My family of 8 had so much fun staying in cottage 157. So much we extended our stay another night. You can see the pool from the deck, great walking distance to the beach, and the place was amazing! We truly were so happy and pleased with the place, location, pool and those sweet security guards! Thanks for making our 24' family spring vacation such a success! We will be back!

Loved this little condo! Remodeled recently and very cozy/comfy. Had everything we needed for our family of 5. Easy to get to the beach. Kids loved the pool. Gated neighborhood safe enough to allow the kids to walk to the pool/beach. Thorough and easy communication with the management company. Would definitely stay here again.

Spent my husband's 60th birthday at this resort. It was awesome! The accommodations were clean and relaxing. He is already thinking of returning next year. Thank you so much for making his 60th an awesome experience. We had so much to do, we didn't have enough time to get it all done

This review is to share the wonderful hospitality we received from Janet and the entire reservation team. Janet worked to secure side by side accomodations for our extended family and, the week we were to arrive, guided us through the incredible disappointment when our trip was cancelled due to 2 positive COVID diagnosis’s. We enjoyed our time at Hidden Dunes! The property was more than what we expected. The walk to the beach is nicely covered with trees and plants that make it enjoyable. We can't wait to book again!

We come to the beach a couple times each year for over 40 years. This condo was in a terrific location, everything was fresh and clean, property was well maintained. I would highly recommend this unit. The Newman Daily organization was the best we have used.

We love Hidden Dunes! We loved our stay in 217. It was perfect for 4 boys between 2 families and parents. Clean and comfy with all essentials. Only thing missing was any type of dishes with lids (Tupperware style) in order to save left overs. We would stay again.

After reading hundreds of reviews we finally landed on Hidden Dunes cottages. The cottage was in a beautiful, peaceful setting. It was clean and very spacious. The walk to the beach wasn't too far but with 2 kids and all of our stuff it was a long walk back on the hot afternoons. The beach was amazing, the most beautiful water ever and not too busy. The condo included beach chairs and an umbrella rental which was nice and the set up crew was always great. After driving around the area and seeing the busy beaches I was so happy with our peaceful spot! The security crew was also always so welcoming upon our returns to the condo. We will be back for sure!

We absolutely LOVED staying here. It was a beautiful location, private, and had easy access to the beach. Getting one free pass to multiple excursions each day of our stay was AMAZING! This condo was perfect for our little family of 4! It was clean, close to the beach and just what we needed! The private beach with chair service was an added bonus! I will say, the king bed was uncomfortable and too firm for my husband and I, but we would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at 2 other Hidden Dunes cottages and this one was the best so far in terms of being the total package for our family. Me, my husband, my husband’s mother in law, as well as our 10 year old and 6 year old boys had lots of room to spread out. The spiral stairwell and loft was the perfect place for the kids to chill. We really enjoyed how newly renovated and clean everything was. There wasn’t a lot of clutter and the main area was bright and spacious! We felt really fortunate to be able to sit and chill on the screened in porch and watch the boys come and go from the pool right below. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes- really close by and a pretty walk. The managers of this property make it really simple and easy. I’m notorious for missing emails etc but they made the communication touch points really simple and concise. We would for sure book again!!

This was the perfect quiet spot for our family. It was a short walk to the private beach. Easy for our 3 year old to walk. Our kids loved the loft, though the handrail for the spiral stairs scared us at first with our three year old. Our girls loved the large pool and walking through the shade area with the water fountain. We will definitely keep this on our list for next year.

We loved our stay at Hidden Dunes. Cottage 155 was layed out perfect for us. The number of beds allowed all 4 of our children to have their own bed. The beach is absolutely beautiful. The water was crystal clear during our stay. We watched fireworks on the beach. We were close to restaurants and things to do. We will definately be coming back next year.

Our cottage at Hidden Dunes was beautiful. We loved all the trees and landscape. It had everything we needed for the week. The property staff was very nice and attentive. We will definitely return here for another visit. They might wanna update their mattresses. That was our only negative thing to say.

The apartmet was all clean and nice! The A/c perfect, the kitchen clean and beauty. Everything looks nice! We really enjoyed our staying there!!!recommended 100%

Had a great time. Only thing I would change is to provide more cleaning supplies and at least some basic cooking items such as salt and pepper. I don't understand why you skip on Laundry detergent and dish detergent and toilet paper. People that fly there are not going to buy those items because they don't want to pack them to take home. Plus you think you would want the guests to take care of the property.

My sister and I took my two daughters and her daughter on a girls trip to Destin. The cottage was ample space for us all to sleep and eat in (we spent most of our time outside). Kitchen was well equipped and had really nice pans as well as utensils in it. I would definitely come back.

My family and I were impressed. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Our condo was a short walk to a private beach access which made it very nice. There was a golf cart available for two of our trips to shuttle us to the beach with our beach items My family and I had a great trip! Would highly recommend.

We had a blast. My sister and I took my two daughters and her daughter for an long weekend girls trip to Destin. There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep and get ready in. The kitchen was well stocked with pans that weren’t a million years old and the utensils were also in good shape. Everything was clean and comfortable and I would definitely use them again. We had one issue with the lock on the front door but the emergency number was answered and the situation was handled quickly even though it was 10pm.

This was a great place to stay for a Destin beach trip. We had 2 families with 4 adults and 4 kids and all fit comfortably with the upstairs bunk beds and pull out couches. The property was private and a very short walk to the beach.

This was our very first time visiting Destin. We made so many memories that will last a life time. We were blessed to be able to stay in a cottage located in Hidden Dunes. The cottage was very peaceful, clean, and close to everything. We will definitely be back.

The cottage was so clean! Loved how it was updated. We had an issue with the AC not working the night we checked in but they were able to get someone out quickly considering it was about 9:30pm! The lady I spoke with tried to fix and reboot the system remotely, was very apologetic and very informative to keep me updated on the status of when she could get someone out. End result, for it fixed!!! The only negative thing I can really say is the parking spaces are a bit on the smaller side, so traveling in a truck or SUV, proved to be a little difficult but it was all worth it. We have already decided this is where we will be staying at again in the future for our family trips.

We love the property! Our first stay was in 1990, with our young children and three other families. We returned almost yearly and have stayed in the cottages, villas and high rise. This year was our return after a 7 year break due mostly due to COVID and health issues, but we are back in full heath! The unit was immaculate, comfortable and lovely. Only had a little trouble with the door key pads sticky numbers and never saw the tram to the beach, even after calling.

Newman-Daileys’s 181 was beautiful just like the pictures showed. The three bedroom, 3 bath is a great option if your looking to stay in the Miramar area. Comfortable bedding, nice quality towels. Kitchen has everything needed to cook at home during your stay. The ice maker in the freezer was a plus! Super clean, safe stay! Would recommend 10/10!!!

This space was LOVELY!!!! It was clean, the beds were firm and soft, the beach was within walking distance, the pool was in walking distance, we had private seating on the beach, playground was fun,love the shower, water was always HOT!!! My 3 kids slept great, I was finally able to get some sleep my 8 month old slept ALL NIGHT LONG!!! Just little advice(minor cons) to the company, make sure all tvs are working with a signal when assisting children, a smart tv would be great, my little 8 month old was getting home sick because she couldn't watch her shows, lastly fix the screen room ceiling fan I thought it was going to fall......... GREAT FAMILY VACATION!!!!! WILL VACATION THEIR AGAIN!!!!

Even though the many units near us were all four-dwelling buildings, we felt that we had a whole lot of privacy during our time there. Our second-floor unit was extremely quiet and felt secluded, even among the other nearby condos. We wanted something close to the beach, without feeling like we were among a whole hoard of people in a high-rise condo unit, and this place was perfect for that. It was an easy walk to the beach (about 5 minutes), and we really appreciated the chairs and umbrellas that were furnished for us once there. The Newman-Dailey people were extremely responsive to a couple of small requests that we had, and their security people even called us one evening when someone noticed that a door to our rental van was accidentally left open. The condo itself was great for our family of seven. If or when we ever return to the Destin area, we will definitely try to book a stay at Hidden Dunes once again.

The condo was cute and this particular unit overlooked the pool which we liked. The downside is the staircase to the upstairs bunkbeds (for us anyway). The stairs are very narrow and wind so pay particularly to the stairs pictured.

We had a great vacation. Our cottage was very clean and exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the pickle ball and tennis courts. The staff was great and everyone that played were great too. We look forward to coming back next year.

This place was amazing. The house was roomy, very clean, relaxing, and quiet. My master bedroom was very nice and so was the master bathroom (really loved the bathroom). Location was great, with just no less than a five minute walk to the beach and only down the street from all the outlet shops and restaurants. I would very very much recommend this stay to anybody looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

This cottage had everything needed for us to not eat out at restaurants and cook daily. They even had a blender for us to make pina coladas one evening. They had every kitchen utensil needed and then some. Nice amenities to include beach toys and chairs as well as games and balls for use. The value for the money spent was above all other area places. Grills all over to cook out and private pools.

Best trip to Florida I've had in a long time. Other than the perfect weather and water, the condo was a great et up. We had 2 couples and 2 teens. The loft with bunk beds were perfect, fun and teens had their own bathroom upstairs away from adults, they loved it. It felt very safe, was clean, well organized and friendly staff. I loved the peace and quiet on the screened in porch and the walk to the beach was short, no trouble getting their, beach chairs and umbrellas awaited us daily for the girls while the guys went golfing. The kids played tennis and there were other options. Will come back for sure. You can't go wrong with this place.

