The 23-acre Sanctuary by the Sea is a Gulf-front property in Santa Rosa Beach, with pristine grounds that include three pools, two hot tubs, grilling stations, a well-appointed fitness area, a virtual golf facility, and a theater room. You can take a kayak or a canoe out on the lake, take advantage of seasonal beach service on the sand, or wander to the nearby unique communities of Grayton Beach, Seagrove Beach or lovely Alys Beach.

There is parking available for 2 vehicles.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
