This was the perfect location for our trip. The condo is spacious and clean. The beach was beautiful and I loved having 2 chairs and an umbrella each day, reserved for us. My only suggestion would be adding an ottoman in the living room that can also pose as a table.

I booked here for a surprise birthday present/honeymoon (we never got to take) for my wife and I. I fell in love by the pictures but let me tell you they do not do it justice!!! The place is amazing! The view is amazing and it is super close to stores/food. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, though it was took cold (we stayed first week of February 2022) to swim much.
The beach was amazing as well. It looked like they have just replaced the stairs from the road to the beach which were very sturdy and not steep at all. We had a great time walking up and down the beach collecting shells!
The jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom was HUGE! We used it every night!! Also the place was very clean and they provided tons of towels which was nice so we didn't have to do any laundry.
The only small issues were the master bedroom bed was very very soft compared to the other bedroom (preference) and the shower water pressure in the master was either too light or the shower head needs to be replace. But really that's it!
We will for sure be looking to come back as soon as we can!!

We love the Mediterranea! We have been staying here for about 14 years. We have stayed in numerous units, but this one is our favorite. This time however, we had some maintenance issues. We arrived early and the cleaning lady was still there, but she said she would be finished in a few minutes, so we went to the pool to wait. The inspector from Newman Dailey came and let us check in. After she left, we found wet towels in the washing machine which we had to remove dripping wet and put just a few in at a time to respin and then dry. Also, the floor in the pantry had brown sticky stuff all over it. The bottom door lock on the front door wouldn't lock so my husband fixed it. This unit could use a face lift! It is time!

As always Newman-Dailey was very profesional and did every thing to make our stay very enjoyable. This is why we keep coming back and have for many years. One thing about the 504 unit is it is in need of updating. The guest bedroom is in need of a new mattress.

Great location. The only issue was each morning when we went to beach people set up their chairs between us and water. Like I talking 3 feet in front of us.. Very Rude!. We walked the beach and noticed that our area seemed to have chairs set up to far Bach from water. We did not have this issue last year. We will be back .

Superior property. Steps from the private pool and hot tub. One step further to the beautiful white sand beach. 24/7 perfectly clear and unobstructed view of the Gulf. My family has been traveling to Destin for 9 years and in our opinion this is the best property to reside. Planning next years visit as we speak.

A great big thank you to the owners of this wonderful gem of a condo for sharing and to the staff at Newman-Dailey for making the 10 day stay perfect. The place was beyond our expectations! That view...oh my goodness. So much room, a well stocked kitchen and two and half baths! Be still my heart! It has always been my dream to be able to fall asleep to the sounds of the waves. I got my dream every day and night. When we had an issue with the wifi first Kari )sp) came to try and help. What a nice young lady you have employed. She was already I am sure past her working hours but that did not seem to concern her. She kept trying to fix what was wrong. Unfortunately she was unable but she made arrangements to set up an appointment to have a technician come out.
she also wanted to make sure if there was anything else she could do to help she wanted to assist. Then Lisa picked up the ball from there keeping us informed as to when someone would be coming. Excellent follow through. Then when the tech came he was the kindest most knowledgeable young man you could have wished for.If I remember correctly his name was Brandon! The staff and those who work with them provide excellent customer service! If we can afford we will be back! Please thank the owners for us and please share our positive comments with your crew.

We traveled thru Tropical Storm Irma to get to Destin and once we got to Mediterreanea we all said how it was worth it! The condo was wonderful and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. We made plenty of meals in the kitchen and it was very well stocked for a condo. The view on the 5th floor is amazing and we couldnt get enough! The late check in process could not have been easier. The checkout was a breeze as well.The App was wonderful and we used the discount card that was included in our rental agreement. The grounds of the resort were amazing and it is a perfect location. We loved the gated security and smaller feel of this resort. Thank you Newman-Dailey and the owners of 504B. The great resort and this unit, made our trip even more memorable with the engagement of our daughter and our 30th anniversary combined. We are plotting our return!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mediterranea 504-B ! The view from our balcony was fantastic and the furnishings were excellent. Absolutely Beautiful location, and the complex is the best! This location has amazing views of the beach and pool area. We were very surprised at the size of the condo. Everything you need to feel at home while on vacation. Perfect location to the beach with the best views from your Condo. Go for it! So worth it!!

Newman-Dailey is awesome. They are by far the best place I have used in years. They make everything so easy and are very quick upon check in and checkout. I have used them the past two years and have already booked with them for next year. Our room was great, everything we needed, very clean. We had no issues at all during our stays the last two years.

This condo was the best. We were so impressed with the size of the closets as well as the pantry. With the separate sitting vanity in the master bath, it made it extremely easy for two to get ready without being in each other's way.The open floor plan between the kitchen, dining and family room was wonderful for having other families over. There was never a crowd in the large pool area so no "putting towels out" early in the morning. Overall this complex is very calm and quiet yet your teenagers can easily walk to the crowded area at the Majestic during spring break. Pompano Joe's is right across the street and they have a great menu. I would highly recommend this complex as well as this unit to anyone. Lots of space and very well maintained

This was our 3rd or 4th time staying at this condo and we absolutely love it! It's elegantly furnished, exceptionally clean and so close to the beach! We always feel very much at home and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

It had been many years since our family had been able to take a family vacation...so we made it happen two weeks before my husband was deployed to Afghanistan. This was exactly what we needed....Our baby girl got to experience the beach for the first time, her grandparents got to spend time with her at their favorite place, and my husband and I were able to relax and prepare for a long year ahead. It is a beautiful and clean place for a family and we can't wait to return!