Cottage 212 was an excellent choice for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Would happily stay here again. Location (5stars): the back patio is exactly 3 steps away from being at the pool! Because the pool is so close to the cottage, your wifi will work just fine too. Additionally, the location on the east side of the property makes it very easy to get to the main road that takes you to beach (a 3 minute walk). Interior (5star): very comfortable and well maintained. Wifi was strong throughout. Exterior (5star): parking lot directly directly outside cottage can sometimes fill up at night, but the parking lot next to it (a 45second walk?) always seemed to have plenty of additional spots.

Loved our stay at the cottages of Hidden Dunes. It was nicely decorated and we enjoyed the screen in porch. It felt like we were in an adult treehouse and that is a positive. I didn't rate it 5 stars because we found that housekeeping could have been a tad better, dust on dressers and in guest bath. But could be due to no one using those rooms. Otherwise it was fantastic and I would recommend.

Our stay at cottage 224 was perfect. The cottage was just as pictured and had everything we needed. I have been coming to Hidden Dunes for 20+ years and the Newman Dailey folks always take good care of me. We were able to stay for 2 weeks, played tennis or joined tennis clinics almost every day. Rhett, Lizzy and Brenda at the tennis center are great and work hard to give everyone the very best tennis experience.

We have had eight beach vacations from the east coast to the gulf coast and this condo and beach was by far...THE BEST!!! Beautiful layout/interior and the beach and pool was amazing!!!

The cottage 185 did not disappoint! It was beautiful with the beach theme throughout. I was shocked by how roomy it was!! My sister and I had a great time enjoyed the beach and pool. We will definitely be back!! Only negative is the king bed mattress is resched it's end it was beat down.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hidden Dunes! Cottage 185 was perfect! It was very clean and great location to the many amenities of Hidden Dunes. The cottage is decorated perfectly to give you that “getaway beach vibe”. We loved the screened porch to relax with our morning coffee and take in the sound of the water feature nearby. We stayed at the same exact condo in 2020 and again this month. It was great back then and even better now! They’d made some upgrades (very nice but not expected). We fell in love with the swing on the covered patio! Highly recommend this place!

Hidden Dunes cottage 204 was clean, comfortable and we appreciated the great amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and we loved the screened porch. If you play pickle ball, you'll no doubt find friendly locals to play with. My son loved having the basketball court close by and the beach was an easy walk. Thanks for the great stay!

The inside unit was very clean, with great beds and the kitchen had all we needed, The tennis crts were in great shape and we were surprised and enjoyed the complementary beach service. The only issue was the porch area could have better maintained . The light /fan did not work and looked like the screen frame needed to be cleaned.

The refrigerator had a problem with ice forming on the inside of the freezer door. We figured out that if we scraped the ice off once a week, it wouldn't beep at us. That solved that problem. But it was an annoyance until we figured that out. And the washing machine door had a problem opening. It was rather hard to open. We managed with it and worked around the problem. And it did an excellent job of cleaning the clothes. It was just that the door was a little obstinate.

This was a last minute booking and honestly we could not have done any better. It was so adorable and the location was amazing! The screen porch faces the play ground and the pool is just steps away! It was beyond perfect for our family! We will be coming back!

Nice stay. Tracy cleaned couch arms which need attention. wish we were forewarned about an outside group taking over the heated pool during certain hours of the week- they took up miry chairs with their towels and belongings while in pool. No water one day nm power another- all without notice. There has to be a way to correct this ongoing issue- year to year. All in all the staff was great - especially Tracy in Housekeeping. Now if we can just get Newman Dailey to quit raising the tent exponentially every year. Would be nice to bring back social events post pandemic for snowbirds- we had maybe one with short notice with promise of more to come which didn't seem to happen.

Our vacation was wonderful! We enjoyed the cottage and appreciated the short walk to the beach! We also visited the playground and basketball court during our stay. Thank you for the packet. The property map was so very helpful. I also loved the fact that the tv was on and soft music welcomed us to our temporary home. We arrived after dark and it was nice to be able to see the space before we stepped in. I appreciate the check in on Day 2 to make sure everything was going well. I called the day of our departure to inform the staff of a housekeeping issue (due to my son being ill that morning) and the staff member who answered the call was very warm and helpful. THANK YOU to the team for making our vacation memorable and enjoyable. We had everything we needed and more. ????????

Cottage 185 was very beautifully decorated and in close proximity to the other two units we rented for the week for our family. Our grandson loved sitting out and watching TV on the screened in porch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hidden Dunes Beach Cottage. It was surprisingly shady and quiet with lush landscaping to make it feel resort-like. Easy access to the beach with impeccable service provided by beach service crew. Only issues upon arrival was the cleanliness of our unit and a minor a/c concern which was quickly reported to the onsite property manager and corrected within 24 hours. We will definitely be returning to this location for future adventures.

Very easy check in and checkout process. Nice property that was accurately described. Great staff on hand. We had an issue with the ac on arrival. However, I called the number provided in the check-in materials. They responded and had it fixed within an hour. I couldn't have asked for any better service.

Great location within easy walking distance to the beach. Unit is directly about the pool with a screened in balcony perfect for relaxing outside after a long day at the beach.

We are a returning guest because we definitely liked the location on property. During our visit this time all TV's were nice size and perfect for viewing in the evening, A/C excellent, nice atmosphere throughout unit including patio. There were a few problems we would like to mention. The Bathroom master sink faucet was very difficult to operate (needed 2 hands to operate lever). The Master bedroom mattress and Couch in living room are no longer firm which gives you little support. Sleeping was a huge problem because of the lack of support both for my husband and I. Switching sides, sleeping more in the middle did not help.

This was our 4th year staying at Hidden Dunes. It’s definitely one of our “happy places”! We love Cottage 169! It’s on the top floor, in a quiet spot on the property, and is an easy walk to the beach. The cottage is really spacious with lots of room to spread out. The unit looks just like the pictures- cute beach decor with comfortable furniture and a great screened in porch. We’ll be back again next year!

We enjoyed the beach cottage! It had everything we needed. It’s in a perfect location near many grocery stores, shopping and other entertainment places. Our reservation included an umbrella and two chairs for the beach which was such a godsend!! My mom is still raving about her birthday trip!

We love hidden dunes. This condo was great. Only complaint would be the showers needed a good cleaning of the grout. All 3 bathrooms need to be renovated. Other than that it was perfect

We had a great time during our stay during memorial day weekend! Super clean, great amenities (2 coffee machines ??), comfortable beds, and enough space for a family of 4. Super quick walk to Miramar beach, and a great location right between Destin and Santa Rossa. One suggestion I have is to let people know about the daily chair rental, being that at Miramar beach we only get 2 free chairs, and any additional would need to be paid for. Also, there is a Keurig machine which was not mentioned in the description. Overall a great space and would recommend!

We love the convenience of being right at the large pool at Hidden Dunes, but this year we found cottage 232 in dire need of all new paint and indoor trim. It also needs colorful touches such as a new patterned or flowered bedspread, bright colorful pillows, matching lamps and a new refrigerator. We will probably try another unit next time.

Great stay! Easy process for check in/out! Condo was nicely furnished, kitchen had everything needed! We cooked daily, and had plenty of dishes/glasses/silverware/coffee cups for all 6 of us. Wifi supported streaming easily. Furniture was comfortable and supported this larger group easily for relaxing and dining. Beds comfortable, plenty of towels. Loved the beach service included! Would suggest adding another roll of TP to the “guest pack” for this size condo, haha. Only downsides- knives in the knife block are very dull and need sharpening, and the grills in the complex need work, igniters don’t work on most. Easy fixes to a great condo!

Had an awesome experience and stay. Communication was great, responsive to questions. Condo was very clean, and well kept. Convenient location, easy walk to the beach, with chair setup. It was actually closer than we expected. Simple check in and out, gate security. Multiple perks around the property; 2 pools, basketball and tennis courts, walking paths, etc…. My family really enjoyed our stay at this Hidden Dunes Cottage. We received good communication from Newman-Dailey before and during our time there. The cottage was clean and well maintained. There was an issue with the A/C when we arrived at the unit which Newman-Dailey was quickly responsive to and had it immediately serviced and fixed. This is a good family friendly location with two pools, a basketball court and small playground area. Its a short, easy walk to the beach with umbrella and chair service provided as a cottage guest. There is a service gate entrance and everything felt very safe and secure there. The second floor bedroom is accessed by a narrow spiral staircase which is shown in the pictures of the unit. It wasn't an issue for us, but may want to keep in mind if you might have difficulty with such a staircase or perhaps smaller children. The main living area and larger bedroom are all on the main floor. All in all, a great stay and would recommend this location!

Everything was beautiful, just like the pictures showed and no problems with the cleanliness. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed and the master bath shower as fantastic, but the others were very nice, too. It was just a short walk to the very large and well kept pool and we walked to the beach as well. The grounds were beautiful and felt very safe in this area. We didn't want to leave and hope to be back again soon. We would love to stay in this condo again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach cottage. It was so quiet, the screened porch was great for morning coffee, the beach was beautiful, the amenities of the property were also great, though we didn’t get to utilize all of them. My only “complaint” on this review is that it didn’t list that there were 3 full bathrooms. That was our only hesitation in renting this one, but we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. I would definitely recommend staying here & would gladly rent here again.

