Each room of 1650- the three bedrooms with full bathrooms; the fully outfitted kitchen, the dining room which seats ten and the comfortable living room are all woven together with fresh tones of lime and teal complimented by modern, abstract art. The principal suite in particular shines with its balcony access, seating area and a luxury bathroom which includes a black marble, walk-in shower. Moreover, an in-unit laundry room, high-speed elevators, gated entry and dedicated parking make 1650 as comfortable as it is colorful.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
