This spacious condo comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed with a private en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom includes a queen bed, and the third bedroom features two twin beds. For added flexibility, a custom bunk in the laundry area provides additional sleeping space for two.
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is filled with natural light from large windows showcasing stunning Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