The property was great. Beach access was easy and beautiful. We really enjoyed the stay. Only one problem - our code at check-in did not work. The onsite security team let us in immediately and property management changed the code. The only downfall of the location is it is 10 miles from the heart of Destin. Traffic is really bad, taking 45-60 minutes at peak time to get to the prime restaurants and fishing charters. However, if this is not important to you, then the venue provides a quiet, restful location to relax.

Hidden Dunes Resort is conveniently located, on the beach and close to shopping & restaurants. This unit is so nice, it is decorated very nicely but not overdone or cluttered. The location is close to the pool which was very nice. The screen porch was great with comfortable furniture. We had no issues during our stay and did not need to contact property management. We received text for checking in and frequent email prior to our stay. The unit was very roomy and comfortable- our daughter and her family who stayed in another unit at the resort came to eat some meals with us and we we all fit in very comfortably ( approx 6 adults and 2 toddlers). The beach is a short walk away- although the resort did have golf cart shuttles to the beach: we usually chose to walk. Very nice unit, we had a great time.

We chose Hidden Dunes Resort because our daughter and her family were also staying at the resort. It is a very nice resort in Miramar Beach. Cottage 158 is very nice. It is very nicely decorated but not cluttered. The condo has two bedrooms and bathrooms- a perfect size for us. I chose this condo because it is conveniently located near the pool so that my granddaughter could easily come and go to the pool and if we needed to go back to the condo, we were close by. I love the beach look of the condo, it is beautiful but not overdone, very calm and relaxing. The porch is also great with comfortable furniture for those who love to be outside. The kitchen is well stocked and has a large table. We Really enjoyed our stay here.

We had an excellent stay and especially enjoyed the proximity to the pool as well as sitting on the screened in porch during the late afternoon rain. Beaches were lovely and not too crowded in our designated section. Beach chairs are free with the stay which made it seamless to pop up and down with our baby. The neighbors above were a bit noisy and woke our baby a couple of times one night, but otherwise everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

We came for a much needed vacation and to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary. We loved the location in Miramar Beach-close enough to the Destin attractions, but not too close. It was very peaceful and restful. The cottage is lovely and we felt right at home. Hidden Dunes is a very nice property, loved the easy access to the beach. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to visit the area.

We thought the cottage was nice, quiet, and comfortable. It was clean and had extra touches like towels made into swans. The person who cleaned had forgotten to remove the soap in the shower from the last guest, but the management apologized about it. The oven was in cleaning cycle when we arrived and ran for a while, but the AC was good and the living area did not get hot from it. There was an issue with one of the stove eyes, but we had not been told about it. They called us when we were at the beach to tell us a repairman was going to the cottage, but we requested that they wait because one person in our group was asleep inside and we could not let her know . They agreed to let him come after we left the day. The cottage was a little further to walk to the beach than we thought it would be, but the walkway does go straight to the Beach access. The beach area was clean. The food trucks on the property were great— gelato and lunch options. We were only staying two nights and since checkin is 4, I would recommend telling Guests to get there as early as possible to utilize the free beach set up for that day (because that is the day it really starts) and actually enjoy the beach as much as possible. We thought we would be able to go to the beach after checkout as long as we were out of the cottage by 9, but later found out that we had to be completely off the property after checkout. So that was disappointing and affected my opinion about the overall “value” for what we spent. I did recommend making that more clear in writing ahead of time. The rep for Newman Dailey was good to respond to my texts and I appreciated that. If staying for a longer time period, it would be a better value.

Our stay was absolutely amazing and we can’t wait to go back. We had 5 people and never felt on top of each other. The 1 minute walk to the pool with 2 kids in tow made our stay so enjoyable! The walk to the beach took minutes and was so convenient to have chairs and an umbrella already there. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week and the washer/dryer helped tremendously. The screened in balcony was a big hit for everyone, and the location/view of the of the pool was an added bonus. If you’re on the fence just book it as the staff and people were so amazing and friendly. We wouldn’t change a thing and cannot wait to book it again. Hands down one of our best stays!!

Although we only stayed one night, this condo was truly the beachy oasis one would expect whole staying in Miramar Beach. The unit was cozy, yet bright and full of unique and fun decor. we truly enjoyed our time here and hope to be back soon.

We had a great time at Hidden Dunes. The condo was even better in person. It felt very clean and spacious. We appreciated the updated master shower too! It was a quick walk to the beach and having the 2 free beach chairs and the guys there to set them up and help carry beach gear down was awesome! Hidden Dunes felt very quaint and well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect condo and property for our stay! We had never been to the Destin area, and booked the trip on a whim and drove 20 miles from Minnesota. We loved the short walk to the heated pool and beach. We felt the grounds and cottage were clean and there was plenty of room for social distancing. We loved swimming in the pool everyday and relaxing on the screened in porch at night. We will be back!

Although we only stayed one night, this condo was truly the beachy oasis one would expect whole staying in Miramar Beach. The unit was cozy, yet bright and full of unique and fun decor. we truly enjoyed our time here and hope to be back soon.

My husband and I brought 4 of our kids and son-in-law to the Destin area for spring break. This cottage was so well decorated and clean and homey!! It is the best place we have stayed as a family so far and we have been vacationing for 25 years! We loved the space-3 bathrooms were great for 7 of us. The kitchen was well stocked, so cooking was easy and fun as well! There is plenty of seating so we were able to host another 2 families for dinner one night. All of the kids had a blast playing knock out on the basketball court just across the parking lot from us! Our kids also loved the tennis courts! And our son-in-law brought his slack line which he set up between two trees directly outside the screened patio which all of the boys loved and gave them some time out of the sun. The beach is a short and pretty walk. We loved having our cars right outside the cottage. Soo much easier than being in a high rise condo and having to wait for the elevator to load and unload and hop in the car. Hidden Dunes is super close to the outlet malls and even Destin Commons shopping is not far! Good restaurants are super close too. Traffic was crazy because of spring break, but we felt like we were on the right side of it and didn’t have to battle it too much! The only note we would make is that the master bathroom water pressure is very poor. We had to shower in the kids’ bathroom. But it wasn’t a big deal! Stop by the Donut Hole on your way out. So good and so cute! Wish we could’ve gone more than once!

The condo is everything that it says it is! The photos were spot on! The condo is a VERY QUICK walk to the beach. It took approx 5-7 walking to get to the private beach entrance! It was so nice to be where there were no crowds and peace and tranquillity. You have view of the pool from the patio of the condo, and it’s a quick 1 Minute walk away Definitely would stay again!

First time to Destin and it didn’t disappoint. The rental was very clean and checkin and checkout were easy. Only complaint is that the rental was ready an hour before checkin, but were not able to have early access. Rental property contacted me shortly after our arrival to see if everything was ok. This rental location is at the very front entrance and the beach was at the far back, so it was a little hike with all the beach gear. Would definitely go back again.

Short walk to beach from condo, and pool right next door. The loft area added extra sleeping quarters for kids, and the main level of the condo was adequately spaced for a condo unit. It's labeled as a "cottage" but it's really an apartment unit. Overall a great place and family friendly. It's on the main Destin highway, and other than the construction delays, you can get to downtown Desitin in about 15 - 20 minutes.

Our stay at the cottages exceeded our expectations. The landscaping around the area was meticulous. The best feature was the White Diamond Service. Each morning the polite boys would find the best chair/umbrella location for our group of families. They remembered our names and even came to the side of one of our members when she became overheated in the sun. They went above and beyond and deserve tips. The grills were in a perfect location as well. We always felt safe as the guards checked out pass and we entered the resort. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

We loved it! It was an easy walk to the beach and we just followed the fountains out the back door to the big pool. Being able to sit on the porch and hear the fountains in the morning was so peaceful. I found myself sitting there drinking my coffee having my quiet time. Having the washer and dryer was wonderful especially having our 4 year old grandson with us! We have no complaints!

This was our first trip with our boys to the beach and we absolutely loved our condo! It was spacious and clean. Everything worked, including the A/C, and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking as we ate in for the majority of our meals. We would definitely stay there again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our son was playing in a baseball World Series while we were there and it was so nice to come back to a clean and cool place to stay after a hot day on the baseball field. The easy walk to the pool and beach was perfect for our children.

We enjoyed our stay in Unit 155 of Hidden Dunes Resort. Great location overlooking the large pool. The walk to the beach was reasonable with everyone carrying their own things, but would be more challenging with young kids. Until was clean, spacious, and had very nice bathrooms and kitchen. The resort is only a few miles from grocery stores and other shopping, though construction on Hwy98 caused some slow traffic. Social distancing at the beach was not meeting standards and restaurants in the area appeared crowded. Overall had a great visit.

We rented property during COVID the unit was very clean with no contact check in and out. The kitchen has minimal dishes, but I think this is because they have to wash everything to rent it again during COVID. The bedroom is dark and good for sleeping. The beach is less than a ten minute walk. We liked not having to drive to the beach. They even have mounted hand sanitizer dispenser inside by the front door. The AC and refrigerator work great.

