Special Snowbird Winter Rates for Destin Vacation Rental Monthly Stays

Want to spend the winter at the beach? Newman-Dailey Resort Properties offers special snowbird and winter rates for monthly stays in South Walton and Destin vacation rentals.

What is the monthly rate? Featured monthly rates depend on the size and location of the rental property. Monthly winter rates are discounted up to 50% off standard weekly vacation rental rates. Rates start as low as $975/month for a one-bedroom condo in Miramar Beach. Monthly stays are available from Nov. 1, 2017 - March 10, 2018 for Gulf-front rentals and Nov. 1, 2017 - March 17, 2018 for off-beach rentals. To qualify for the monthly rate, guests must stay a minimum of two months. 

What is included? Your monthly stay will be at a fully-furnished South Walton or Destin vacation rental home or condominium and includes linens, utitlities, cable and internet. 

Are any activities included? Newman-Dailey Resort Properties hosts a variety of activities for our monthly winter guests, including happy hours, open houses, coffee & donut mornings and a farewell party at the end of the winter season.

Our Florida snowbirds shorten their drive time 5 to 12 hours in some cases. Voted best beaches for feet, our soft white sand beaches squeak when you walk on them. Average winter temperatures in Destin are mid- to high-60's with mostly sunny skies.
