The property is older but well maintained. The individual unit has been appropriately updated and doesn't feel old at all. Everything was very clean. The pool area was comfortable, and the beach access is convenient and private. Overall, a good time and great location.

Jade East Tower 1030 was the perfect fit for our last-minute family getaway. The guest room with two queen beds was perfect for our two young adult sons, both over 6 ft. tall. Also, the master bath was large with a great shower and a separate toilet room. My only critique is that the decor and finishes could use updating.
The view from the balcony was beautiful, the walk to the beach easy, and the staff courteous. I would highly recommend Jade East Tower.

My family recently stayed in this amazing condominium for Spring Break. It was very well maintained and had everything we needed. Great views and location. The beach was great, and Jade East had all the amenities we needed. We definitely would stay there again and highly recommend it.

We loved it here. Great location, clean condo, nice pool and great beach access. Only minor critique is that the furniture wasn’t super comfortable. The sofa definitely needs to be replaced.

excellent very spacious and in front of the beach to the children They loved them for view could see The sea every morning. Another thing as well as this in the photos so it is no lies as in other places and the best nobody is bothering you with their ridiculous rules.

My family and I absolutely loved Jade East Towers! The condo was amazing along with the view! The check in and out process was super easy! Communication was great as well. I’ve already booked another trip in September at Jade East Towers! Highly recommend!

Everything was great. Good property. Ample parking. Wonderful beach. My only complaint was there was no carpet or rugs anywhere in the unit. As much as you try to limit sand in the unit with no carpeting or rugs, I had to vacuum and sweep multiple times. Other than that, the property was great.

We were happy to be the first guests once the Vacation Rental Ban was lifted on May 20th. Great property, and Unit 1030 is georgeous. Beautifully decorated and all furnishings and appliances were top-notch.
The view from the balcony was breath-taking, making it hard to leave, even to go tot he beach.
The beach service was great to have, and well managed.
It was obvious that extra care was being taken to keep everything clean and sanitized.
Restaurants were open and operating at 50% capacity, and we had no problems getting into our favs - even on Memorial Day.
We will be back next year! Thank you Newman-Dailey, for saving our vacation!

We have stayed in the same condo in Jade East twice. It is lovely and stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms spacious, and the rest of thefurnishings are very comfortable.

The condo was beautiful and the decor was updated. The kitchen was well stocked. The view is beyond belief! This building is centrally located to any shopping center or store a person could possibly want. Overall, this was a dream vacation for me and my friend.

The condo exceeded our expectations. Very quiet, spacious and centrally located. The pool area was nice and the beach access was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the bar-height outdoor seating—it gave the best view! Would certainly stay again.

Loved the condo. Decorated nice and very comfortable. Beds were just a lot take uncomfortable but we sleep on very nice mattresses at home so maybe an unfair comparison. I would recommend this to everyone . 5 star

Great room Great location....Clean and everything worked.
Only thing I have problem with is that while sitting on your deck all surrounding neighbors can see you and if they are looking out of their BEDROOM window you can see them...Not Newman Dailey"s ..."BAD DESIGN"

We loved the resort and room 1030. It had everything we needed. Unit is tastefully decorated, was very clean and all dishes and utensils we could use. Pool was heated. We had a great stay.

The Newman-Dailey team did an awesome job making our trip to the beach a memorable one. They were so helpful while planning (making sure we had the right accommodations for our family), during the check in process (we were on the beach in minutes of arrival!), during our stay they were there for anything we needed (which wasn't much - everything was perfect), and the check-out process was a little too easy (we wanted to stay longer!).
We rented multiple units and each one was well equipped and felt like home. Thanks again for a great vacation!

Newman-Dailey did an awesome job making us feel welcome, getting us on our vacation quickly, and were very responsive to our questions and requests. I highly recommend staying in any property that they manage! Jade East is in a great location, the beach service was good and there was plenty of room on the beach, not crowded like we saw a few others near us.

The condo was awesome except for the lack of cleaning! Cleaning people need to be checked behind and need to do it right the first time! You can not see the sunset on the beach/ water from this location like we do in siesta key! The water isn't clear either! Only other complaint is there's too many different codes to access room, beach, entrance gates, etc...

We were very pleased with the condo. It was clean and it was decorated nicely and had a good layout and marvelous view of the gulf. The master bath was very roomy and the second bath was adequate with plenty of towels provided. The kitchen was as well stocked with everything that you might need as any I've ever stayed in.