We absolutely loved the location of this cottage! It is nestled in the shady live oak and fern grove super close to the lovely large swimming pool, yet just far enough away to maintain privacy. The beach is a short 1-2 block walk from the cottage. We were happy to have complimentary beach service every day which the VRBO does not mention. The White Diamond beach service guys were very attentive and professional. We made a lot of use out of the screened-in porch while not on the beach. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because if the cottage sleeps 6 people, then there needs to be comfortable seating for 6 elsewhere in the cottage as well. Another easy chair in the LR and maybe a comfy love seat on the porch would really add a lot to this otherwise perfectly nice cottage. We would stay again. Thank you

We stayed 2 nights to find out if this was a place we wanted to rent for at least 90 days during the winter. We found this did not meet our needs as there is not much to do unless you just want to sit at the beach or pool. They do offer tennis but, at this time, I'm not physically able to play. We stay each winter further south on the Gulf in a gated community offering endless things to do (tennis, pickleball, bocce, lawn bowling, tons of crafts like pottery, stained glass, woodworking, etc.). We now own our home in this community and are thinking of selling and are looking for a place to rent. Our community only allows you to rent for 3 years therefore we are looking for another community. I gave it a low score because we weren't impressed with our cottage and the lack of things to do.

We had an amazing time during our stay. The unit was perfect. It was clean. It is well laid out and the decor beachy but not overdone. It was large enough for 6 adults with no issues. The kitchen was well supplied and large enough that we cooked almost every meal. The walk to the beach is short and the beach chair amenity was really fancy. The pool and hot tub access was really nice and the basket ball court was a bonus (However, if cornhole is your thing, bring your own bean bags). I rate this unit 5 stars and would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was clean and as described albeit the pics are wide angle and make it look bigger in the pics than in real life. Wasn't a deal killer as it was plenty of space for our needs. Nice touch having a small welcome packet with coffee and some of the basic essentials to,get you thru your first morning. Some of these places are barren upon arrival outside of one roll of TP. Only negatives for property was this cottage is at the front of the complex so the furthest from the beach access so bring or plan on buying a beach cart to haul your stuff. Not a far walk, about 10 minutes, but there are about 20-25 stairs to go down/up in order to get to beach to plan to have to hve help carrying your stuff up and down. If you have a lot of stuff then you probably have help;). Beach was gorgeous and having the chairs provided was a great addition considering their about $35 a day to rent. Vegetation outside the back porch was a little overgrown but we never went out that way so it wasn't an issue and provided more privacy, just a little unkempt looking but it is florida and things grow wild here. Beautiful property with lots of trees and vegetation. Only downside to location for us was it's 3.5 miles from the destin bridge area where all the action is. Not a big deal but with the construction plan on spending 20-25 minutes during peak drive time to get there. Since we went almost every day for some excursion it became a bit of a beating. BTW, the excursion discounts offered thru the management company was a great deal, use them for sure. We did at least 1 activity per day and it saved our family of 4 several hundred dollars!!. Overall a great time was had by all, cant wait to come back again!!

We do try to let guests know about the Trolley that runs to the beach during peak season and holidays and you can also park in the Gulfside Condo parking lot if a space is available. Guests also opt to drive and drop off at the boardwalk if no spaces are available. Everyone will be happy when the road construction is complete on Highway 98 since it is the main artery in our area, but we are keeping our eyes on the prize and that is faster, smoother traffic when it is complete. Again, we are so happy that you enjoyed this very popular unit, the property, the Beach and our “Be Free Bundle”. We look forward to seeing you again at Hidden Dunes!

Beautiful place, great location. Only suggestions are more bath towels and board games would be nice. Probably the favorite of all our stays in Hidden Dunes.

The property matched the pictures exactly and it had everything we could ever need: blender, iron, can opener, washer/dryer, etc. It was close to the beach as we walked there everyday. They even had golf carts to bring you if you desired but it was so close we walked. The pool was clean and water temperature was perfect! The staff was extremely helpful and we had a small issue and Lydsay went above and beyond to help us. Definitely recommend this property.

We very much enjoyed the stay at Hidden Dunes. Customer service was exceptional, as always. Transportation was provided to the beach and the weather was great all week. The cottage was very nice, had everything we needed and fit the bill just right for our stay. The only thing I would recommend is putting something under the living area rug to keep it from sliding on the tile floor. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the memories.

We just got back from Destin after a week's visit in Miramar Beach. Our stay at HC195 was just lovely. We found everything we needed in our apartment/cottage. It was just the right size for me and my husband, and 4 teenager girls. The girls loved the convenience of the pool being so close to the apartment, whereas my husband and I loved the beach. The beach is at the end of the main drive from the cottage; it is a 6-8 minute walk but if you have bags and cooler to carry it is not as easy, so we end up taking our car and parking it at the end of the drive closer to the beach. You get 2 free chairs at the beach and you get to keep them until 5:30 or sometimes after 6. The location of the cottage is perfect- 5 minutes (by car) to outlets and to the restaurants and cafes (e.g., Panera, Starbucks, Chick-fill-A; Pino Gelato). There is a highway construction right now so expect some delays though. Last, the cottage was kept nice and up-to-date. The furniture all around the house was clean, new, and in neutral and peaceful colors. The reclining chairs in the living room were everyone's favorite. We loved spending time at home as well. The only suggestion we might have is the cottage might need new patio doors and new washer and drier. They are all in working condition, but look old. Overall, it was another great vacation with Newman Dailey. We will return again.

We just came back from our vacation. We stayed at many units over the last 8 years at hidden dunes but this one by far was the best equipped and everything was new. We loved the mattresses because they were comfortable. The unit has plenty of space, plenty to enjoy and plenty of privacy. We will be back!

The condo was very nice. Walking distance to multiple family friendly environments such as, beach, basketball court, playground, pond for fishing, pools, horseshoes and corn hole, etc. the way the resort sets the umbrellas on the beach for beach service is different then I have seen before, (u-shaped), but allows for all umbrellas to see the water and you can put your personal chairs in the water. Will definitely be back to visit.

The location was great for tennis and pool. For a very small kitchen it was well equipped. The unit could use a little freshening up (paint on mirror needed to be scraped, drawer on nightstand was broken). Our only real complaint was the mattress. It was very uncomfortable and was on a piece of plywood.

Loved the location - condo was perfect for our family. We will be back!

My family had a terrific time staying at this property in Hidden Dunes. Six of us comfortable stayed in this 2BR with a loft house....my husband and I, our 2 sons (17 and 13 y/o), and each son brought a friend.. We enjoyed the proximity and access to the beach, the free Consierge beach chair/umbrella (daily), the use of the tennis court/basketball court, and the great location of the property so close to the outlets and Bay Towne. Very clean, full kitchen (with all items necessary to cook full meals), comfortable beds, extra linens, plenty of towels, and TV’s in every room,. Everything we needed and more. ALSO...property management team was easy to work with for reservations and checking....and pleasant/helpful when called during our stay yo ask a question. We enjoyed a fun, relaxing vacation! Highly recommend this property!

Our stay in 232 Hidden Dunes was absolutely wonderful. The home was perfect for the two of us; from the location to the pool to the ease of accessing the beach, everything matched or exceeded our expectations.

There were 8 in our party, 4 adults and 4 kids and fit comfortably. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The cottage is perfect just as pictured! Everything was spotless. The resort is quiet and family oriented. The staff at the beach was very nice and helpful. The walk to the beach is short, about 5 min. Overall the place is beautiful and will return. FYI the resort is about 25 min (driving ) from harbor walk attraction/area.

My family and my sisters family rented two cottages. Both cottages were beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. It was too cool to swim in the ocean ( thanksgiving) so we really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We did some shopping at the near by outlet malls and visited the boardwalk in Destin. The kids enjoyed the basketball court near our cottage. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a beautiful, clean resort

Cottage 155 was awesome!!!!! 2nd year staying there. Everyone was really nice, the property is beautiful, the Condo is amazing!!!! We love the private beach access, and the Cabana Boys that helps us with our chairs everyday. Would defintely recommend Hidden Dunes! Thanks for making our vacation the best!!!!!!!

This was about our 4th of 5th time staying at Hidden Dunes, 2nd at cottage 232. This is our favorite unit. Literally steps from the pool so no need to pack up floats, sunscreen, snacks, just need to walk a few feet. We would have given a 5 star rating of not for a few glips. Kitchen utensil drawer fell completely out every time you opened it. The screen door was off the hinges so it wouldn't stay shut. The porch furniture was very dirty. The WiFi was a real hassle. Having zero movie channels was also a disappointment considering the first two days there rained non-stop. The free 2 night movie rental was too complicated to even mess with. But the construction was a real downer. If course the complex has no control over something like that but it would have helped if something was mentioned on the webpage. It was nearly impossible to run errands or go out for dinner. We would definitely not return until construction was complete. The staff is great but for the price we believe minor updates to unit would be much appreciated.

We leave tomorrow and are sad to go! This cottage was wonderful. I'm so glad we chose this vs a huge high rise or huge resort. It's quiet and peaceful. The cottage was the perfect size for me and my 2 sons. Plenty of space. Having the luxury of a private beach & the umbrella& chairs included was wonderful! The kids have already asked if we can do this every summer! I will definitely come back, had the best vacation here!

We have stayed at the Hidden Dunes for the last 18 years or so. It is the perfect place for us to meet our family and spend the week together. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I love that the beach chair rental comes with our condo and the boys running it are the absolute best! We wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We really enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful cottage! I loved having the pool right at the back door and the screened in porch was nice too. Walking to the beach was nice too because there was always someone around to drive us down in the golf carts. Everyone was very friendly too. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even got a small bag with dish soap and a few other items which came in handy! We’re definitely want to come back and we would like to book this place again. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

I loved the photos provided and they completely portray the home as expected. When we arrived there was a little starter care package(laundry soap, dish etc.) which was nice. The pool is right in our back yard and the beach is literally like 10 minute walk from the cottage! Amazing experience we would definitely recommend this location to anyone especially if they have kids we brought 5 of our 6 kids and us and there was plenty of space! Kitchen items are in abundance and definitely the items I use daily. Thank you thank you thank you to the owners for allowing us to have this family experience!

