again because of the small living space on the main floor.
