More than enough room to accommodate. We had 4 children and 8 adults. We definitely plan on coming back. Even had a great desk / workspace for my husband to work.

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our three families with multiple masters and the bunk rooms! We enjoyed time playing games around the giant kitchen table and hanging out at the pool bar. We paid extra to have the pool heated (at the end of March) and it was warmer than we even expected, totally worth it! The most unexpected surprise was the private beach area & private road to the beach! So quiet and a short enough walk to go back and forth during the day.

Large common area for the family to congregate, cook and eat. The pool area was nice and the cabana had fridges and an ice machine. A very short walk to the beach and the fabulous white sand. Wonderful week. We'll be back.

Inside furniture to fit a large family. The outside set up was wonderful as well. The patio furniture was very nice, but not very comfortable. Overall we had a fantastic week. The outside ice machine was awesome and the double refrigerators were exactly what we needed!

Our family spent a fantastic week at this house! It was decorated beautifully and provided everything we needed for our stay. It was quite spacious, so we were all able to enjoy the kitchen/ living room area for eating and playing games. The pool offered an additional area for family fun! We would definitely recommend this property to everyone!!!!!!

We just stayed for a week at Starboard Side & could not have asked for a more beautiful rental! It was CLEAN, & spacious. Location was great …… & ND Customer Service was awesome in helping to plan our stay. Starboard Side suited our family’s needs perfectly. The house had plenty of adequately furnished rooms for everyone and was nicely set up to allow for group gatherings as well as privacy. The outdoor area was excellent: a beautiful spacious pool; a kitchenette with a fabulous gas grill; an outdoor private shower and powder room; and, a bit of lawn for the little ones to run around. And if all that wasn’t enough, we could walk to the beach in just a few minutes!

You can’t ask for much more in a vacation home. It was beautiful inside with a spacious kitchen, eating area and living room. We used every bed in the house so those accommodations were great. It is a short walk to the beach. The only criticism I have and I am not sure it’s your fault, is the road. Lots of holes so it’s very very bumpy. My family wants to return in 2 years to this house.

The Stay Was Incredible From Beginning to End. From the Advance call about a freezer issue that they were prompt about getting fixed even before we made it there. The comfort and ambiance was Top tier. We had everything we needed and more. I have recommended the property to many and I plan to book it again in the future! I booked this property for a 50th birthday weekend. The property was very clean and more beautiful than the pictures. The only problem we had was an issue getting the door opened upon arrival. I called the property management number and the gentleman who was on call came right over and helped. He was quick responding and very polite. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property.

We all loved the house. It was gorgeous. It was family oriented when you have children. I felt right at home and it gave me some ideas on decorating my own home. The neighborhood was great, one block away from the beach, so we walked to the beach. The location was off the strip for all the shopping centers. I would recommend putting waste baskets in the bathrooms and a chair in all the bedrooms. But our overall visit was fantastic and I am looking forward to my next vacation!!!

We booked this home after our previous booking canceled less than 3 weeks from our stay. While we felt frustrated and rushed to find a new property, we couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else! This home is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family vacation! It fit our party of 17 so comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates, cups, and silverware. The listing indicated a regular drip coffee machine which we planned our grocery delivery for but only found a K-cup machine for those who want to prepare beforehand. The restrooms were all well stocked with towels and even starter hand soaps and toilet paper. Just a short .2 mile walk to the private beach area made for many relaxing days at the beach compared to the crowds seen on both sides, outside the private access. The house also came with bikes which made beach travel a bit easier for quicker trips. The kids stayed perfectly entertained with the private pool before and after beach time. The host seemed to think of everything but if I had to note anything it would be a missing dustpan but we made do with a paper plate lol for daily sweeping. Also, it would’ve been nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella available for those of us traveling by plane and not wanting to spend time shopping for these items upon arrival. We will hands down reserve this property again!

Starboard Side was everything we could have asked for, and more! I mean, they really thought of everything - from the well stocked Kitchen (even Christmas themed dishes for the Holiday!) to the the large, BEAUTIFUL table that sat all of us. From the volley ball net in the pool to the outdoor area with a bathroom, shower AND bar (with TWO mini fridges) an ice maker and an awesome grill. The kitchen has two of each appliance... That's right, TWO ovens, TWO dishwashers, TWO refrigerators which made it really easy to stock up on groceries, cook for and clean up after our large group. We were able to rent a golf cart and were at the beach in less than 30 seconds. Even for the times we wanted to walk to the beach, I don't think it ever took us more than 5-6 minutes (we had a couple of leisurely walkers with tiny toddler legs) We will definitely be back on our next Destin Vacation to Starboard Side.

We were nervous about renting a home since this was our first time doing this for vacation. There was no need to worry because our stay was pleasant from beginning to end. When we arrived, the place looked exactly like it did in the pictures and it was beautiful. Newman-Dailey answered all of our questions prior to the trip so we were very prepared. Also, it was easy to check-in and check-out, the beach was in walking distance and there were many restaurants, stores and gas stations nearby. We are all looking forward to doing this again real soon and will definitely be using Newman-Dailey for our next trip.

This home is beyond words. Immaculate, the furniture was top notch, modern kitchen with double appliances. This home owner thought of everything. We really enjoyed hanging out at the pool and tiki bar but it was so nice everyone had a place to go if they needed a little quiet time. So nice not worrying about traffic going to the beach, nice quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach, you really can't ask for anything more. This is such a magazine worthy home but so comfortable and welcoming. Our new go-to rental home for years to come.