Beautiful beautiful beautiful .....the cottage is wonderful, clean ,nicely appointed,just everything you would want . The staff are the most warm and kindest people you would want to meet. I have been looking for a permanent vacation rental to visit every year this is my place . FYI the walk to the beach is not more than a few minutes and they have walk ways that take you right there and beautifully landscaped . All in all Great property!

We had a great time, the house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a great vacation. I would recommend doing the dolphin cruise and book through Newman Daily cause you get a discount. We will be returning, soon hopefully.

We loved the beach cottage! The service was excellent. I think the dolphin tour we did through Explorie was the most fun I had. There was a problem with a leaking air conditioner unit above us, but the management responded right away when we told them about it.

Had a fantastic vacation here. Could not have asked for better accommodations and services. The free activities were awesome. Of course the only complaint is that it went by too quickly. The tennis courts were fantastic and great location but was unaware that it was a charge to use them. No where on the site did it say. House accommodations were excellent. Very clean. Some appliances were missing pieces. But overall really would come back and recommend to others! Thx

Our stay at Cottage 232 was superb!! We were able to check in as soon as we arrived in town and that was greatly appreciated after a long drive. The young lady at the desk was very professional and warm. Our unit on the large pool was perfect and we will certainly stay again. It was clean and met or needs for a short stay. Hidden Dunes is a peaceful gem among the now overcrowded stretch of this part of the panhandle! We have for years stayed at Seaside...from the time it was only the Post Office, a few restaurants and great beach rentals. Those days are over. Hidden Dunes is a new favorite! My husband and I stayed there with some friends of ours last weekend. The condo was lovely... probably one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in, except for one thing... the moth balls! When we entered the unit on the first night, the odor was incredibly overwhelming - it was difficult to sleep. The next day, I spoke with someone from Newman-Dailey and almost immediately, someone from housekeeping came out and found a large bag of mothballs in a locked closet in the loft, near the air conditioning unit. No wonder the odor was so strong! Our guests, my husband and I believe there were still some remaining in the condo; however, the odor was much improved. So, thank you to Newman-Dailey for responding so quickly and professionally!! Hidden Dunes has been a favorite of ours since 1997!

The property wss charming and clean . We loved the location it felt secluded and private..The beach was quite and beautiful... We explored other parts of the beach but all agreed the beach access that came with this property was much nicer.. the unit was beautiful... clean and nicely decorated... the security staff working at the entrance were also very helpful and friendly... Because everything was so well organized by the management company.. we didn't have to contact them... Great experience..we will definitely be back...??

It was an amazing time! Well kept up property. Many things to do. When it’s time to relax the most amazing atmosphere to do so in. Very quaint cottage and it is very close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and wonderful shops. Something to do if it should rain. Everybody we encountered was very helpful and kind. Could not say enough about our stay. Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hidden Dunes. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The Newman-Dailey staff were very accommodating and professional. Cottage 155 was beautiful and totally met our needs as we filled it up to capacity with my husband and myself, my son and his wife and our two grandsons, as well as my sister and her husband. WE had a wonderful holiday in cottage 198. We came down so we could play tennis and take George Cobia's tennis clinic and private course. I had been playing tennis at Hidden in 2015 2015 2017 and 2018, while staying at another resort. WE love the sense of community in the tennis group and staff and that was the apex of our holiday. The staff at Newman-Daley was wonderful and gave us immediate help when we needed something. Too bad the internet was sketchy and also that we we could not use Netflix. We stayed at Hidden dunes for President's Day weekend. It was beautiful!! Waking up looking at the ocean every morning, it was breathtaking. Our condo is beautiful and the arts work was fantastic. We have BIG family totaling 7 of us. Hidden Dunes 185 slept everyone comfortably and kids really enjoyed the spiral staircase leading to the loft.

We truly enjoyed our Thankgiving at Hidden Dunes! The cottage was clean and in order when we arrived. The decor was so beachy and comfortable. We enjoyed putting together crossword puzzles and sitting on the screened porch in our down time. We would enjoy staying in this cottage again on future visits!

We loved Cottage 155! It was a beautiful, spacious, very clean Cottage, we could not have asked for anything better! It had all the comforts of home and more! We loved Miramar Beach and Destin! We had a great stay at Destin just like always. We have stayed at the unit 155 before. We love the unit, proximity to the pool and the fact that loft sleeps additional 3 people comfortably. What we didn't like is extremely uncomfortable beds. This was the issue before and my hope was that it was fixed but unfortunately they are equally uncomfortable like before. Also we didn't like that the master bath has a very low water pressure. It feels like the water is sprinkling on you rather than showering you. Other than that it was great.

My husband and I stayed here with our four kids (1,7,11, and 15). We all had plenty of space and really enjoyed the screened balcony/patio. The view of the pool was nice and relaxing. The beach is just a four minute walk or one minute drive! I can't think of any complaints other than wishing there was a king size bed. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were all very nice and accomodating.

This was our first family outing since my husband passed away in December. We needed this vacation. We had the best time!! The cottage was perfect for us, we loved it. It was clean when we arrived. It was a quiet location, close enough to the beach to walk, swimming pool practically at the backdoor (which the kids loved), basketball court across the street, and close to shops, restaurants, and activities. We hope to be back next year!!!

We stayed in one of the cottages close to one of the pools. Nice pools, very clean cottage with nice furniture and decor. The wifi wasn't great, a little frustrating for my 14 year old daughter. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The security guard at the entrance was a plus.

Our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) stayed in Hidden Dunes Cottage 217 for a week. The weather was perfect and temperatures great. The White Diamond beach service was the best we've ever encountered, offering to carry things for you and would not accept tips. What's up with that? The HDR shuttle service to and from the beach was perfect as well, however we were only given the phone number to Security to call requesting the shuttle. Then the last day of our stay, Security asked if we didn't have the direct number to the shuttle. Hmmm, interesting. Upon check-in, we were given a map of HDR with several phone numbers listed, but think it'd be most helpful if direct number to shuttle was included, as well as a few more specifics about numbers given. Our cottage accommodations were average (wish I could say excellent). Loved the loft area and third bathroom, but overall things seemed well worn and not especially clean. I'm sure it's tough cleaning this time of year and it was "clean enough", just not exceptional. Please know you will have a walk to the great big awesome pool and a hike to the beach. Also, understand this cottage is upstairs, plus you have a spiral staircase inside to the loft area. Newman-Dailey was great to work with and we will stay at HDR again, just probably not 217 mainly because it's upstairs.

This cottage was like having a home away from home. Easily accommodating 4 adults and 3 kids, there was ample space for sleep, play, and blissful relaxation. The screened porch was amazing for our morning coffee and conversation. And the dining area was great for dinner as well as our late night UNO battles. On the booking side, our representatives Landra S. and Lisa M. were simply top notch from start to finish. I think we have really found gold with Newman-Dailey and their incredible staff and locations. I don't see any reason to book a hotel when "home" is already waiting for us. Second time to stay in 158! It is our third time at the resort and when we pulled in, it felt like home! We love the cottage and the proximity to the pool. Parking on that side of the resort is great (stayed in a unit on the other side last year and it was harder to find a spot). Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of dishes and cookware. We love having the washer/dryer to keep laundry caught up. We'd choose this unit again (and have!) We arrived late and check-in was easy. Guests who visited us had no problems and the security guys were awesome. Thanks for another great stay at Hidden Dunes. I don't even look at anywhere else to stay!

The unit was just the right size for our family 5 adults and 4 children. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils,etc. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable but apparently the other beds were not so comfortable for the adults. Getting 2 beach chairs everyday was awesome and being so close to the pool was great. The Newman Dailey staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the dryer not working properly and they were quick to resolve the issue. My grandson lost his styrofoam surf board and just happened to tell a staff member about it and 15 minutes later a new surf board appeared at our unit with a nice note from the Newman Dailey staff. My grandson was so happy and I think that says a lot about the Newman Dailey staff and how great they are. I will definitely contact them again for future vacation rentals

this cottage has met all our needs an more, you can sit on lanai an watch the pool area, it feels like a mix between cottage an camping, which we enjoy both. We were thankful to have the option of beach and pool due to the April weather. Had a great week, we hope to return.

This is our second trip to Hidden Dunes. Both have been trouble free, enjoyable vacations ! My only complaint is that this is a gated community. There is nothing else on the property, you have to drive to get anything or anywhere. Cannot walk across the street for a meal, drink or such. Would i return to vacation here, hell ya! In a heartbeat. We loved the condo #158 - located near the pool and hottub and just a short walk to the beach and fishing pond. Clean, fresh and nicely appointed condo. Nice tableware, appliances, and decorations. Loved the in condo wash/dryer and the screened porch. Out the back door and you are at the pool. thanks for a very enjoyable family vacation.

Very quiet, clean and spacious. 24/7 security guards on site and gated community. Felt very safe. We had everything we needed. Easy access to the beach, pool and hot tub! I recommend bringing your own sheets, they were a little scratchy however I may be a little picky as my friend pointed out. Great place, we will go back!

Great little place for exactly what we needed. So close to the pool and the screened in lanai was perfect for sitting outside and watching the kids.