Overall, we like the unit and the beach is excellent
Great views of the beach and ocean, a big plus and the main reason for the visit.
Overall we like this unit.
- The full mirrored wall in the living area is a great idea and it makes this unit seem really spacious.
- Generally well stocked kitchen with the usual dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. Also had a few plastic storage containers which come in handy. Small suggestion- needs some oven mits.
- There were a few maintenance items that needed attention: leaking dishwasher, several lights out in the kitchen, the door to the washer/dryer was completely broken. The unit was not the cleanest we have seen (I believe they had heavy workload prior to our arrival.)
- Front office staff responded quickly when we let them know about the cleaning and repair issues - which was much appreciated. (Jessica was great)
- The beach service young men did a good job with the umbrellas and chairs. Also they were fairly vigilant in checking whether people on the beach were legitimate Jade East owners/guests and when necessary asking people who were not staying there to please move.
Overall a good unit with great views.

Our first visit to Destin was in the 60s. We have developed, as retirees, many friendships. We have many friends that return at the same time as us each year. We love being here! We're already booked in your condo for next year!

Newman Dailey properties have never disappointed. November 2015 in Unit 1030 was all we had hoped it would be. Kitchen was very well stocked with lots of dishes, glassware, pots n pans etc. Having a Landline in unit was appreciated but it did not work very well and the WIFI was iffy at times. Reception on TV in LR was fuzzy and we did not know about HD channels until our stay was almost over so an updated list re TV channels & TV listings would be helpful. Decor in the unit was very appealing and attractive and the views from Master, LR and the balcony were AWESOME! A taller table & chairs on the balcony would be a definite plus... enjoyed such a setup in a previous unit at JE previously. We would definitely stay at Jade East again and yes, in Unit 1030 again. Jessica was her usual cheerful and welcoming self.... we always look forward to seeing her. She knows what we like and expect and she strives to meet or exceed our expectations!!! We hope the Canadian/US exchange rate improves before it is time to book again... that will be a serious consideration for most Canadian Snowbirds in the future.
NOTES: 1) traffic light to be installed on Hwy 98 near entrance to Jade East... not sure how this will affect getting in and out of the property. New donut shop also to open in front so that may also affect traffic which can be busy at holiday and peak times.
2) building and parking lot are showing their age. New loungers around the pool would be nice and the POOL and DECK AREA as well as the JACUZZI need attention. Only half of the jets were working in the spa which was used by many over the course of our stay. During humid weather the building also 'sweated' so you had to be very careful - exterior hallways and elevator areas were quite slippery. Mother Nature cooperated for the most part weatherwise but a RED TIDE just before we left was sad to see, especially when dead fish and sea birds washed ashore. Hopefully the folks arriving for December had a HEATED POOL (only heated for Thanksgiving when we were there) to enjoy as the usually very beautiful beach was off limits - many visitors suffered the effects of red tide which included coughs and throat irritations, weepy eyes and stuffy noses. Nothing ND can do about such matters but it is something we will check before heading to any Florida beaches in the future. We have heard of Red Tides before but this was our first encounter with one from its onset....

The view to the beach was fabulous, perfect weather with the inconvenience that the sea water was "salty" according to my little boy. We loved the deep colors of the ocean and the temperature of the water as well.

Our stay at this beautiful beach condo was amazing! It was the first trip to the beach for 3 of our girls ad absolutely fell in love with beach life. From jumping waves, to collecting seashells, we've made memories we will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us.

We have been vacationing for over 20 years in Destin and this was our first time to stay @ Jade East. 1030 was in excellent shape with absolutely no imperfections! The unit was roomy for my family of5 and motherin law. The updated decor and unit itself can be compared to any of the other top condos in the area. Pool, was beautiful, beach was only steps away. The only negative memory I have on the trip was the workout room. It was a bit small and there was only one pin for the three machine weight benches. (I did not report this as I easily made my mind up that I was on vacation and chose to sleep in and not work out!) Jessica at the front desk was so helpful and informative. The compleimentary beach service was outstanding and Shane was more than helpful. I will be back to Jade East if the Good Lord says the same. Thanks Newman Daily for accuratly advertising the unit and backing it up with a relaxing stay. One more thing, a public ice machine would be nice located in the basement. This is a wonderful unit. It is clean comfortable and updated. The well-appointed amenities are beautiful. The new renovation is great! This spring (2013) was our third year in this same unit.

Highly recommend the newly renovated unit 1030. It was perfectly clean, modern, and homey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, breakfasts on the lanai, long hot showers after a day on the beautiful white sand beaches of Destin, and evenings on the patio with a glass of wine. Only suggestions would be more comfortable pillows, hairdryer, and shampoo/conditioner. Aside from that, the unit had every convenience of home, but with a spectacular view! Great first vacation for my boyfriend and I, and if you have to get a year older, definitely the preferred way to ring in another year!

