This room is insanely beautiful! Looks just like the pictures. Both king room suites were so spacious with huge closets and big bathrooms! The bunk room has bean bag chairs which the kids loved! Since it’s a corner room, you can see everything around you through the windows. It was right across the street from Alvin’s Island, Merlin’s Pizza which was pretty good, and also a liqueur store. It was located 5 min from Starbucks and the mall etc. the grocery stores were all really close - Publix, Walmart and whole foods. The beach was insanely beautiful. The room came with one umbrella and 2 chairs per day with the option to rent more. We had a blast and would def stay again! Don’t hesitate to book! Honestly the only downside was maybe the beds could have been a little more comfy but I’m spoiled with the one I have at home and also maybe I’m just getting older. It wouldn’t stop be from staying again.. that’s for sure! Loved our time here and will be back!

My family booked this rental as an end of the Summer trip and we absolutely loved it! The front desk welcomed us with floating tubes for my kids, the condo was spotless with an amazing view and came with front row beach chairs that made our stay even better! Would definitely recommend and return!

After researching for several months we decided on this luxury condo. Everything was absolutely amazing! Checking in was easy with reserved covered parking in the garage. The condo was fully equipped and the lady at the front desk gave my kids free float tubes. We will definitely be booking again! The pictures due this condo no Justice! The decor is superb and views are breathtaking!

We had a great time. We arrived after hours and all the items we needed for our stay were on the counter. The condo was spacious for the 5 of us. The condo was on the end so we had a wrap around spacious deck. There was a small private deck off the spacious 2nd bedroom. We had 2 dedicated beach chairs of which we purchased 2 more since someone was always in the water. We had a dedicated parking space. In the morning we were able to see dolphins moving down the coastline. We were 0.4 miles from the Back Porch, one of our two favorite places to eat in Destin, so we were able to walk there one evening. The view was great, the condo was great and we all had a great time.

This unit is as gorgeous as it looks. Cleanliness was good, but did notice that the inside of drawers were not cleaned. We were disappointed that the master tub did not have hot water and the coffee maker was a pain to fill the water tank and change the filter. We had a minor blimp with accessing the pool since the code we were emailed was incorrect, but had we read the paper packets we were given at check-in, the correct information was stated in there. When we called the manager, they were friendly, quick & helpful. Only suggestions I have is a better coffee maker, hooks in the bathrooms to hang beach and bath towels, hooks in entry way to hang jackets/bags (though I respect wanting to keep clean lines!), and simpler communication. We had so many texts and emails that it was hard to find the info we needed because we couldn't remember which format they came in. Another bummer was the way the beach service is set up. Apparently, guests that come Sat.-Sat. are given a better chance at front row and we were only a Mon-Fri. so we were given 2nd row each day. We talked with the guys in the hut and they were able to accommodate getting us in the front on our last day and we so appreciated it. Having toddlers made that prime seating for that reason not to mention the gorgeous view, but we understand there is a rotation. Location is amazing and there is so much to do. Property was truly beautiful, and I hope we come back soon.

We absolutely loved this condo! We will most definitely be back again! It was even more beautiful than the photos! It was decorated so beautifully! We really appreciated all of the professional touches and all of the serving dishes, great coffee pot, new appliances and great bedding! It’s the little things that really made this feel like home and we are so happy with everything! Even down to the pillows! It was very spacious as we had 5 adults and a 2 year old. The view was stunning! I felt like we were living in a magazine! So grateful for the owners to share their home. You can tell by their condo that they are very particular people because not one detail was missed! Can’t say enough great things and would recommend this to anyone we know! It was our first time in Destin and we will be back!

We had a great time at this beautiful condo at Sterling Sands. It’s awfully hard to complain without being extremely nit-picky - some bigger coffee cups would’ve been nice, for example. The only other negative is we requested a late checkout because checkout time is 9am, which seems awfully early, especially given the cost. We’ve been going to Destin every summer for about 10 years now and we’ve never had a checkout time this early (it’s been 10am everywhere else we’ve stayed). But still a great experience and a wonderful vacation. Thanks!

We stayed in April 2022 for Spring Break and had an amazing visit to Sterling Sands. This condo in the middle of Destin is huge and has 2 master suites, both with their own bathrooms and amazing views of the ocean. In addition, there is a 3rd bedroom with bunks that is perfect for several kids. And, there is a 3rd full bathroom! Everything is completely renovated with quality materials and furnishings. It is obvious a professional designer put in a lot of thought to the renovations. We also loved that the kitchen and family room are an open floor plan with million dollar views of the emerald ocean water. Moving outside, the view from the wrap-around patio is jaw dropping and that patio includes access from the patio and a master bedroom. A second patio is accessible from the other master bedroom, which is great for visitors with more than one couple. The condo complex offers a heated pool (it was very warm when we were there even though the weather was only in the 70s) and hot tub and gated, private access to the emerald coast and sugar sand of Destin Beach! We had chairs and an umbrella coordinated for our stay and we were so thankful that this condo does not pack people in on the beach like sardines. From a parking perspective, there is one space under the building and additional spaces outside so access to our car was easy. We had no problem finding nearby places to eat, drink and have fun. There is even one well known restaurant (Back Porch) just a short 5-minute walk away via the beach. The only downside we had was checking out as we had to return to the real world. We will definitely book another stay at Sterling Sands and this magnificent condo!