The service at Newman Daily was friendly and efficient. The condo is beautiful and so comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed. It is so elegantly furnished. We love the location and the view is magnificent. We liked most the view, the furnishings and the comfort. We love being able to stay there.

I've used other rental companies in the past. My usual unit that I rent was taken, so I switched to Newman-Dailey. The unit was in fantastic condition, the decor professionally done. Newman-Dailey was the only rental company that really seems to care about their renters. I am forever in the future renting through Newman-Dailey!!! Pleasant change!!!

We would like to Thank the home owners for opening up their home to us again. This is our second year coming here. The place is Beautiful, Clean & inviting. With an incredible Ocean View. What more could you want , oh the 2 minute cross the street and . . . Your on the Beach was wonderful. Not in the mood for the Beach, there is a pool also. Although the weather was a bit chilly this year and it would have been nice if the pool was heated. This year it wasn't. Hopefully next year it will be :)
This is a place with all the amenities you could ask for, work out room, washer/dryer, ample parking, Pool & Hot Tub. . . And your private entrance
to. . . the Beach! Don't want to cook or run out of cocktail while at the Beach, there is a Fantastic Beach restaurant right across the street fromthe Condo. . . Pompano Joe's.
Newman Daily's - Thank you all there for being so wonderful to us and making us feel right at home on our vacation, it made our stay even better than expected.
Highly Highly recommended, wouldn't stay elsewhere!!!
Oops, almost forgot the Most important. We have been to many Beaches, this one by far was the Cleanest, Beautiful water & incredible White Sand!

We loved our fall getaway. It is the perfect time to come to Destin. The beaches aren’t crowded and the selection of places to stay are excellent. We choose this condo because of the location and price. It definitely did not disappoint. Very well decorated..hope to be back next year!

Our family could not have asked for any better service than what Newman-Dailey provided. The condo that we stayed in was absolutely wonderful and the view was spectacular! We loved the space that the condo had. The only suggestion that I would have is for Newman-Dailey to provide a few paper products in their condos, i.e. paper toweling, paper cups, tissues, and additional toilet paper. If we vacation again in the Destin, Florida area we will definitely use the services of Newman-Dailey. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This was our first time at Mediterranea and it won’t be our last! This condo was amazing. We enjoyed the views from the balcony, the pool and the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook dinner. This condo really had everything needed for a relaxing stay.

This condo was awesome. We thought of it as our home away from home. The décor was nice and it was very clean. The management company does a great job in maintaining it and were very professional from the time we reserved the condo until we left. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

Enjoyed everything but need to update tv in living room. Also add a pillowtop mattress cover or something.
Location is wonderful and amenities such as the free beach service and golf.

My family and I loved it. Over looking the beach was a an added plus. The location was excellent for the family and I. We had a blast at in the pool and hot tub. The suite was first-class. We enjoyed evenings viewing the ocean. The eating establishments were excellent and varied. The weather was co-operative. Shopping was plentiful and the golf was exceptional. The amenity service was superb! We would definitly rent again !

The personnel were all very polite and friendly and accessible. If ever there was a problem it got fixed in good time.
The home is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The view is excellent and the landscape, pool, and hot tub are well kept.
The location is excellent. We are close to restaurants, shopping and Church. We have been going to Destin for years and we are very at home there.
The biggest problem for us at Mediterranea is getting the gate open to park in the garage.
We will be back!!!

We invited our friends last year to come on vacation with us so they could see why we love Destin so much. They fell in love with the area and were anxious to return again this year with us. And it was a unanimous decision to request the same condo as last year - beautiful accomodations and perfect location for all of us.

The condo was very nice, but our first full day we were locked in our condo until 2 in the afternoon,the deadbolt broke. Thank goodness it was a cool cloudy day. Then on that same evening the fire alarms went off in the whole complex, no fire just think it was kids, and then a few days later we had to contact maintenance for a leaky toilet. (I guess it makes for funny memories). One suggestion would be to allow for more than 2 beach chairs as we had 4 adults in our party. Especially for those of us that didn't take advantage of the golfing (don't golf) or water park (no kids). Thank you and we will be back for sure hopefully soon!!

We have traveled to Destin 3 times and love it. We have always rented thru Newman Dailey and have always had a positive experience. We love the Mediterranea!! The condos are lovely and the views of the pool and beach are Fantastic!!! The location is Great, close to everything we want to see or do!!!

We recently stayed at the Mediterranea and had a wonderful visit. The condo was very spacious and the decore' was absolutely beautiful. We were quite comfortable. This time of year the water was a bit cool, but we still enjoyed it! We always stay we Newman-Dailey Resort Properties. We enjoy the personal treatment as well as all the amenities and goodies we receive upon our arrival. Destin is our favorite beach destination in the states. Hope to be back soon! Our family enjoyed our stayed at Mediterranea. We have stayed in many different properties over the years but I can say this stay was wonderful.
The decor was very nice, the view from the balcony was beautiful and the fully stocked kitchen was a cooks dream...it had everything you could ask for.
We will be staying there again next spring/fall.

The best place we've ever stayed at. The home was awesome! Great decor and very clean. The Mediterranea is a great place to stay. The landscaping is beautiful. The pool is a great place to relax and take in the scenery. We received great service and everyone was very helpful. We'll definitely be back next year!!!