Our stay at Jade East again was ver pleasant. Our unit was recently refurbished and we had the privilege to initiate the unit. If available again next February, we would rent the same unit again.
P.S. The master bed cover did not appeal to us, but that is only our opinion. Wil & Gert Brosz

Last minute trip to Destin turned into memories that will last a lifetime. This condo was beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed a cup of morning joe on the balcony and a glass a wine in the evening listening to the waves crash in the kids frolicking down on the beach. Our teenage kids enjoyed being right across from the water park and down the road from the track.

The building is a little older, but well maintained. It's a better designed building and on a bigger lot than any of the newer buildings I saw. Great pool and seemed very secure.
I would visit this one again.

We stayed at this property 3 years ago and at the time we weren’t sure if we would return. However, we took a chance and used a different company and we are glad we did. The pictures were exactly what the condo looked like and it was incredibly clean and well maintained. Even though the kitchen isn’t brand new, it was fully stocked and the appliances were very well maintained and worked like a charm. We were able enjoy great meals together. The views from the balcony were incredible and the young kids enjoyed the pool.

The condo is beautiful and decorated exceptionally well. The location on the beach is awesome and works well for a family. Everyone was awesome and the attention to detail from Jessica and staff is to be commended. The only item I disliked was the sink and toilet overflow. However, everyone from housekeeping, janitor and Jessica made the situation better by taking care of it quickly. I would hope that any visitors to the Jade East would respect the property and take care of it while visiting there as if it was your own property. The issue we encountered was obviously due to a prior stay not caring for the property properly.

This condo was wonderful. Newman Daily not so much. Reported ceiling fan not working on first day and not repaired all week. Went to Walmart and bought box fan. If I was the owners I would be upset. Has great views and wonderfully decorated. Felt right at home.

Stayed the week of the 4th of July. We had a wonderful week in Destin. It was our first time to stay at Jade East and we loved it!!The condo was so comfortable and decorated so nicely. The owner's taste is very similar to mine, so it was like being at home. Jade East 1030 is our new home away from home!

We have appreciated staying in this lovely condo for three season. Thank you for your TLC-it shows. Throughout our visits to Destin (35 years), the white sandy beaches and blue-green gulf have remained constant. We've had a great time as your guests.

Overall we were impressed with the checkin process,condo and furniture. My only problem was that maintenance requests were either not acted upon or were acted upon in a delayed manner with little or no feedback. Condo was not too clean when we checked in. The master suite was great and enjoyed the balcony quite a bit.
Another problem was with the elevators--they kept getting stuck on certain floors.

Myself, husband, daughter, son-in-law and two young granddaughters stayed in Unit 1030 at Jade East. The unit is beautiful, but unfortunately not kid friendly. With the mirrored walls, glass table tops, we were constantly watching the grandkids telling they over and over, "Don't touch that!" When we discovered that the dryer did not work, we asked to be moved to a more family oriented unit. We were moved up a level to unit 1130 which we thorough enjoyed. Both units were clean and the view from the balcony was great. We would recommend either of the units, but with children, unit 1130 suited us better. Had great fun. We are already considering returning next year. (Note: After reporting the dryer not working, it was fixed the next day by the maintainance man.)

we really enjoyed the 1030 unit, I was swept away with the beauty of the unit and the outside scenery. The pool was heated each day and ready for use, the locals was very nice and happy to see you, we will be back again in a few months. we love Jessica!!

This condo was even more grand in person than the pictures appeared online. Overall, the decor was warm and amazing however the master bath was a little dated only in comparison to the rest of the condo. Overall, this condo is highly recommended and I am sure that it will not disappoint.

The room was great. Nice, well kept. Needed a little dusting, but was clean. The complex however.... the pool was so cold that NO ONE was in it. Literally, you could have froze in there. We tried to get them to turn the heater on, but to no avail. Also, they are doing consturction so we had hours of jackhammering during nap time for the kids. That was for 3 days... not pleasant. The jackhammering at lunch made us leave early to go home. A cranky kid = cranky parents.

Condo 1030 was just like pictures show and more.Elaborate decor w/view of gulf from
balcony worth the entire trip.Gated entry
of parking lot and beach made us feel very safe, especially with the grandchildren.
Great place for families and adults seeking a get away from stress. Trip was given me by my husband as a mothers day wish to have my girls and grandchildren with me on the beach.Will return again and ask for this room if available. Check in was very confusing however and needs to be improved.

We stayed here last year 10 days and again this year 12 days and plan on staying here again next year again. The cond was great in it's decor and the staff at Jade East was second to none. The beach accomodations (umbrella & chairs) were GREAT as well as the beach service staff. I have stayed at Jade East several years ago and at other Condos in Destin in the past. This room as well as the staff at Jade East will bring me back again next year hopefully in the Spring as well as again in the Fall.