My family of five stayed at this cottage during our Christmas Break. This cottage was everything we hoped for! This cottage was beautifully tiled throughout, so the previous posts about the carpeting can be ignored. This cottage was clean and well maintained! We had no problems or difficulties at all! It was our very first stay at Hidden Dunes and our experience was excellent! I would highly recommend staying at Hidden Dunes and Cottage 198! You will not be disappointed! We definitely will be staying at Cottage 198 again in our future!

The condo was perfect, clean & beautifully decorated. The resort was very nice & secure. My only request would be that since it was too cool & late in the year to enjoy some of the amenities like the pool & some of the items on the VIP card, then you could instead provide free beach chair service.

First, we love Hidden Dunes and have stayed there for the past 25 years (not every year). This recent visit, we rented a cottage rather than a gulf side unit due to a physical problem with the gulf side units. I was looking forward to using the large pool right outside our cottage, but was shut down the whole week for maintenance , this the first week in October, most beautiful week of the year. What a disappointment. Regarding the gulf side units, it would be great if N-Dailey could get some of the rental unit owners to make their toilet seat area more handicapped usable such as installing grab bars. Everything about our week was a dream. Cottage 169 appealed to me over the others because of the decor, and it lived up to the pictures and more! The minute we stepped through the door we were ready to move in permanently. Yes, the flooring took some getting used to but after a day we didn't even notice it and I felt like it added to the charm of the beachy decor. I loved the privacy of being nestled in the trees, and enjoyed every morning on the cute balcony with the fountain bubbling away outside. The beach was uncrowded, clean and just a quick walk away. We loved having our own umbrella and beach chairs set up for us daily. The only disappointment was the large pool being closed for the week. Booking, check in and check out was as smooth as butter.

Not only is this property located within a mile of Sandestin Resort, but it is less than a mile from Silver Sands Outlet Mall. The beach was about a 5 minute walk from this unit to the beach access. This particular unit is very well furnished in great condition. The only negatives that I can think of are the carpet (It's sea grass- slightly rough on your feet but you do not notice if you are wearing socks) and the tiny kitchen sinks. The sinks proved a little more difficult to use than most. The unit was very clean and well decorated. I plan to stay here at my next conference. I have been to 4 conferences at Sandestin and this was the best location yet!

This was our second year in a row at Hidden Dunes. 232 was a perfect location. We really enjoyed being pool side. We will probably try for this unit next year when we begin to make plans. Hidden Dunes Cottages are a sure bet if you are looking for a peaceful stay on the Emerald Coast!!

First of all, this was our Honeymoon and we wanted to go somewhere different, secluded, secured and charming. The Cottage itself was everything we imagined it to be. Its location was perfect near the pool and spa. We loved the beach and it was centrally located to everything. The Harbor Walk was a great plus along with the shopping, restaurant and other activities. We would definitely recommend this to others. With everything being good as it was, there was one problem. The bed itself was terrible, especially the mattress, box spring and head board. I lost sleep due to back spasm and had to result to the sofa. Other than that we had a great experience. Hidden Dunes Cottage 169 is AMAZING!!! Our stay was so relaxing and fun with our three young boys. This cottage is perfectly located close to both pools and the walk to the beach is gorgeous and short. The cottage itself is very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Very cozy, upscale and sun-kissed!!! I can't say enough good things about it so I'll just tell you we will definitely be back to Cottage 169!

We really enjoyed our stay. The resort property staff were so friendly and accommodating. I didn't know that we had a complementary umbrella until we arrived. That was a nice surprise. The only recommendation I have is that the owners leave the closet in the master bedroom open and the pantry. Otherwise, it was great!

I honestly didn't know this was a second story cottage or I would not have rented it - I have difficulty climbing stairs. However, I was glad I had my daughter along to help. It is a beautifully decorated cottage - in the beachy theme. No view but beautiful trees surrounding it. Easy access within walking distance to the beach. Chairs available on the beach provided by Newman-Daily property management. Loved the screened-in porch.

The house is just as clean and beautiful as in the pictures. Steps away from the pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach (the cart is quicker and comes by often.) We were so comfortable and it was just the right space for our family of 5 (three young kids) and my parents.

We were very pleased with our stay at Hidden Dunes. This was our second vacation at Hidden Dunes. Cottage 185 was perfect for our family of 8. When we chose this cottage it was primarily to make sure we had enough beds. It accommodations were exactly what we needed. The cottage was very clean and well kept up. Newman - Dailey' s staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Thank you all so much!

Reservations assistance on short notice was exceptional (Ryan Coletta). Mostly quiet location. Shuttle to the beach is good due to the distance. The office was supportive to store cold goods and personal items during a relocation (move required due to individual requested extended stay).

We recently stayed here with my extended family and we enjoyed every minute of it! Beautiful, clean and comfortable property where the beach was less than 10 min. walk away. The staff were so friendly and helpful, too. Towels, linens, extra blankets and pillows, extra toilet paper and trash bags were provided. We didn't even need to bring our own paper plates and utensils. There was a complete set of silver/dinnerware, cooking utensils and pots and pans - they even had a cork screw. We all loved and enjoyed our vacation to the fullest. Close enough to Destin harbor and grocery/shopping centers that we did not regret not being in Destin itself. Highly recommended!

What a great vacation! The unit was very clean and comfortable. The beach was unbelievable and very easy to access. Will definitely be back. ONE COMPLAINT - THE POOL WAS VERY HOT. DON'T KNOW IF THE PUMPS WERE BROKEN OR WHAT, BUT IT WAS EXTREMELY WARM TO SWIM IN AFTER A LONG DAY ON THE BEACH.

Great location! This was the second time at this complex. The unit was quiet and nicely decorated. We were a short walk from the larger pool, which was rarely crowded. There was usually parking close to the beach entrance so it was easy carrying all of our beach gear. Overall a great place to stay. We'd book there again in a heartbeat!

We stayed in Cottage 155 last week and it was perfect! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so accommodating and helpful in every way. Hidden Dunes was beautiful and we could not have been more pleased with our cottage...enjoyed the screened porch so much! Everything was clean and well maintained. It was a wonderful vacation....thanks so much! If we ever have the opportunity to vacation in Destin again, this is the place we will stay.

My husband and I took our 2 girls, (2 and 4 years old) along with one set of grandparents. We stayed in the Hidden Dunes Cottage 126. This condominium fit all my criteria for this trip, it slept 6 comfortably, it had a private beach that included a set of chairs and umbrella and it had a nice pool. The beach was easy to get to both by walking, or taking the free tram that was offered. It was not important for me that the condo be on the beach, but I did want it to be easy to get to, I didn't want to have to walk across a busy street with grandparents and 2 children, so the ease of getting to the beach was a big plus. The pool is very close to the condo, which was also nice. As pictured, the tennis courts are about a 5 to 6 step walk from the back porch, however, it was never a nuisance, in fact we only saw people play on that particular court once the entire trip. The condo itself was clean and comfortable and had everything that one would need.

Only issue was with the grills. Only one out of three worked due to one had a pad lock on it. The other would not light. We had 17 in our family staying on the property and one grill made it hard to have a evening BBQ, plus other guest wanted to use the same grills.

This place is nicely decorated and very current. There is a TV everywhere you turn and space for a lot of people. Light bulbs are low and all the rooms seem very dark. Kitchen tools are flimsy need some metal cooking tools.

We love going to Hidden Dunes when we go to the beach. It is a nice quite place, where we can just kick out shoos off and have a grate time. The beach is always clean, the water is always clear. Also the people working there are very nice.

Tennis center folks were very welcoming and the facility and grounds were excellent. The unit I stayed in was kind of worn but ok. The problem I had was finding huge roaches dead in the floor and at least one I killed myself. I was very concerned about bringing them home. I like the location of this unit but would not stay in it again. If you want satisfactory reviews, the owner needs to do some work. I have stayed at Hidden Dunes several times and never had this problem. Always the cottages were attractive and never a problem with bugs. I am not sure I would come back. I sent you the rating sheet by mail after I got home and raised these issues in it.

Our cottage was just great and had everything a person could possibly need. The place was very clean and comfortable. The furnishings were nice and the bed was excellent. It was easy enough to get to the beach area and the people there were very helpful setting up umbrellas and chairs for us. We would definitely return again and would request cottage #228 which felt very homey and just the perfect size for two people. The extra bathroom was such a plus! We thank everyone for such a wonderful stay in Florida that we'll never forget!

Pros: The Hidden Dunes complex is great! In our unit, there were comfortable beds and other furniture, nice shower in master bathroom, a big TV, and good seating on the screen porch including bar stools and a bistro table. The unit was pretty close to the large pool. Cons: We did not like the sisal flooring. Not nice on bare feet. Also, the kitchen sinks were not very convenient for washing dishes or veggies, etc. It was a strange double bar-size sink arrangement, and in order to switch the faucet from one side to the other, you had to turn it off first or it would run water onto the counter top. The faucet was loose when we got there. Other than the sink, the kitchen was nice and updated, with good appliances and cement counter tops. I would stay at Hidden Dunes again, but would request a different unit.

This cottage was so beautiful and comfortable. It is truly a home away from home. The beds were comfortable. The furniture was comfortable. It was clean and homey. The screened in porch was like another room. Adorable. Our family had a wonderful stay. The only thing missing was a beach view but this place was nice, I was okay with it.

