Situated on the bottom level of the northeast corner, cottage 138 enjoys views of the forest and of the award-winning tennis courts. Imagine sipping a cool drink in the screened-in and furnished patio as the sound of birds chirping and tennis players laughing floats on the breeze. Apart from being fun-lovin’, this Destin vacation rental has a practical side. It boasts a fully-stocked kitchen, an in-unit washer/dryer, plenty of seating and a oversized bathtub in the principal suite.
A vacation at cottage 138 also gives guests access to Hidden Dunes fantastic amenities. The already mentioned tennis center is continually voted the best in the area but if you’re not a tennis fan you’ll find a basketball court, a horseshoe court, a playground, barbecue areas, walking trails and three pools. And of course a very long stretch of deeded beach access is all yours to enjoy. Plus, just outside Hidden Dunes gates are two outdoor malls, dozens and dozens of restaurants and world class golf courses.
Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
