My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was just as the pictures and details described. The highlight was the great communication from management. They even surprised us with a special anniversary gift basket in the condo on our arrival. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was beautiful and had the perfect beach decor, which adds to the fun of vacationing at the beach! The view from the balcony was stunning. IF you want a front row beach chair/umbrella spot, reserve ahead of time, we reserved day of and got the second row which was not a problem for us, the beach service is worth the $40/day. Overall the stay was amazing :)

We were concerned about a few tropical storms ruining our trip, but they all turned away or pestered out. We had a lovely vacation (without the kids). The bed was comfy, there was a washer/dryer in the room, and the location was great.

My family and I go to Destin every year and stay at the Pelican Beach Resort and we love it! This was our first time in this condo and it did not disappoint. The views were spectacular and the condo was very modern and clean. We can’t wait to return!

Overall very pleased with the condo. Updated and very nice. Really like the corner with windows on two walls. Lots of great light and views. Our kids are older/bigger so the One Bedroom gets a little tight. The resort was very much family friendly. Some days at the pool it was too many younger kids. Hard to get time in hot tub with all of the kids. Loved sitting by pool and then walking straight out to the beach. The only downside for our trip is the building next door is being renovated and it was really loud at times. It would start around 8 am and go to 5pm Mon - Fri. It got annoying at times.