We loved vacationing at this condo for spring break! This was our first time to Destin but said so many times that this condo was perfect for our family of 4. The location was perfect in terms of closeness to shopping (outlets), restaurants and the grocery store. The proximity to the beach was a short 5 minute walk and we often rode the shuttle. The beach is beautiful and we loved having the beach chair setup that comes with the unit.Definitely a plus! The condo was extremely clean and updated. The DVD player was useful in allowing us to pick up movies to watch in the evening. We can't wait to come back next year,Totally recommend!!

We stayed at Hidden Dunes Cottage 181 weekend of November 7th. This is an "upstairs unit" - I didn't think to ask about this but for older people or people bringing little kids it might be easier to rent a unit downstairs. This unit was very nice & had everything we needed. It was only a short walk to the beach. The pool area was very nice & well kept - loved the beautiful grounds. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a girls weekend here and had a blast. The cottage is very nice, roomy enough for 5 of us to stay there comfortably. The loft is a great space and the upstairs has an additional bathroom! It is located in a great area - close to a lot of shops, nightlife, restaurants, but far enough away that you don't feel cluttered. Plenty of parking and the unit is located directly across from the dumpster so it's easy to clean up at the end of the stay. Highly recommend it!

This was our first time visit to the emerald coast and we had no idea where to stay. After much internet surfing we kept looking at hidden dunes resort. We decided to make our reservation there and we were very much pleased with our selection. The cottage was absolutely beautiful. The bed very comfortable. The walk to the beach is a little long but my goodness, the walk is beautiful with the trees, flowers, water fountains along the way. This is a very peaceful, relaxing place to stay and when we decide to visit the gulf again we will definitely be looking at hidden dunes!

This unit was fantastic; it was spacious and exactly what we were looking for. We love Hidden Dunes and have stayed there many times, but never in unit 158. We would absolutely stay there again. It was very clean and updated and the beds were very comfortable. The larger pool is right off the back screened in porch which was really nice. The beach is a little bit of a hike, but in the summer months they have a golf cart/tram that will come pick you up and drive you to the boardwalk. Check in/out was an absolute breeze. Thanks again, we really enjoyed it!

The condo was very nice with new appliances and the bed was very comfortable. The best part was the facility provides a trolley which brings you to the beach which is not far at all, you can even walk if you wanted to. We used the free parasailing for 1 adult and other benefits on the gift card that is provided when you check in. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay in cottage 228, we did not to leave. We will definitely visit again.

We recently stayed in Hidden Dunes cottage 169. The decor was amazing. It was big enough for our entire party of 8. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch playing, reading, and just talking while we weren't on the beach or out with activities. We would definitely come back and stay here.

Loved the shady, private trails around the complex and the pools. The complex was very quiet but the upstairs neighbors were stomping around at night. The condo decor was dated but comfortable. The beach was a 10 minute walk away but there are shuttles available. Good value for last minute vacation.

Had a great experience. The room was fantastic. Couldn't get the DVD player in the main room to play but the rest of the bedrooms had a TV each. Loved the master bedroom however the second bedroom is made for teenagers and not for adults. Other then that it was a great getaway for the price. Would recommend and stay there again.

Our family loves this place. We love having the beach so close and a gated entrance! 169 has the most adorable decor and the layout and space makes it so everyone can be together or get away for a few minutes if need be. My husband and I have 3 teenagers (15-17) so all of the above are needed features. The entire complex is well kept, and not crazy loud and busy. We can't say enough about this place. We miss the beach and the nightly walks with the clear starry sky. I would definitely recommend this place!

This place was a little piece of heaven. The space was terrific for our family of 5 (3 grown teens and 2 adults). There was space for everyone to get away to for some piece and quiet, and showering. The place was impeccably furnished and designed in beach chic. Everything was perfect, from the adorable dishware to the super cute dustpan! I wish I could get the person to come and design my house! You can enjoy your morning coffee on the beautifully decorated screened in porch. The ocean is a few minute walk through well manicured tropical pathways (or the golf cart guy would come get you). It is a safe gated area and felt comfortable with our 15, 16, and 17 year olds walking together on the beach without us. We all loved going to the shoreline at night to see the crabs and watch the night sky. The only two downfalls was Wi-Fi connection was a bit intermittent and slow. If you have something dependent on that (on-line classes, etc), it may be an issue. The other small problem was there were a few very very tiny bugs in the kitchen area. We kept everything clean and all food was stored in ziplocks or the fridge. Not sure what they were, but when I called Newman Dailey they brought some bug spray to our cottage while we were gone. We sprayed behind the stove and it seemed to help a little. Hoping they solve the issue for the next family staying there. And lastly, not so much a problem but the flooring is made from a woven rope type material. It looks charming, but not very comfy on the feet. You may want to bring slippers to walk around in when you are at home not on a throw rug. Overall, this was a magical place!!!

We kept everything clean and all food was stored in ziplocks or the fridge. Not sure what they were, but when I called Newman Dailey they brought some bug spray to our cottage while we were gone. We sprayed behind the stove and it seemed to help a little. Hoping they solve the issue for the next family staying there. And lastly, not so much a problem but the flooring is made from a woven rope type material. It looks charming, but not very comfy on the feet. You may want to bring slippers to walk around in when you are at home not on a throw rug. Overall, this was a magical place!!!

You can enjoy your morning coffee on the beautifully decorated screened in porch. The ocean is a few minute walk through well manicured tropical pathways (or the golf cart guy would come get you). It is a safe gated area and felt comfortable with our 15, 16, and 17 year olds walking together on the beach without us. We all loved going to the shoreline at night to see the crabs and watch the night sky. The only two downfalls was Wi-Fi connection was a bit intermittent and slow. If you have something dependent on that (on-line classes, etc), it may be an issue. The other small problem was there were a few very very tiny bugs in the kitchen area. Loved the condo. We have stayed at several beach cottages for the last 17 years and really loved #158 with the new appliances and furniture. Only disappointing thing is the terrible wireless connection which has been a sore spot in the past. Only other inconveniences would be: we always forget matches to light the grills, so maybe a reminder to people. Wish the restaurant by the lake had food and drinks in the evening because the traffic is so bad to go anywhere. Thank you

The website tour is nice, but it doesn't truly portray the cottage's roominess. It's bigger in person. Amazing facilities and staff ensure a wonderful stay no matter how many are in your party. The only confusing thing about this particular unit was figuring out the light switches. I loved my stay here and will return again soon.

Our family comes every year and sometimes our son brings his best friend and we need a bigger place, but we always come back to your unit! After staying along along the busy scenic hwy 98 for several years, we chose Hidden Dunes 195 this winter. The location is amazing. With all the beautiful trees, landscape, water features, and quietness, you feel miles away from all the hustle and bustle yet you're only a short walk or drive from everything. The cottage itself was fantastic. It was very tastefully decorated with an abundance of space and everything you could possibly need. We are looking forward to returning as many years as we can.

This was perfect for my needs this time down. We have stayed at Hidden Dunes several times -- usually gulf front condos -- but this trip I needed a 1 bedroom for 6 nights, and this was absolutely perfect. It would also be good in the summer, with the pool just off the screened porch.

This condo was excellent for us. We had 5 adults and 2 children. We stayed here for a full week. Everyone had plenty of room and we didnt feel like we were invading each others privacy. The kids loved how close the pool and beach were to the condo. We all loved the amenities, range of restaurants, shopping centers and grocery store access. You will love this place! It was our first trip to Destin and I would not hesitate to book this condo again in the future!!!

Cottage 184 was extremely well located not far from the beach. It would have been perfect if the weather had cooperated, so we didn't get to enjoy the beach as we'd hoped to. Having the easy use of beach chairs and an umbrella was very nice. The kitchen was more than adequate, as were the bathrooms with even a spa-type tub in one. I really liked the secluded feel of it with easy access to the pool as well as to the beach. What I liked least was the TV taking up the dresser top in the smaller bedroom We particularly enjoyed having access to such wonderful seafood! Getting to be with two sets of family made the visit very enjoyable.

We chose this resort because of the amenities and access to the beach. The tennis was great, the grounds and pools were beautiful, and the location of the cottage was perfect. It was nicely updated and comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Destin.

Checking in was a breeze. Your staff was very accommodating/ friendly.. The cottage is clean, it has a cheerful, bright aura within, spacious , too, maybe bec. of the mirrors. It has the perfect location, from pool to grill,( 180 degree view ) as compared to our friend's cottages. The pool is clean ( every morning I can see staff cleaning the pool ). The only drawback and this is to follow up the previous renter's comment regarding the light bulb not working in the front door. It's so dark there. But, overall this cottage is awesome.

Nice condo, great beach! Very disappointed that we were charged $28/hr to play tennis at the facility. We are a tennis family and this was not acceptable to us, especially since there was no mention of this on any of the correspondence. We've been doing beach vacations annually for over 30 years and this is our first stay at Hidden Dunes and the first time we have been charged a per hour to play tennis in the resort that we were staying. This was our second trip to the Destin area and we will not return to this resort for this reason. It was explained to us by the on-site manager that this was a HOa policy. The HOa should reconsider this decision.

Great experience! Easy check in and out. Excellent service. Ice machine stopped working and not only did they come out to fix it 10 min later they brought ice too. Tons of freebies just for renting from them like golf, parasailing, snorkeling, waterpark, and many more. Its a 5 star resort experience without paying 5 star money!!!

