Mediterranea 306B is a second floor condo with a spacious furnished balcony. The guest bedroom is located inside a hallway near the front door as well as the adjoining bathroom, while the primary bedroom is beside the kitchen. The primary bedroom holds a king bed, dresser, TV,  balcony access, and a dual vanity bathroom with large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes 1 queen bed, dresser, TV, balcony access and a full bathroom with combined shower and tub. Out onto the porch, guests will find plenty of seating and small drink tables. Inside, this condo’s living room features multiple lounge chairs, a sofa sleeper, and flat screen TV. Just off of the living room is a dining area with a 6-seater table as well as additional seating at the extended kitchen bar. The kitchen comes with everything one might need during their stay, such as refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, standard coffee maker, as well as plenty of dishes and utensils. This condo also comes with a laundry room and access to the condominium grounds via the porch stairs.
