Great coffee maker… nothing better than a cup of coffee and beach view. Laundry machines nice location out our condo door with easy credit card payment! Great beach trip!

The location is fantastic. Right across the street from the beach. We have a child in a wheelchair and it was really easy to navigate with her and the beach ramp. Pompano Joe’s restaurant is walkable for dinner and it was so good and oceanfront.

Nice and clean. Right on the bike path - perfect for our morning ride for coffee and beignets. Public beach was very nice with easy access. Close to outlet mall. Only 20 minutes from our favorite restaurant Dewey's on the bay.

The property is in a great location and my family had a great time. We had a few issues. The pullout couch needs replaced. It is starting to fall apart and is missing springs which made it impossible to sleep on. Property management brought us a pad to put on it however that meant that we had a giant fold up pad in our living room/dining room for 10 days. The dining chairs were a bit wobbly and they are falling apart too. With a family of 5 for 10 days, we always plan to eat out but to also cook some meals at home, there was more than enough items stocked in the kitchen (pots, pans, cook wear etc.) but no room to store food. The hall bunk beds were a hit with my girls ages 3 and 8. The safety rail on the top bunk should be attached. I woke up one morning to see that one side had popped off, likely when my oldest daughters foot got under it or something while sleeping. It’s a long way down to a really hard floor! Finally, some hooks outside for wet towels and suits would be perfect! Many apartments had them and since you are not to drape wet towels over banisters outside it was 10 days of wet towels for the beach and pool! Because there is no change machines on the property and no businesses in the area will make change, be sure to bring your own quarters or prepare to drive to the bank for some when you need to dry those wet towels! Now, of course these opinions are from my family’s experience and to be clear we would stay here again, just suggestions??? The hot tub and pool were perfect and my kiddos loved it! The beach is just a quick walk across the road, very safe and easy to do so! All in all, we had an amazing vacation! Condo 109 was very cute and clean just needs a little attention and the property manager was very nice, attentive and quick to try and remedy our couch issue! I would recommend this property! Thanks for helping make our trip successful!

Condo was gorgeous! Everything was just as pictured. One thing to know is that this condo is on the first floor and you can step right out to the pool or even walk out that way to the beach. The beach is a very short walk! Totally worth it. The condo had games, books, movies, and beach furniture.

It was a nice unit, but smaller than anticipated. The noise from the upstairs neighbors was disruptive at night as the floors seem to be thin. The location across from the beach and Pompano Joe's is awesome. I appreciated that the unit came with beach chairs and umbrella set-up on the beach as well.

The condo was very nice, but our ceiling leaked after day two and was never fixed which resulted in two people sleeping on the couch. I enjoyed the prompt response from management regarding this matter, but feel it should have been fixed with the amount I paid to stay.

We stayed in 202 and loved everything about it! Our bed was HEAVENLY! After my husband and I got home we regretted not checking out the type of mattress!!! On our 3rd night our AC blower mower went out and ND did everything they could to accommodate us! They were fabulous. The daily beach chairs and umbrella service was awesome!! The beach may be across the street but the walk is so short! There are outside water hoses to wash off! Our condo had everything I needed to cook with! Tons of storage in the bathroom and bedroom! A beautiful view of ocean and pool! Not one thing to complain about in the condo! And the pool was quiet majority of the time!!!

Loved the place. So easy to get to the beach and love having umbrellas and chairs already set up. We saw dolphins going up and down the beach. Could live here forever.

Here we are again back for another 2 months. We really love this condo. We love the king bed and that Newman-Dailey takes care of any maintenance immediately. We ate in all the popular places, we love Millers Ale House, also the Crab Trap. Thank you again for sharing your place with us.

This was our third visit to Summer Breeze. The unit was beautiful. The weather was rainy three of the four days we were there but, did not stop our enjoyment of our visit. We were right across the road from the beach. The hot tub was great. My grandaughter really enjoyed the pool. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

We have stayed at Summer Breeze numerous times; this was our 1st time in unit 109. The condo is very comfortable - love the bed! Up to date décor & very well stocked. The location of this unit is great if you want a little privacy while sitting on the back porch - hidden a bit by the bathhouse. We enjoyed cooking on the poolside grill & the 1st floor location makes this very convenient! My only issue with this unit is the locks. The front door latch lock was broken, the lock on the back gate from the porch was broken, and the back door jam & lock weren't very secure. It appeared to have been slightly repaired but the repair job wasn't very good. My husband and I were ok with it but it might be a security concern. I rate this condo very good because it really is a great condo and you can't beat the location of Summer Breeze. We are repeat guests and we'll return again!

We have 2 children ages 8 and 6. This was the perfect place for us. Very close to the beach( it took less time for us to get to the beach than when we stayed in a high rise condo directly on the beach!) chairs and umbrella were awesome. We had a great time!

My wife and I decided to stay here during our first vacation. It was a great choice! Everything was clean and it was a very easy walk to the beach and parking was not a problem. We are already looking to book here next year!

Our large extended family rented 3 different properties with Newman-Dailey. The location was perfect: all three homes were close together with great beach access. The homes were clean and very accommodating for the 28 of us. We were very pleased; this was our first trip together to the Destin area. It was great family time and we will be going again.

This cozy "home" was a perfect fit for our family. It was so easy to get to the beach and the condo was clean and beachy! I cooked most nights and the kitchen is conveniently stocked. The pool area is also so close and great! This ocean is perfect for little ones because the water is mild and clear. Check in was so easy and the staff has been great. We were just so pleased with everything. We will be back! Thank you for helping us enjoy our family vacation!

My son and I had a great weekend in this beautiful unit. We had everything we needed from the friendly staff, had a spacious, cozy, unit, and a great location. Between the pool and hottub, beach, and nearby attractions, you can't go wrong.

Loved this unit, had everything we needed. We saved a lot money just by cooking there instead of going out to eat everyday. Has an outside grill by the pool (which was lovely after swimming in the salty, sandy water.) Loved the beautiful, white, sugary beaches literally right across the street! The water was a beautiful emarald color. This was our first time as a family to have a "real" vaction like this, we have great memories and we still are getting trying to get over the Destin, FL "blues." Everything was great, can't wait to go back!! I would stay here again for sure!

Summer Breeze 109 is a beautiful rental with an upgraded kitchen and stylish furnishings. Great location in the property as you can walk out your patio to a small courtyard area where the kids can play while the parents grill. A great Destin rental.
