Colin Kirkwood and Kerry McNulty Top Producers 4th Qtr. 2010

Colin Kirkwood

Colin Kirkwood and Kerry McNulty have been named Newman-Dailey Resort Properties’ top producers for the Fourth Quarter of 2010.

For over 25 years, Newman-Dailey’s sales teams’ and company mission statement has been “To be the #1 Choice for Real Estate Services in the Greater Destin Area.” We are excited to announce that Colin Kirkwood is our Top Sales agent for the Fourth Quarter of 2010!  In addition, we are proud to announce that Kerry McNulty is our Top Listing agent for the fourth quarter.

Kirkwood started his first company, Better Lawns & Garden, Inc. in 1995 and it grew it into one of Central Florida’s most respected and well-known landscape contracting firms. In 2004 Kirkwood started his second company, BLG Environmental Services Inc., a disaster recovery firm. Kirkwood has a strong interest in Real Estate. He bought his first investment property when he was 18 years old, and has continued to buy and sell in both up and down markets building his investment portfolio. With this knowledge he has a great understanding of property value and how to negotiate the best deal for his clients. He has settled in Destin to pursue two of his passions: real estate and fishing. Kirkwood has strong work ethics and market knowledge.

McNulty has built a great business as TheWiredAgent.com and is as dedicated to the long-term development of our community as he is to helping people achieve their real estate buying and selling goals. McNulty is a Destin Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, an annual contributing member of The Destin Seafood Festival planning committee and a graduate of The Destin Forward 2010 Leadership Class. He was also the Top Sales Agent for the First and Second Quarters of 2010, and Top Sales Agent for 2010!

“We are very fortunate to have these two gentlemen on our Newman-Dailey team.  Their positive energy and “can do” spirits are what make them so successful and such a pleasure to work with,” said Jeanne Dailey, Broker for Newman-Dailey.
