My family and I stayed at this property for my birthday and it was everything plus more! It was beautiful with an astonishing gulf view! I will definitely book again in the warmer months. It was as pictured and very clean. They had everything we needed for our stay. They have plenty of cookware and dishes, chairs and cooler for the beach, and much more amenities.

Beautiful condo, spent the evenings on the huge balcony with the family. Had an issue with a running toilet which was addressed the same day, and all was well. Loved the instructions and support.

We loved our room and the resort was so beautiful inside and out. The weather was not the greatest, but we did not mind since it was such a beautiful location. It was a little confusing at first on how to check into our room when we arrived since we drove straight into the garage. Don’t do that go to the lobby entrance first, and have someone go up to your room to get elevator access keys to your floor. The rooms were very clean, and we loved the view from our balcony. The only issue was that since the weather was not the greatest, it would have been nice if the heater in pool was working. That pool was freezing cold and the only thing warm enough was the Jacuzzi, but there were so many kids and people in there we decided to pass on cramming ourselves in there. Other than that we had a lovely time and most importantly we will be back!!

The condo was in a great location not far from activities. It even had things to do on the property if you don’t want to go anywhere. Wish we could have stayed more days loved it. The condo look just like the pictures

We really enjoyed our stay When you walk in to the condo it’s breathtaking. The elevator into the room was cool . ! It was perfect accommodations for our grown kids to have their own rooms and bathroom. One complaint is the furniture! It looked good but the couch was so uncomfortable, so for getting out of it was a workout!! It swallowed you in it??
The coupons for discounts were very hard to understand , I didn’t get a discount on the chair rental, the chair guys said they didn’t honor the Newman discount. But we rented the week anyways . That was a great idea we loved having chairs set up on the beach daily . We went on a family fishing trip that was Awsome but we picked our own charter . This condo I would do again especially if the furniture gets updated .

Well, this place was amazing. More amazing in person then pictures can show. We love the silver shells resort. This is our 3rd year in a row here. The one and only thing that was unacceptable and poor was the check in and check out process. I can understand that check in time is designated and is what it is. We hoped to get in sooner than 4 since we had only 2 nights, but we weren’t accommodated. That I can understand. What I CANT understand is the check out time. 9am is absurd. Not to mention the cleaning crew informed us that the place we were checking out of was their only one to clean that day. Like come on, really you need 7 hours to clean one place? No way. Not to mention I cleaned up everything prior to arrival. I can maybe see if we were able to get an early check in that sure we may have to leave on time. But nope, we could’ve get in til late our first day and were expected to leave at 9am. Very unhappy about that. I would want a discount from Newman Dailey before I ever booked through them again.

Condo had awesome views of the gulf. Sometimes you get outdated furniture/amenities at these condos. Not here, everything was perfect. We’ll be back next year. Beach bar was awesome. The girls running it are the BEST.

Had a wonderful time on our annual Girls Trip. Have been staying at Silver Shells for over 15 years and it is always wonderful. This unit was very nicely appointed and of course great views!

The property was wonderful. My only complaint was the lack of kitchen utensils. No cookie sheet, no hot plates and no hot mitts. We had to bake cookies in a glass pan, and the only way we could get things out of the oven was with a kitchen towel. Also no scissors anywhere to open things. Aside from that, we loved the condo!!

The stay here was one of my best experiences. The place was very clean, beds were comfy, and the master bathroom was amazing! The view from the balcony was wonderful! Walking distance to the beach was my favorite part. Would love to stay here again!

The carpenter work upstairs was irritating at times along with the noise during the work done on the back hallway. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay at this property.

We love staying at Silver Shells, this trip we stayed in unit # 905 and it was amazing! Clean, beautifully decorated, spectacular views of the ocean and swimming pool, master bathroom looks like a jewelry box. The unit has a great feel! Minor complaint....water temperature did not get hot enough for me....luke warm, however, it still gets 5 stars. Overall I would highly recommend!

Unit was beautiful. View is amazing. Stayed with 3 couples and worked out nicely. Unit itself was very clean. My only suggestions would be update a few furniture pieces and add some more outdoor pieces. Lovely place. Would stay again.

Property has spectacular direct views of the beach and pool from living, dining, kitchen, and master bedroom. Nicely decorated with all the comforts of home. Comfortably sleeps 6-8 in the bedrooms, plus the sofa as an extra. There is so much storage that we did not find the beach chairs until we were about to checkout. But, the building is ideally located with quick beach access where we did rented chairs and umbrellas just steps in front of the condo. Beach bar was a plus and had live music over the weekend. Plus, there is Ruth Chris's Steakhouse and The Back Porch are within a short walk. Management was great to work with and even assisted with meeting the InstaCart delivery for our groceries due to our flight being delayed. We arrived to them all being put away and ready for our arrival. Highly recommend staying in Silver Shells 905. Heads up to allow extra 15-30 mins time for check-in / check-out as you have to go to an offsite management office to pickup/drop-off the key. Only recommendations is for additional balcony seating, such as a couch or lounge chairs. Currently only has seating for three. Also, a cutting board (we used a plate) would be helpful and protect the beautiful marble kitchen counters. Again, a beautiful resort and condo. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful - beautiful unit. Breathtaking views from the balcony. Only a couple of things could make it better. Need more silverware and perhaps another chair on the balcony. Otherwise, it was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. I would stay there again!

The property is great. Very clean and right on the beach. Updated nicely and plenty of space to sprawl out. The only complaint that I have is they should really stock it with basic necessities. You definitely need to bring or buy all your own spices, cooking supplies. There isn't even any salt or pepper. It is a bit lacking on the flatware side also. You are not allowed to bring your own chairs or umbrellas on the beach. It is fairly expensive to rent umbrellas/chairs for a family for the week. With that being said, my complaints are minimal and we would definitely rent this place again.

We love silver sands St. Martin. This place is beautiful and deserves a stellar review. My review is near perfect. It’s a newly renovated beautiful condo. My only complaint is soft pillows. Maybe the owner can buy two temporpedic pillows for master and our family can take turns using them. Lol! Newman daily always good.

We had a wonderful stay at St. Maarten 905. The unit is beautiful, very tastefully updated. The resort amenities were very nice and well maintained. The only thing we would change is the water temperature of all the showers. They were all lukewarm, we could never get the water hot. It is a childproof setting, and it could not be changed while we were there. We really missed hot showers! Other than that, we had a great time and would definitely come back.

We had an amazing time....this condo was everything that the pictures represented and more...the view was breath taking....we’ve been to Destin Rosemary Seaside Panama and this by far was the best trip and the rental home away from home made us feel right at home...would definitely recommend!!!! We will be back....thank you all for making the accommodations easy and comfortable!!!!

Love Silver Shells Resort. Great facility and beautiful pool and ground. Unit 905 had great views and a wonderful layout. However the
Living room furniture was very uncomfortable and the floor and carpet were very dirt.

We thought the unit was extremely nice. Think the kitchen was a little sparse on glasses, pots and a few other items. We requested a pot large enough to boil shrimp in and we also requested a bigger frying pan for bacon. Y'all quickly responded and both of those pots were delivered that day. I felt your office staff was very nice and helpful. My family certainly enjoyed the unit and would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
