Hidden Dunes Cottage 188

The condo unit was very clean with updated furnishings. The location was ideal with access to the pools and private beach. It was a bonus to have chairs and an umbrella set up at the beach everyday as well. We look forward to visiting again!

Loved this little condo! Remodeled recently and very cozy/comfy. Had everything we needed for our family of 5. Easy to get to the beach. Kids loved the pool. Gated neighborhood safe enough to allow the kids to walk to the pool/beach. Thorough and easy communication with the management company. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a last minute booking and honestly we could not have done any better. It was so adorable and the location was amazing! The screen porch faces the play ground and the pool is just steps away! It was beyond perfect for our family! We will be coming back!

We thought the cottage was nice, quiet, and comfortable. It was clean and had extra touches like towels made into swans. The person who cleaned had forgotten to remove the soap in the shower from the last guest, but the management apologized about it. The oven was in cleaning cycle when we arrived and ran for a while, but the AC was good and the living area did not get hot from it. There was an issue with one of the stove eyes, but we had not been told about it. They called us when we were at the beach to tell us a repairman was going to the cottage, but we requested that they wait because one person in our group was asleep inside and we could not let her know . They agreed to let him come after we left the day. The cottage was a little further to walk to the beach than we thought it would be, but the walkway does go straight to the Beach access. The beach area was clean. The food trucks on the property were great— gelato and lunch options. We were only staying two nights and since checkin is 4, I would recommend telling Guests to get there as early as possible to utilize the free beach set up for that day (because that is the day it really starts) and actually enjoy the beach as much as possible. We thought we would be able to go to the beach after checkout as long as we were out of the cottage by 9, but later found out that we had to be completely off the property after checkout. So that was disappointing and affected my opinion about the overall “value” for what we spent. I did recommend making that more clear in writing ahead of time. The rep for Newman Dailey was good to respond to my texts and I appreciated that. If staying for a longer time period, it would be a better value.
