The house was very clean and the space was what we needed . It worked out great with grandparents, parents, and grand kids having their own room. We loved the washer and dryer upstairs and downstairs to do the laundry. The location was great for us as we rented a golf cart and took it to the other end of the gated community and could park it and just walk a short distance to the beach. And we were super close to one of the community pools and we were the only ones in the pool multiple times. The air conditioner did go out one night, but a repairman was there that evening to fix it which was great. On the down side, there was confusion on the first day with the beach, not knowing some of the rules and regulations. I either missed it or there was miscommunication. We figured it out and was all good. We ended up purchasing umbrellas and chairs and we wish some of that would have been included with the stay.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Southern Grace. The home is very spacious, decor is beautiful and there is plenty of additional space in the bedrooms! The kitchen area had everything we needed. Great location to everything and a very short walk to the beach! We can't wait to return.

Southern Grace was in perfect area! Right by the community pool! Plenty of room for atleast 3 families. We only had 2 and had more than enough room! We will definitely stay here again!

The home is just as pictured in your advertisement. Clean, spacious and beautiful. Everything we planned to do was very close to where the home is located. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a a house that sleeps a large group.

However, if you are staying for a longer trip or anticipate that you will need more than what we provide, we recommend either picking some up in town or packing additional supplies for your trip. My family and I travelled here for Mother's Day and we loved the home. The office was very helpful when we called. The home was in a great location and neighborhood.

We had an amazing stay at our Newman Dailey Southern Grace home. We had 16 people in our group, several children and teens and we nicely fit everyone. I do recommend you bring blankets with you though. The AC works wonderfully and for some it is perfect, but for others it can be chilly and all you get are thin sheets for the pull outs, and a thin comforters for the actual beds. It would be nice if blankets were provided since many people fly and don’t have room for blankets in their luggage. We were a very short walk to the beach and Alvin’s store for all the souvenir goodies! He poop was literally 25 steps from our front door and the house has an outdoor shower to help rinse yourself or your sandy stuff off. The only other thing I think could be an improvement other than blankets, would be an indoor mat for sand and a small rug by the beds to wipe your feet of sand before getting into bed. The floors were sandy and dirty when we arrived and each night when I got into bed my feet were black and sandy even though I had only been out of the shower for 30 minutes. I know sand is something to expect when going to a beach house, but the black feet surprised me. Other than that the kitchen is spacious, the stove and oven were great! Lots of room in the fridge, and a variety of pots and pan and things to use to cook. I would definitely go back and stay at Southern Grace again and hopefully they will have blankets the next time ??

This was my first time renting an Airbnb and honestly I was a little fearful of how it would go. Nevertheless, I booked and my family loved the house. We felt as if this was our home which even relieved to option to eat out verses eating at home. We loved everything about this home and the location. It was within a quiet community with a pool. We plan to revisit especially with the property management company. We know what to expect now and we can’t wait till our next vacation in Destin, FL.

Loved the Southern Grace property! Great location, close to the beach and local attractions! The house was bright and clean! The community pool is only two doors down. We had 8 in our party and the house has all the towels linens needed. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook and serve large meals! Southern Grace is a great rental for a large family or multiple families!
