We stayed in St. Maarten 1206 with our family of 5 in August. We were very impressed with the the condo. The decor is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a beach house. The kitchen had everything you would need for your stay including plastic dinnerware for the kids! I was especially impressed by this as this was the first vacation rental we have stayed in that had kids in mind. The living room furniture was very comfortable, I was a little worried about the white upholstery with little ones, but we managed to keep it clean. The mattresses are very firm, not our preference, but not the worst we’ve slept on. We arrived after hours and had trouble with our access code, I called Newman Dailey, who was able to get us in within 15 minutes! Amazing! We had trouble with an interior door handle while we were there, maintenance came the same day that I called it in. Overall, next time we visit Destin Newman Dailey is who we will be who we rent thru.

Great location, great access to the beach, beautiful view

We really enjoyed our week, April 17-24, in Destin. The condo was very nice and offered a great view of the gulf. The balcony was spacious, and we spent a lot of the day on it. The underground parking was appreciated. Just a couple of minor issues. The toilets are very low and for older folks it is a challenge to stand up after your seated. The carpeting is a bit worn and could use a thorough cleaning. We did enjoy St. Maarten 1206 and will return next season. Thanks.

We loved our room and the resort was so beautiful inside and out. The weather was not the greatest, but we did not mind since it was such a beautiful location. It was a little confusing at first on how to check into our room when we arrived since we drove straight into the garage. Don’t do that go to the lobby entrance first, and have someone go up to your room to get elevator access keys to your floor. The rooms were very clean, and we loved the view from our balcony. The only issue was that since the weather was not the greatest, it would have been nice if the heater in pool was working. That pool was freezing cold and the only thing warm enough was the Jacuzzi, but there were so many kids and people in there we decided to pass on cramming ourselves in there. Other than that we had a lovely time and most importantly we will be back!!
