Jade East 0430 offers a comfortable and beautiful space for a relaxing family getaway. Just beyond the front door, the shared living area includes the kitchen, dining, and living spaces, creating an open and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, standard coffee maker, hot water kettle, and blender, along with plenty of dishes and utensils for both adults and kids. Just past the kitchen, the dining area features a six-seater wooden table, an overhead chandelier, and a wet bar along the adjacent wall. The living room features a comfortable couch, matching sofa chairs, a flat screen TV, and sliding door access to the beachfront  balcony, where guests can take in the stunning beachfront scenery and lounge the day away on the outdoor furniture.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, twin bedside tables, a dresser, a flat screen TV, and a spacious en suite bathroom with a two-person walk-in shower, double sink, extended mirror, and plenty of storage space. The guest bedroom down the hall, includes two double beds, a sliding door closet, a dresser, and a flat screen TV, with a nearby full bathroom featuring a shower-tub combo. This condo also has a laundry room located just off the kitchen near the front door.
