For being our first time in Miramar, Newman-Dailey certainly made it feel like home. Everything we needed was close by, especially the beach. We walked to the beach and didn't have to fight for parking spaces. We definitely will be staying here again in the near future.

Our home away from home was clean and neat. Newman-Dailey staff are very pleasant and helpful making our trip enjoyable. We miss the weekly get-togethers that you had before covid. We look forward to seeing you again next year.

Love staying at Woodland Shores and using Newman-Dailey but I will have to admit we were disappointed with this condo. The cleanliness of the condo was subpar. At first glance, the condo seemed clean but once we settled in we discovered many things had not been cleaned as they usually are. The shower curtain in the guest bathroom was so dirty we didn't even use that bathroom to shower.
I know things happen and hoping this was a fluke but this condo needs some attention and a thorough cleaning. We did enjoy our stay overall and loved how close we were to the beach and Newman-Dailey made the checking in and out process exceptionally easy.

Absolutely loved everything about this place. It’s walking distance to the beach, pool a few steps away, and very spacious. Honestly what’s not to love about it?! Also enjoyed that the unit had a wash and dryer. Highly recommend this place. My family and I really enjoyed the time we spent there.

If you want a home that is conveniently located to the beach and other activities in Destin, this townhome is for you. The townhome was very clean upon arrival. Very spacious and has more than enough room for guests. The community pool is also in close proximity. The check in and check out process was very simple and convenient. I would definitely return.

This is a very nice property! The pictures were spot on. Plenty of space and the kitchen was stocked with all that we needed to do our own cooking. The door code was a nice and convenient and didn’t have to worry about keys. I would definitely stay again at this property.

The house is conveniently located near the beach and is in close proximity to shops and restaurants. It was also very clean with great amenities. Overall we loved the house and had a great family vacation. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely holiday , we stayed at woodland shores 27 for the second time and we will be back next year . But a few things have to taken care of . The mattress in the guest bedroom has to be replaced it has had it had , the chairs at the front door need to be replaced but other then that it is a lovely place to stay and we are looking forward to next year.

Very responsible price, very clean, not to far from the beach, you could walk. Had everything we needed for are stay, dishes, pots and pans. Would definitely stay again.

It was my first time in Destin Florida, the condo was great. It had everything you could think of, plus it was newly remodeled. I highly recommend it. 5 stars!!!!!

We stayed at Woodland shores for almost 1 week. The condo was super comfortable for our little family of 3. You can see that all the woodland shore condos are dated, but this one was renovated/updated. The kitchen was very well stocked, and had everything we needed. Overall had a great stay, and would come here again! The Newman daily gift card that comes along with the stay was spectacular. Had so many activities to do. You could easily walk to the beach, or drive. There is plenty of parking if you leave at a decent time. Renting with Newman Daily was a pleasant experience, and I would definately rent again from them if I return to destin.

We really enjoyed our stay at woodland shores. It is a quiet little community located just a short walk to the beach. The condo was well decorated and quite comfortable.

Nice townhouse. Pool is great, and the distance to the beach is perfect. Very quiet, too. Only complaint is the skylights in the bedrooms make it very difficult to keep the upstairs areas comfortable without making the downstairs frigid.

Cute and comfortable condo. The beach is just a short walk and there were beach chairs set up for us. We also like the amenity card that was provided giving us tickets to the Track a dolphin cruise and movie rentals.