We have stayed at the Hidden Dunes for a number of years. We keep coming back due to the comfort, care, and fun we have when we stay there. Every condo that we have stayed in is clean and well managed. There are two pools for those that like to get away from the beach some. The beach is always clean and the staff is very helpful. Each condo feels very private.

The place was very clean, with plenty of room for the four of us. The eat-in kitchen was very convenient and the washer and dryer in the unit is a huge plus. No issues with plumbing, water pressure, toilets, air conditioning, water heater, kitchen appliances, etc. (One exception was the WiFi reception which was hideous.) The beach was very accessible, the "umbrella crews" on beach were very helpful, and the shuttle cart service on the grounds was always there when we needed it. If we stayed there again, the only thing I would change is the location of our condo - unit 126 borders the tennis courts which resulted in heavy foot traffic past our screened in porch. Not a big deal since we didn't spend that much time in the condo.

Newman-Daily did an outstanding job of handling our reservation especially when we needed 10 days for our spring break. We enjoyed a very friendly check-in process which included the amenities card (beach chairs, golf, etc.) which we used every day. The Hidden Dunes Resort had tennis courts, heated swimming pools, basketball court, beach location, etc. for a family to enjoy. Our unit had everything and had been kept in excellent condition. We were a short walk to the swimming pool, beach, and walked to Starbucks each morning (.7 miles-one way). The result was a great spring break!

We stayed in this unit over Spring Break 2013, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit itself has all the necessities and was quiet and comfortable. It seems as though there has been recent painting and upgrading, because the granite in the kitchen is wonderful and all the cabinets seem to be new and very high quality. (having just remodeled a house, I took notice of and appreciate these things) I'm not a fan of fish murals at all, but the comfortable furnishings all made it work just fine. The location of the unit within Hidden Dunes is perfect, seemed to be about half way between the tennis courts and the beach access. The tennis courts are the main reason we stayed at this resort, and we were not disappointed at all. We never had an issue to need service, but the process of booking and checking in went very smoothly. The free use of wi-fi was great for me to be able to check in on the office back home and the work that I do. I love the location of Hidden Dunes. The beach is wonderful and not too crowded, (although quite chilly in the Spring), but it is also close to all the great shopping that Destin has to offer. Our new absolutely favorite place to eat is Pompano Joes!! Excellent food with a fun atmosphere, right on the beach. Or teens loved it, and it was a huge step up in food quality from Fudpuckers. Overall I would recommend this unit and especially Hidden Dunes. Thanks!

Beach Cottage 181 was extremely comfortable and fairly updated. Donna in the on site office of Newman Dailey was terrific and helpful in every way. My only suggestion is that the wall to wall rugs definitely need serious deep cleaning. I would definitely return.

We really enjoyed the Hidden Dunes property. The fact that we did not have to drive or cross a street to get to the beach was wonderful. This was our first family vacation to Hidden Dunes and I am certain that this will not be our last! We had a wonderful time throughout the entire vacation. The instant we walked into Cottage 198, we felt at home. Everything was on hand for us, from the pots and pans to extra beach toys for the kids. This place was awesome! The management staff were very courteous and made sure that we were settled in. An added convenience was having the beach, pool,playground and basketball courts within walking distance! My family and I stayed here #126 if I could remember correctly on July 4th weekend. They were nice enough to let us stay 3 nights instead of a week or so which was required on holidays. I love the location! The place is very cozy but need major update in furnishing.. The bed comforter and pillow case didnt feel as clean as it should and I end up killing 2 roaches while staying there. I didnt like the fact that they had tennis court there and we couldnt use it unless we paid the fee. I believe all amenities should be available to renters. Overall good stay.

This cottage is perfectly laid out and spacious. The 1 entire livingroom wall being mirrors opens up what otherwise could have been a cramped feeling room and made it much brighter and roomier feeling. The big kitchen gave me the elbow room I needed to cook what meals we ate in house even with my 4 kids trying to run underfoot. The kids were over the moon at the huge size of the bath tubs and once they got in for bath time they didn't want to get out. The pool was conveniently located and wonderful. The water temp was perfect. We're all blondes but we never ended up with green hair. Kudos to whomever takes care of the pool chemicals. They know what they are doing! The beach is immaculate and chair services are set out precisely on time, punctuality is obviously important to the staff and that's a good thing too because it's also important to me. Beach staff was gracious and curteous, and seemed to actually be pleased with their jobs instead of being the kind of people who are just trying to get through their work day. They were eager to help and gave insightful answers to all our questions. The amenities package was to die for according to my husband. He got to play golf every day, his one and only wish to accomplish on this trip. Of course the amenities packages were beneficial to the whole family with free unlimited DVD rentals, 1 free adult admission per day of stay at Big Kahunas, 1 free adult admission for each day of stay on dolphin tours which were very pleasant. There were other places we got discounts or free admissions to as well. It really added to what we got to experience while there. In short, we adore coming to Destin, and having found Hidden Dunes has just helped us plan bigger and better vacations to do all the things we love. We couldn't be more please. Our family looks forward to staying with Hidden Dunes again.

Hidden Dunes is hands down the best place to stay in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin area. I love how you don't have to cross any streets to get to the beach. The grounds are so attractive, with the fountains and trees and coastal-type shrubbery. The two pools are inviting and well-maintained. My boys loved going for a cool "night swim" every night we were there, and then warming up in the hot tub next to the pool. A beach umbrella and chairs were provided with our unit, which is a must for me. Everyone working at Hidden Dunes was warm and friendly. I suppose my favorite thing is that it's not a mega-resort with massive crowds--this is a more serene and relaxed place to stay. Would not stay anywhere else in Miramar or Destin!

There were 5 adults and 2 children in a place for 8 people so we had plenty of room. The outside porches were wonderful for some private time when needed. The shuttle to the ocean was very prompt but the walk was not difficult at all. The lighting on the proper was good so you felt safe at night. The pool was well maintained and the outdoor grills were easily accessible. Service personnel were very courteous. We would choose this resort again without any reservations.

We had a great time in Cottage 224! The theme of relaxation certainly worked for our family.We would come back from a morning at the beach and debate over going out to do more or to simply stay on the back porch listening to music! We really enjoyed the short distance to the beach and took advantage of the shuttle service run by Mr. Kelly. Even he reinforced the ideals of relaxation, naming three rules for his passengers. The third and most important rule being "This is your vacation and you're going to have fun! Thank you so much for providing this lovely environment to relax and have fun!

We had a great time in this cottage.Loved the enclosed screen porch.It was close to the beach with the pool right around the corner.Kids loved the fish on the wall and the winding stairs going up to the loft bedroom.Had plenty of room and will stay here again.

This was an incredible cottage. Kitchen is completely updated and the furniture and beds are very comfortable. We chose this one because of the bedding. Usually there are bunk beds and our older kids hate those. We had a fabulous time and look forward to returning!

We were very pleased with our cottage. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was loaded with just about anything we could have needed. The master bed was very comfortable. The screened in patio was used all the time for eating and relaxing. One negative was that there were rips in a few of the screens that I would have liked to have kept open, but did not want bugs flying in. People we met were all very helpful and friendly. I was a bit disappointed in the run down condition of the whirlpool outside (by the pool) The jets in the whirlpool were weak and not very numerous, but the pool itself was well kept and clean. All in all, the stay was safe, clean and we had a lovely time. Hope to return some day to the best sandy beach!!

Think it would have been even more enjoyable if it hadn't been spring break week for some of the guests. But that was the reason I was there, to be with my grandkids.

We stayed 3 months. The resort is heavily forested shielding out the sun.That requires going a short distance to a pool Or to the beach for direct sun. The highway 98 access is heavily traveled and difficult To enter, coming or going. Hidden Dunes Resort is well managed and they respond quickly to any needed services or requests.

Good stay at Hdc195 and it was quiet until spring breakers moved in next door 2 nights before we left. Good security and safe there. Disappointed in that we wanted to stay in Gulfside next year in an effort to at least see the gulf out your patio and requested that HD manager show us something. She said she didnt have anything to show and we understand that but there was no effort made to accomodate our request (we feel). And its okay we just went with another company. Your fruit basket was great!!! Thanks

We had an excellent time at Hidden Dunes and Cottage 126. Our patio looked right out to the tennis courts, so we were able to sit and watch matches in the morning & afternoons! I was even able to get a lesson from one of the pros. The employees are top notch at Hidden Dunes! The cottage was super comfortable and I will definitely return!

Nice, clean, quiet and private resort. This is the perfect location for shopping and eating, everything is very close.

Unit 195 is a great place to stay. We loved having three full bathrooms, and everything was clean and in good shape. My kids loved the pools, and it was so nice not to have to cross the street to get to the beach! Please continue to offer free beach umbrella for each day of stay--that was huge for us.

This was our second trip to Hidden Dunes. On this trip we stayed over Labor Day weekend (along with Tropical Storm Lee). We were notified on our way down that the cottage we reserved had some maintenance issues, but the staff quickly found a replacement for us. Even though the weather conditions were not perfect for the beach, we still had a great time hanging out by the pool. All of the beautiful foliage helped block a majority of the wind. Hoping we can plan a third trip soon!

This was our first year with Newman-Dailey, but our 14th year at Hidden Dunes. Because of the geat service we receive, we will be using Newman-Dailey as our rental source for future vacations! The cost, check-in, cleaniness of the unit was wonderful. I left some items behind in the unit, and within 48 hrs. the items were on their way back to me. I look forward to dealing with Newman Dailey and Hidden Dunes!
