It met all of our accommodation needs for sure. We will definitely tell our friends about it! I have stayed in many places over the years in Destin and Quiet Surf is definitely my favorite! Each year I come back because of the private beach area, which is enforced by an on-duty security person. It is quiet, relaxing, and deliciously beautiful. I am not even interested in staying elsewhere!

The property was cleaned and very accommodating. All the bedrooms were perfectly set-up. The great view of the beach and the easy access to the beach was even better.

This property felt like home. The easy check in and the property was cleaned. Not to mention the beautiful view from the deck that looked out to the beach. We had dinner on the deck on our lastnight stay. The added bonus was the easy accessibility to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay very much and the only thing we would like to add is that security was very much needed and greatly appreciated to keep the beach area for the townhomes more private.

This property is exactly as described and as the pictures shown! It’s actually prettier in person and has hands down the best postcard view on the beach ! The mattress are the most comfortable plush beds ever . The private beach with private security is hands down one of the best features so you can enjoy your vacation in peace . Property management has wonderful communication and exceeds customer service expectations. 5 stars ?? ???????? all the way . Will rebook .

We came with our family to enjoy the beach, relaxation, and great food. We had the best time and the best weather.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is incredible! The property was extremely clean. It was the perfect size for our family (2 adults and 4 children ages 7-13). The kitchen is very well stocked. The one complaint we had was that we called ahead to ensure there was a grill and asked if it was gas or charcoal. The grill is a gas grill but the propane tank was empty. After making a special trip to get a new propane tank, the drip pan was completely full and the grill caught on fire for a minute, so we had to clean it. Other than that everything was amazing. We will definitely book this property again!

We have a grill program where a vendor comes once a week (Saturdays) in season to clean the grill and make sure all propane is full. I see you checked in on Friday so the grill may not have had the opportunity to be cleaned and re-filled of propane after the previous guests departure. I am going to send your review to our vendor to ensure they are going to each property each week as scheduled. Thank you for letting us know! Great place. Worth every penny. Wonderful view from back bedroom and living room. Great patio to lounge. Super easy walk to beach spot that’s already set up for you by 7am. Comfy beds. Places to eat within walking distance. Overall it was one of the best places I’ve stayed in the beach. And we go 1-2 times a summer.

Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful sunrise and sunset right in front of us! Home was perfect for us and our guest and had everything we needed. Close dining and shopping but the quietness of a retreat! Will definitely stay in #5 again!
